I met Ryan while looking at a house he had listed in Indian Hills. While that house didn't work for us, I knew he was the right person to help us find the right place. He listened to what we needed and demonstrated he understood. He didn't try to sell us up or down to something convenient for him but provided feedback that was useful at each turn. Ryan is a strong and respectful negotiator who can get a reasonable deal done. We pushed for a lot and he was able to deliver for us. In the midst of a big decision like purchasing a home, it is easy to imagine a world where you wonder if you made the right decision or not. We meat Ryan on a open house, he was so informative we decide to go with him as our realtor. He was on point, he took the time to see that he really understand what we are looking for and even when we change our opinion from time to time he was with us. The added value we got from Ryan is we had someone that care and helped us in every step on the way even more that he needed. When you go and buy a home you want someone that care and will do anything to make you happy. We did feel like Ryan is doing just that. If I will or anyone that I know will ever need a realtor I will tell them to talk with Ryan no questions asked!
