The gentlemen that run this shop are nothing short of outstanding. My present situation is one that forces me to take care of my parents from a distance. In that regard, mom and dad rely heavily on their computers and internet access and I'm not always there to handle short notice issues in this area. The folks at Power PC have filled this gap in extraordinary fashion. They have gone above and beyond many times to ensure that my parent's computers are in top shape. They even go so far as to show up at the house to set up equipment and make needed adjustments. Additionally, they are always generous with their advice and time when it comes to questions and/or issues. (Even if those issues are the result of operator error). Pricing is fair, the work they do is back up, and this company's performance is top notch. I'm very great for for the service they provide and would most certainly recommend them to anyone in need of personal IT help. Nice work, fellas! Thank you for everything so far. You've got the Best Buy guys beat hands down!
