Bob came out to determine what was wrong with my water pressure and leaking sink. He returned on a subsequent date to do the repairs and so far, so good! I'll give him a call when I can budget in the sink repair.

At first, it looked like a very good offer. A few days later I got a message through the Angie's List system to schedule a date for the service. The provider gave me three options of his "openings". He confirmed the service with this message on 3/17/2014 "thank you for your purchase we will be glad to help you the 25th is open between 930 and 10 am if you like please let me know my number is 770 XXX-XXXX. Looking forward to meeting you" (note: I'm not adding the full phone number just in case it is a private one). I responded "Excellent. Let set it up for the 25th in the morning. My number is XXX-XXX-XXXX." All great so far. Then on the day of the appointment I get this message through the Angie's List system: "sorry my didnt know you responded had aloyt people buying this will call set a time and date thank yoyu." I responded that I didn't need the service anymore and to please cancel my order. I got another service provider that came the same day. I'm a small business owner myself and one thing I make sure I do is to check and double check my messages and my schedule, especially when I sign up to offer services like through Angie's List.

I could not be more satisfied.robert young and his brother arrived on time and went above and beyond to replace my outdoor hose faucet .was 17 years old.they spent a lot of time and did not charge me any additional monies.I will most definitely not hesitate to to use them whenever I need plumbing work done

I purchased the $89 big deal for one outside faucet repair or replacement. Robert came out today, as scheduled, to check our leaky faucet. He had to remove and replace some copper pipe in order to replace the 28-30 year old faucet. I expected that to be an extra charge, and it was not! He also checked another faucet that I thought had a leak, but it did not. He checked the water pressure to make sure it was OK. He also looked at our water heater and expansion tank and noticed some rust that we need to keep an eye on. He and his helper were both wonderful to work with!

It went very well. Bobby showed up on time and he and his brother were very nice. They did an excellent job, even checked the water pressure on the inside of my home. We ended up having to replace an area of the pipe that led to the fosset so it was $40 dollars more. Than the $89 but we were very pleased and did not think that was too much. I will use him again for other jobs for sure.

Very pleased with Robert Young Plumbing. They did everything I asked. I used a Big Deal coupon for one of the outdoor hose faucets and felt the cost of all the work was a fair price. I will call Bobbie the next time I need a plumber.

Excellent experience!! Bobby communicated with me prior to his arrival so I knew exactly when to expect him. He then arrived exactly as he said he would. Due to issues with the way my home was built (builder had sheet rocked over access to outside hose bib and shut-off valve) the job was much larger and involved than what I had indicated to Bobby before he arrived. Yet I had an issue in that we could't reach the shut-off valve and it was a Saturday so Bobby was willing to stay well beyond what we thought the job would involve. I am so appreciative he was willing to stay and complete the job! Was very professional, friendly and made no mess. Was careful to preserve my home. Work was completed and I thought the price was very reasonable. I would happily use Bobby for any of my plumbing needs. I will also recommend to any neighbors who have a need for plumbing service.

Bobby contacted me within the 3-day target after I purchased the Big Deal. The work was scheduled on a day that worked for both f us. On the day he was scheduled to come out, he called as he was finishing up a prior job to let me know he was on his way. Upon arrival, I showed him the broken faucet I wanted replaced using the Big Deal, showed him where the shutoffs were (since I suspected the shut off to that line wasn't working). When he confirmed that shutoff wasn't functional, I asked him the cost of replacing it. He suggested installing a new shut-off as it would be cheaper than replacing the non-functioning one. I took his suggestion at the negotiated rate. He went over what he would do including placing the shut-off in a location easily accessible without a ladder for those of us that are "vertically-challenged" and then set to work doing exactly what he said he would. By the time he was done I had a new, simpler shut-off, a new outdoor faucet that no longer leaked, and a new plumber!!

Mr. Young quickly determined that the old disposal was unrepairable and replaced it with a new one. He worked quickly and was finished in a little more than an hour. I thought he was professional in all regards. I have used him before and will use him again when I next need plumbing service.

