+ 1 moreThey do a very good job. They are very thorough. They usually reply pretty promptly. If I have a problem they come out and fix it right away. They are very professional and competitively priced.
Description of Work: I used RCI Contracting Inc to pressure wash the patio and front walkway. They hung a light fixture and fixed a leaking faucet.

+ 3 moreHole in roof came after severe storms and damage occurred to the condo unit directly under that section of roof. We were planing on replacing the entire roof and had started an escrow fund for that purpose. With this unexpected leak, we had to move more quickly. we hired a project manager (engineer) who recommended the surrounding woodwork be replaced at the same time. We let bids and chose this company based on one recommendation from Angies List. As noted above we were pleased with the overall finished product and will likely consider this company again when we finally tackle the entire asbestos roof
Description of Work: We had rotting facia and sofits around a 16 unit condo that was built in the 1920s. There was deterioration in asbestos roofing in one place. This company removed the asbestos with compliance to abatements procedures, repaired roof and replaced all of the Sofit and facia with synthetics materials. Workmanship was competent, on time, and generally well accepted by oversight project manager. The company's estimate was in line with the final billing. Their work was a good value, given the necessary expenses incurred with handling and desposing of asbestos materials.

+ -1 moreThey came in right under my budget, I gave them a set of keys and they came and did the work and locked up each day when they were finished. They did an excellent job with an exposed cedar beams and tongue-in-groove ceiling. They were very dependable and took them about seven days. They did a great job cleaning up too.
