Stay as far as you can. Crappy work. My new home was plumbed by Randall lowe Plumbing. # pulte homes# . Water leaking under the floor by kitchen sink. Had to tear up the cabinet floor to locate the leak and the plumber was in disbelief on how it was plumbed. Terrible job, take short cut to save a few bucks and wont stand behind their work.

I would highly recommend that you stay away from this company. The admin staff, especially Nancy and Tabitha in the Home Service department are rude, condescending, confrontational, and argumentative. I needed to have a toilet replaced under warranty. Because of work schedules and the fact that they can't come after hours or on weekends, I can only make time available once every four weeks. Once a particular toilet was identified as needing replacing, they were suppose to bring it out on the next visit along with parts for another toilet (1 Month later), but did not. The next few months then went from being sick (another month), an emergency on the part of the guy coming out (I was notified 2 hours before they were supposed to get here) (yet another month), and they gave my predestined toilet to another user (still another month). After four months, I can't get my toilet, including one that was slated for me previously. When trying to discuss the issue with Nancy (Department Head), she was nothing but rude and condescending. When asked why did they give my toilet to another job, she exclaimed that it wasn't HER (personal) warehouse that made the mistake (it was her company's... she was just being pedantic). Both refuse to engage in any conversation about the toilet is now 4-5 months before it gets replaced, and I am expected to wait some indiscriminate amount of time in the future before they "may" get any. Instead of being respectful to me in attempting to ask why is this taking so long, Nancy hung up and refused to even schedule appointments. She also wants to heavily deflect blame on the warehouse (that isn't hers) as the culprits in this scenario. When asked if she would be upset or frustrated if the roles were reversed, she admitted that she would be, but I am not allowed to voice any concerns about the lack of action when it comes to dealing with replacing my toilet. At this point, I would pay twice as much to go elsewhere to not have to deal with this company.

The support staff are really unprofessional and unhelpful. They do not offer a reasonable timeframe to come out. They don’t provide enough information about the repairs and generally try to get out of offering service. We had no choice as to who work with due to the fact that they did the plumbing on the house with the builder. I would rather pay money for anything that is time sensitive than to wait on them or deal with their poor service.

awful, I have to use a company outside of the warranty due to the fact that Randal Lowe's schedule is based on they do what they want when they feel like it system.

He did it very efficiently and effective that day; we haven't had any problems. They were very good. They have a two year system warranty. He came in and did his work. He's courteous and left. I appreciated that very much.

Job was done on time and very quickly. Technichian was very informative and did great job.

We received a recommendation for Randal Lowe from a contractor friend and they came out quickly and gave us an unbelievable price on re-plumbing our entire historic house. However, as soon as we excepted the bid we no longer dealt with the nice guys that had done the inspection but rather non-english speaking laborers (which I guess is common) and it was very frustrating as it seemed they did not understand the job. We had 3 call backs right away because feed lines were put in backwards, and a year later we have had 4 more call backs to fix waste lines that were put in wrong. In fact the main bathroom waste line was put in backwards, and quot;fixedand quot; on the first call back, and then we called again only to find that it was made better but not fixed and we had to have them and quot;fixand quot; their own work for the 3rd time and it still doesn't work. We will NEVER HIRE this company again and would have paid double to have the job done right the first time and not have to plunge our toilet 3 times a week just to get it to flush.

Randal Lowe Plumbing didn't want my service from the beginning. From the poor response time, requiring a second call, to the rude response I received to the plumber. I quickly decided to go with an established Angie's list plumbing service, who answered the call and dispatched a professional plumber immediately who diagnosed the problem and quickly explained their 10-year warranty on their service and parts. Thanks to Angie's list.
