I was delighted when I hired Quality Craftsman LLC to help me install a shower in my bathroom. I have had a Jacuzzi since my husband, and I bought this house 37 years ago. Three men came and worked on tearing out my jacuzzi and building a shower. Quality Craftsman was the only company that would build a shower the size of my jacuzzi. Other companies wanted to build a smaller shower. I would have had to replace my entire floor tile if a smaller shower had been built. What a relief it was that I found a company that met my expectations. My jacuzzi had worked great all these years, but suddenly, one of the jets developed a leak. I could not find anyone to find the leak, so I had no alternative but to change the jacuzzi into a shower. Then I found Quality Craftsman. You would think this would be a noisy job, but this was the quietest job I have ever seen done by these three workers who put in the shower. Before they started, a sales representative came to my house and helped me pick out the design of the shower tile. I could have chosen white, which would have allowed this job to be completed quicker, but I chose a fancier style they had to order. Now that it is in, I am glad I picked out what I liked. The wait was worth it. They worked quietly and built a shower I was so pleased with. Plus, all of the workers were so polite and respectful. The shower built had a seat, grab bars, two shower heads, a caddy, and glass shower doors. The floor was made up of a material that doesnâ t allow one to slip. I wish my husband were still alive. He would have just loved this shower. If you want a nice shower, I suggest this company. They have all different styles of material to pick from. If you want something you like, go with Quality Craftsman LLC.

The people were exceptionally professional and considerate. They were easily contacted and handled all questions and concerns quickly. It took over a month to get in the materials and get the job started but I chalk that up to todayâ s economy. It took them 1 and 1/2 days to complete the job. There was one very small aesthetic issue which they scheduled to have addressed immediately. I was very happy with the way it turned out.

After having a history of bad experiences with contractors, we were pleased to have a different experience with Quality Craftsman Roofers. From the presentation given by Ken, who provided the estimate, to the finished product, we were extremely happy. The workers showed up when they said they would. The workers worked hard the entire day. In addition, communication was very good. If we had a question or concern it was addressed in a very timely manner. Quality Craftsman Roofers lived up to their name and they have our enforcement.

I have no hesitation recommending Quality Craftsmen as a company that you can fully trust for its expertise and integrity. I needed to add extra living space to my house so that I could move my mother in with us. With limited information available on the web, I was able to interview a small number of contractors. I was terrified of such a large project after all of the horror stories I have heard over the years from friends and acquaintances about dealing with contractors. Based on a gut feeling, I crossed my fingers and chose Quality Craftsmen for the job. For once, my gut feeling was accurate. In 2021, Quality Craftsmen was able to add what amounts to a small house to the back of mine: a bedroom, walk-in closet, bathroom, kitchen, washer/dryer closet, dining/living area, and a spacious covered patio. In the year and a half since this project was completed, we are extremely pleased with the work that was done. Everything has held up great. As difficult as it was for my mother to leave her home of 50 years, she is very happy to have such a nice space to live where she can be safe, independent, and comfortable, yet just a doorway away from us if she needs anything. I would recommend this company not just for their workmanship, but also for their honesty more than anything. I have no horror stories to tell or headaches to report. From start to finish, Zett Quinn took full responsibility for the project and adapted to the unexpected circumstances as they arose. Even with the additional obstacle of Covid affecting labor and supplies in 2021, the entire experience could not have been any less stressful for me.

Excellent service from start to finish. All permits & inspections were done properly and copies sent to us via email. All this for hundreds of dollars less than another bid from a top company.

Hired them to do a shower install a month ago, have not heard a thing from them. Literally had to make a call to the salesman because the initial emails sent after hire were sent with no contact phone number. When I did talk to somebody they gave an excuse. Still waiting for this job to start. Hopefully before I cancel!

I had a large home remodeling project that involved building a Sunroom and a second-floor Entertainment room in a space where there existed a two-story great room steeple high ceiling. They brought my vision to reality. What was a small patio slab outside of my great room walls is now a stunning four-season large Sunroom with cascading windows that expands across and encircle the walls of my new living space. A breath-taking 2nd floor Entertainment room that is marveled by everyone with a wrought iron banister crosswalk entry and new stairwell providing the final change to what is now an elegant home. From new flooring, to painting and an architecturally designed remodeled home I could not be happier. Thanks to Zett Quinn and the entire Quality Craftmen team. You met and absolutely exceeded my expectations.

Excellent service from salesman, supervisors, and office personal. Best warranty on both product and workman ship versus the 5 competing companies for our roofing project. Our neighbors on both side have commented about how nice the roofing job looks. All installers were professional and hard working. All work was done on scheduled time frame and completed by end of March 2022. We had the heavier underlayment and roof ridge vents installed and it was worth every penny.

The workers arrived on time, were very efficient cleaned the work area very well, and completed their work in a very pleasing manner. The job took two days and both workers worked extremely hard during those two days to complete the job. The glass installers were on time, and did a fantastic job with our shower enclosure.

The quoted price was quite a bit lower than other bids. Worker showed up on time, were very knowledgeable and efficient. Were very considerate Of my home when doing work and did a fantastic job of cleaning up when they completed their work. Quality of their work was excellent and their timliness in completing the job Was right on schedule. Would recommend them anytime!