Mr. Young arrived on time, was professional and did an excellent job. We feel we have found our "go to" plumber for all future plumbing needs.

Bobby Young and Hans were on time and immediately started to work on the project. He and Hans were careful not to track any debris in from the outside and made sure they cleaned up after the project. In addition to replacing the leaky faucet, Bobby preformed other tests to identify any potential problems. In particular, he took the time to explain what to look for and when to replace a water heater (always a concern as we have a finished basement). Unlike too many other service providers on Angie's List, it was refreshing that Bobby did not try to up-sell me on other items. This is a complaint that myself and others have expressed about Angie's List, so this was a nice change of pace. I am president of our homeowners association and plan to recommend Bobby to other homeowners and include him in our approved vendor's list. He is a personable, caring, easy to like professional, and we will definitely use Bobby again.

The plumbers called the night before to confirm the time and location and asked about the house. They showed up on time and with the proper materials. The old faucet was removed and a new one was solder in. They tested the job and made sure that everything was correct. The gentleman who did the work is a licensed plumber and he is very through. He noticed that one of my pipes had not been secured properly and was putting strain on the solder joint. He secured this pipe at no charge just because he did not like the way it had been done. I am truly pleased with his attitude and the service that was provided.

We started having problems with our hot water heater and gave Bobby a call. He was extremely helpful and punctual throughout the entire process. When the decision was made to move forward with the replacement, Bobby was able to get all supplies together and get to the house on the scheduled date and time. The great thing about Bobby is that he takes his time!!! This was very comforting and I knew he would do a great job. As excepted, he did! Once the project was complete, he took plenty of time to go over the new system and discuss any and all questions I had. He'll be our plumber for any future projects and will be recommended to anyone who may ask.

Robert honored his coupon even after expiration date. He's an honest plumber & looks out for his customer.

I have a pump in my basement for a utility sink. I noticed a smell coming from that room so called Mr. Young to investigate. He showed up on time and at first thought I had a dead animal in my wall. He told his helper to take the top of the pump off to be sure. They discovered that a small animal had somehow found it's way from the outside into the pump and was decomposing. The smell was overwhelming when the pump was opened. They removed the pump and hauled it away. Bobby ordered a new pump and called me with the price. He showed up again on time to install the new pump. He unclogged a bathtub drain at the same time and reduced the price of that part of the service. I have no complaints about the work. He was on time, professional and the price was fair. Very nice guy and does good work.

I was very happy with him. The cost was great, and he didn't charge me extra, so I was happy. I liked the idea that he gave me options, and didn't just go with my idea.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. He was great! He arrived on time. He said that if there was any problem, I wouldn't hesitate to call. I wasn't anticipating any, and I don't think he was, and there hasn't been. I would strongly recommend this man. He's really better than good for a plumber. There were no extra charges. The price was remarkable because plumbers are outrageous.

It went very well. Mr. Young arrived on time He quickly repaired the toilets and, unasked, checked several plumbing pipes and valves to see that they were not leaking and were functioning properly. I was very pleased with his work.

My experience with Robert Young's plumbing has been fantastic!!! Bobby was able to come out to my house within hours of me contacting him. He assessed the problems with a leak in my basement and provided a very reasonable quote. He even helped me move boxes out of the way that had been sitting in water. Bobby then scheduled an appointment for the next day to come back to my house. Bobby seems to really know what he is talking about and is very honest about cost. I would absolutely recommend Robert Young's Plumbing to anyone, and I will most definitely be calling him again!! I've already referred one of my friends to his business!

One of our water heaters went out (pilot light assembly wasn't working). Bobby replaced it (heater replaced under warranty). He also gave us quotes on a water circulator and pressure regulator, which we plan to install soon. Overall, excellent service. Bobby came recommended to me by a neighbor who was also extremely pleased with his work. Highly recommend him as a plumber.

They were meticulous down to last detail making sure that there were no leaks and that the water drained completely.
