Alex did a beautiful job & cleaned up everything before he left.

They did a great job with replacing my tub with a stand up shower, and replacing my bathroom floor. Jim was on point with what was available and they could perform, Devin was on point with sales end, getting order and making arrangements for install. Problem was, beyond that there was no communication when needed, a few issues developed and I was unable to get needed answers. Fortunately, I was able to reach out to Devin and he was able to get answers, and get needed task completed. Outside communication block, I am very happy with work completed!!

Richard came on time. We discussed different options and designs for my bath conversion from shower/tub to shower only. He was very patience and professional. He gave me a reasonable quote and time to think on my decision. I called and hired his company. Now waiting for the next stage for the materials to come in.

I had my master shower and master and guess vanities completely redone. Their workmanship and quality of the products was awesome. Their price for labor and product were very competitive to other companies I checked. I highly recommend this company and will use them in the future!

Great installation and service

They were really quick to estimate and take the job, but really slow in getting the job done. I still have not gotten the safety handrail that was included in the price. Maybe if I was having the entire bathroom redone it would have been a better experience. It seemed that they were doing me a favor just installing a tub. I still owe a balance of $284.00 I told them I would gladly pay when the handrail is installed. Once again, the polite phone callback saying *we will take care of it.*

The entire experience was exceptional and a real pleasure. The end result was an amazing transformation that made our family and friends' jaws drop when they saw the finished product. Our new master suite is a perfect sanctuary from the various stresses of the day and makes my wife and I feel like we are at a weekend retreat or spa every night. He listened to our ideas and helped develop a plan that maximized our results without blowing our budget. And then one the plan was donee, Zett and his team executed it to perfection - even managing a few on-the-fly adjustments without missing a beat.

The job was performed to spec, workers were polite and efficient. Care was taken to protect carpeted areas and a good job of cleanup was done. I have no complaints and would recommend Quality Craftsmen to others.

Tim Willingham, at Quality Craftsmen, is honest, trustworthy, and most importantly cares deeply about his customers. First,we hired them to install a new shower and they did a beautiful job. Because of Tim and his willingness to make certain that we were completely satisfied with their work we decided to hire them for all of our major home repairs. He is a man of deeds not empty promises. I will never use anyone else to do any renovations to my home. If you are looking for someone to repair or to do a total renovation to your home you can be confident in their ability to deliver top rated workmanship. If you are reading this review, you have already found without a doubt the best company for any home project you may have. You will continue to hire them for many years to come. I had the tub/shower combination removed & replaced with a new acrylic shower, new plumbing fixtures and glass doors. The work performed was suburb! My new shower is beautiful and I love it!

We had our shower completely redone by this company. The actual shower is nice and we can not complain about the work done. However, the customer experience was very much a bait and switch. The salesman was very nice, which was to be expected. The project manager we had made no effort to keep us informed on the timeline and installation status. The crew and workers who came to physically do the installation were great but I felt like for the price we paid, it would have been nice to have better communication from the project manager. Also, when we signed paperwork with the salesman on the job, we were promised the shower would only take 4 weeks (entire job to be finished within two days) at the most to be finished. However, it actually took 8 weeks from signed papers to completion and two different installation dates because they did not have the door ready. After this experience, if we could have hired out the contractors only that would have been ideal. The company left much to be desired in both communication and meeting promised deadlines.

we had a great experience with this company updating our shower stall. it is beautiful and much more spacious than the fiberglass insert the builder had installed.

I replaced the shower and shower door in my master bath. I'm very pleased with the work that was done. The quality is amazing, the installers worked non-stop and got the job done in one day. I appreciate how they cleaned up after they were done. Everything was explained up front. There were no surprises.

Replacing the bathtub with a shower was a bit pricey but we think it is well worth the money. No more fears of falling while getting in and out of a really deep tub. We are very happy with the quality of work and the people explained everything before starting the project. We definitely recommend these folks.

Alex is AMAZING! A hard worker with an excellent attitude no matter what curveballs the job held! I can t say enough great things about him!
