RICK'S LAWN SERVICE

It took Rick weeks to return me first call. When he did, we made an appointment and he came to give me an estimate. Then a long time passed before he called to make an appointment to do the work ... aeration and trimming shrubs. We discussed preparation for lawn and seeding and he said he would call. He didn't. I met him at the grocery store and reminded him that he was going to call with a plan. "Give me a call." He didn't. I received a call this week inviting me to pay $185 for preparation of the lawn and fescue. I won't answer his call.

Estimate was provided when promised. Called repeatedly to schedule work and never received a call back or response of any kind.

Rick promptly returned our call and came out to our home to provide us with an estimate on how much it would cost to remove all the leaves from our yard. We have a new baby and just fell woefully behind on leaf removal this year, as we have many mature trees on our lot. We hired Rick and he promised to call the next week before he came and he did. He did an excellent job removing all of the leaves. It took two trailer loads to get the job done. Our yard looks great. He gave us a recommendation for some grading work that we need to have done and let us know that he can seed our yard in the fall. We plan to hire him again.

Everything went great from start to finish.

Of all of the service providers that come my way (plumbers, electricians, pest control, painters, etc.), Rick is the best! He is a very hard worker; he's very conscientious about the quality of his work and will always correct something if there ever is a problem. He's very reliable and punctual. I also like it that I don't need to tell him what needs to be done, he gets it done on his own. On top of all of this, he's a super nice guy. I couldn't recommend a better lawn service.

Rick returned my call same-day, and came by to estimate same-day. In fact, he completed the job on the spot. He took about an hour to mow twice (I have 1/2 acre, large yard) and he walks a large mower instead of speeding through on a ride-on (a real plus!). He is very personable and pays attention to detail. Luis takes his time with the edger (another plus!). The photos show nice mowing work and a nice sharp edge. Rick and Luis did a great job.

I like the job that he does. He makes sure that the lawn looks good and is neat when he gets done. He always makes sure that all of his lines are even. I never find grass clumps laying on the walk-walks or drive. He does a nice job.

Rick did a really nice, professional job. I am very satisfied with the results and plan to have him service the lawn through the fall.

Very professional. Did exactly what he described and quoted. Completed the work in timely manner. Price was reasonable.

The job took longer than expected. Bad weather, lack of help showing up, and Rick's busy schedule were the only negatives which were easily overshadowed by Rick's high level of professionalism, conscientiousness, knowledge and quality of work. Overall, I am very happy with the work and will use Rick again on a regular basis.

RICK IS A HOMEOWNER'S DREAM. HE IS POLITE, PROFESSIONAL, PUNCTUAL, RETURNS CALLS QUICKLY, AND IS VERY SKILLFUL AT SHRUB TRIMMING. HE ALSO DOES GENERAL YARD WORK AS WELL. (MOWING, PINE STRAW, ETC.) HE WILL ALSO DO SUBDIVISION ENTRANCES. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND HIM!
