We had several leaks in our roof and we weren?t sure if it was coming on the side of our house behind our stucco or through our roof. He methodically went up one side of the house and down the other, and repaired anything he found. As he found these things, before he would repair it, he would want my husband to go up there, and they ended up finding major damage to an extension of our roof. He replaced the siding on one side of our house, took off the stucco and replaced it with shingles, replaced the whole extension of our roof and fixed all the leaks. The clean up was perfect. They had a dumpster in our driveway, and they just threw everything off the roof right down into it. We didn?t find any kind of mess. He was very conscientious. He didn?t want to do any repairs without us seeing the damage first. We actually knew him from 20 years ago. He is a builder who now does roofing and restoration as well. He used to build homes that were over a million - and still does - but he started this roofing company on the side. He personally comes by and checks the work several times a day even though he has professional roofing crews working for him. He calls us every night and tells us exactly what is going on and what to expect the next day. I wouldn?t have trusted anybody else for that. I would rate him highly. We are going to use him in the future to have our bathrooms renovated.
