The tree removal went fantastic! The tree and debris were removed the same day and clean-up was immaculate. I opted not to have the stump ground out to save $200 but in retrospect I should have done the stump too

Richmond Tree experts quoted me $2200 to remove fallen trees from my tiny backyard. They are price gouging right now.

Excellent job. Used a crane to take down a 100+ year old oak tree. They have me a "sliver" of the trunk to use a decoration and a historical artifact. The tree is close to the same age as the house (built in 1911). Overall great experience

Didn't show up at the agreed time. I phoned them 45 minutes after the appointment time and was told that a job had come up that they had to deal with and they had forgotten to call me. I understand that a paid job might be higher priority than a free estimate, but I had taken the afternoon off of work to meet them here. A phone call would have been the right move.

It was a weekday (Friday), the weather was sunny and there was no wind. The tree simply fell over. It was full of green leaves and hickory nuts and looked healthy. It broke off near the base and the inside appeared rotten in the few feet closest to the ground. Right after the tree fell at 11:40am, my husband called several tree services we had researched before for a job on our property last year. He got a live person at Richmond and Scott Hunter arrived promptly about 1:30pm and shortly after brought in a crew with a large crane. By 3:30 pm they had the tree off the house and most of the debris removed. They were fast and efficient. The crane allowed the tree to be lifted from the roof without further damage to the house. They were even able to remove the heavy trunk portion of the tree from our neighbors' yard (with their permission). They also referred us to Legacy Construction who came and promptly placed a tarp over the damaged portion of the roof. I have lots of pictures & videos of the work.

Early this Spring, I received a call from my neighbor that one of our large oaks had fallen on our house. I called Pat immediately and by the time I arrived at home, his crew was already at work. They removed the tree from our house, cut it all and hauled away every bit of debris in a matter of hours. This was a 42 inch diameter tree! They did an amazing job and I would highly recommend them.

No issues with estimate and came back a second time to add another tree to the estimate. After a no show on the first removal appointment crew showed up fine on the second appointment. Crew was effecient, professional got the work done very timely. Removed a difficultly located dead pine tree with no problems. Removed sweet gum and stump woth no problems and no damage to lawn or shrubs. Definitely use them again only a C for no show

Pat and his crew were on time, came with all the right equipment and when the job was complete you could not even tell they had been there., other than the trees being gone... I was so glad that I went with them, the other estimates I received we all in the same dollar value, but after the professionalism of Richmond Tree, I had no doubt that I wanted to go with them.

It went Great. I don't have any more trees but if I did, they would be the ones to cut them down.
