Well.

I bought an older house with hardwood flooring under carpets throughout. The team assessed the situation, cleared out the carpet, and gave me a palette of staines / finishes to choose from. They did beautiful work - even my other trades people were very impressed when they saw the work. With the time gap for painters between coats, having the thresholds taken up was a little challenging, but they recommended solutions I was able to get put in. The team was very accommodating and removed a large built-in bookcase used as a room divider, and even (prior to the final coat) patched the floors where I took out sliding closet doors. Despite the late notice on that decision, they were extremely helpful and did a beautiful job! The team was able to accommodate scheduling challenges, and I really appreciated their honesty and flexibility in working with me. I would definitely recommend them to others.

They were very good during the whole process. They showed up on time and they did a really nice job with the flooring. I have no complaints at all. They have this dust lift system, so there is not much mess to clean when they are finished. That was nice too. The guy gave me a quote, did the work, and charged me exactly what he said he was going to charge. I am very satisfied.

THERE WORK WAS GOOD, THE FLOOR CAME OUT NICELY. HOWEVER, THERE WERE SEVERAL DETAILS THAT WERE MISSING (E.G. SHOE MOLDING IN SOME LOCATIONS) THAT I COULD NEVER GET THEM OUT TO FIX (MOSTLY SCHEDULING PROBLEMS). WHEN I WANTED TWO MORE ROOMS DONE I HAD A HARD TIME GETTING THEM TO COME OUT TO BID ON IT. ADDITIONALLY, AFTER ABOUT 18 MONTHS, SEVERAL AREAS OF THE FINISH ARE WORN. ANOTHER INSTALLER INDICATED THAT THE POLY FINISH HAD NOT BEEN THICK ENOUGH.
