He arrived on time. After he finish I ask why was a partof the flooring was pushed up and why he was using glue to on the part. He kept saying the flooring was no good. After going back and forth about it. He got his tools and went out to his van and never can back in to discuss pym. I called and said why did you just leave. He acted like he didn't understand English. He then sent me an invoice to pay that said pay by Dec. 5th. He said he would resend it. He sent another one with the correct date on it. When I didn't respond right away he kept texting calling to where he texted me saying if I didn't pay he was going to come back to my house to come get the pym. I texted him back are you threatening me. No response. He had added a $16.37 charge to the $400.00 pym. for an online pym. fee. I texted him that I was not paying the fee. I asked upfront if he took credit cards he said yes never mentioning a fee. The next morning he texted stating g he would remove fee. He resent an invoice for $400.00. I paid it and told him Thank you. It was just rude and very unprofessional he just left and I was waiting on him to come back to discuss the pym. I would not recommend him for those two reasons.

The crew was punctual, friendly, and followed up to ensure they were meeting our needs for the job. They were meticulous with their cleanup. I highly recommend them for your flooring needs.
