We could use an app to turn on and turn off the alarm. It was excellent. They left the area clean. We used them for three years. Their worker - Chris was nice, personable and knowledgeable.

We had just scheduled the appointment to have our security system connected for today earlier this week. When we scheduled the appointment we were told they would call 30 mins prior to their arrival. I had changed my work schedule to make sure I was around all day today so we could get set up with security monitoring. With the Holiday this week we were doing a lot of traveling and did not have good access to phones and VM's, so about 11am this morning I realized I had a VM from the alarm company at 8:45 this morning saying they needed us to call within 15 mins or we would forfeit our appointment. We were never told that we would need to confirm our appointment, but to give someone 15 mins to confirm their appointment during the Holidays is absurd. We are in the middle of renovating our new home and had scheduled installation of fixtures and other work based on our home having a monitored security system. When my Husband spoke with Chris around 11am (our appointment window was 12-2pm) he blamed us for not calling calling back in time, and basically said it was our fault and offered no help other than to reschedule us for Monday. I spoke with Tiffany and I will say she was at least understanding of our situation and was going to try to find a technician to come out today until she spoke with Chris. Regardless I am now forced to reschedule contractors until we can get the alarm installed and set up (I have since spoken with several other companies and found several wiling to try get someone out today even if it was after hours; that's customer service). I gave professionalism a "B" instead of an "F" only because of Tiffany.

Premier security was great to work with. They gave me a good idea of the activation options over the phone and were very upfront with their pricing. I set up an appointment and Chris came out to look at my existing system and review options with me in more detail. No scare tactics or high pressure sales, just very straight forward info from a guy who knows his stuff. I decided to proceed with their services after a few days and Chris came out to do the installation and activation. I had an existing system so he tested all the components, added a cellular unit, new motion sensor, new battery, and confirmed signals were received by the monitoring center. Also, no contract required which is great! The system works really well and we are pleased with the experience.

Overall it was very enjoyable. Chris was a great salesman and no high pressure. He told us what they had and how it could be used in our house. Installation was great. Had a little problem but they solved it in a couple of minutes. Love the system. My wife really enjoys the safety she now has.

It went very smoothly. I talked to Chris about pricing on the phone then had him come out and give me a specific quote. Chris was clearly more knowledgeable about alarm systems than some of the other companies' salesmen. He was the only one to tell me I already had several wired window sensors that could be incorporated into a new system for no charge. The others were going to charge me for those windows. The technician who came out was friendly, professional, and skilled. My only complaint is that his partner had car trouble and didn't join him, so my installation took about 7-8 hours instead of the 5-6 I was promised. Not a big deal, but it did increase my stress level slightly to have it take so long. When the tech and I discovered Chris had underestimated the number of windows that needed new wireless sensors, I called Chris to see what could be done. He honored his original quote and did not charge me for the extra sensor. He also gave me a great rate on adding the wireless sensors since he was able to use the hardware in the window frame from the previous wireless sensors.

It went very well. They came when they said they would. Did a great job installing the system and explaining it and have been wonderful to work with.

I have been using them for four years. They installed the monitoring seed four years ago. I rate them high overall. I will continue using them.
