I called the company on Wednesday and was told that someone would come by in the afternoon to give me an estimate.. After being told that I had an engagement at 7:00pm and they would have to be there by 6:00pm they told me that they would be there by 5:00. They did not show nor give me a call saying they were not coming. The next day I called and was told that they did not come because they had left the information at their previous job site. We then made an appointment for them to give an estimate on Thursday evening. Again they did not show nor give me a call saying they were not coming. I understand that sometimes things come up that would change ones plans. However, the company did not exhibit professionalism nor respect my time by scheduling appointments and not showing up nor calling.
