the guys came in and did a great job painted the rooms and finished on time thanks to Ed

we needed a contractor to come out for some drywall repair so we found ed and his team on angies list ed agreed to come out an give us a quote the quote was fair and honest to we scheduled a day to start the work . the job took a bout three days but not longer than we expected and everything went just fine .

We were very well pleased this crew is very skilled in drywall repair work was done right and in a timely manner.

We use this company to prepare our turnkey apartment properties they come in and do the job right with over 5 years of service we couldn't ask for a better company to do our properties they always finish on time and are very professional !!

Long story short me and my girlfriend had a party for a close friend of mine and during the party a drunken buddy of another buddy decided that he would practice game plays in the man cave and plowed the wall with maybe 300 hundred pounds of drunk buddy we laughed but the cost of repairs wasn't that funny Ed really thought it was funny once i told him what he was repairing lol total life saver and reasonable

Very good job, our dog decided to have a chewing contest in the kids play room so we called the guys at residential and they came out and made the repairs in a timely manner we were very pleased with the turnout thanks Residential!

Absolutely one of the best in the business i have been working with this company for years before Angie's list we have been in the real estate business for well over 10 yrs and we always need drywall repair and painting that's why we always use Residential ,they are reasonable and the quality of there work is unmatched in my opinion!

This is clearly not the easiest work to do but Residential makes it look like a piece of cake to see were we started from in the beginning with funky old tacky wallpaper and holes covering the existing drywall he coated the wallpaper with a skim coat and when he was done the walls looked as if wall paper or holes were never there not to mention that they totally cleaned up after themselves upon leaving everyday i could not be more pleased with the end result i highly recommend Residential and will use them on the next project !

there were two unfinished rooms in my basement and Eddie came and quoted me a price for the repair and framing of six walls in order to finish the basement at the beginning i was a little nervous about using the service of this company but from the beginning to the end the guys were very polite and considerate of me and my family and the job turned out really nice i would highly recommend and use them again for my next project Awesome Awesome company !!

I had a flood in my master bathroom from the shower spick leaking and i called Ed he was very responsive and prompt the price he quoted me was very fair i thought it was gonna cost a lot more but to my surprise the quote panned out perfect the repair went very smooth the kids fell in love with the guys as they were very kind i have no complaints about the service as it was a very quick repair job and the guys were punctual about cleaning up behind themselves at the end of every day and i loved it there very good guys.

Eddie was friendly during our initial phone conversation regarding the repairs that were needed. He set up a time to come and look at the work so that he could provide us with an estimate. He was friendly, courteous and on time. He explained the process to us so that we would understand the repair work and gave an honest opinion regarding what he thought would work best for our repairs. He provided an estimate soon after his initial visit which was within our budget. Once we scheduled a time for the work to be done, he arrived on time and ready to work. He completed the work efficiently and went over the repairs with us prior to wrapping things up to make sure we were pleased with the work. Once the work was done, he made sure the areas were cleaned up. It was such an easy process working with him and his focus on communication eased our anxiety. We would highly recommend him!

The contractor was able to use some of the existing drywall from my DIY work. They screwed the drywall into the studs and completed areas that I missed. Although my DIY job was less than perfect , the contractor was courteous and even complimentary of my effort. They did an excellent job framing out wall, soffits for duct work, and doorways. The contractor coated the walls with drywall compound and sanded the walls until they became smooth and even. They took care to cover my belonging before they sanded and left the area clean and tidy. The paint job looks wonderful and I am very pleased.
