They weren't able to get someone out today (Saturday - first available appointment was Monday unless I wanted to pay the emergency fee), they were able to walk me through the basics of what I needed to do. It was a real kindness. I will definitely call them for any future work I need done because they have already proved they are trustworthy and helpful.

I thought their prices were reasonable. The plumbers were good. They are very responsive and they can come on the same day or the next day and the scheduling is good.

We made an emergency call to Plumbpros after we came home to a broken water heater and thermal expansion tank. The very next day, they came out and were able to remove the old tank and then quickly installed the new one. They were very quick and punctual with their work and were very patient with all of our questions. My one critique, if anything, would have to be that they left some metal shavings on our floor and I wasn't really sure where they came from. I asked them about them and if they could be swept up and they said yes so I found it slightly odd that no effort was made on their part to just do that little extra bit. A quick mini brush and dustpan would have done the trick, but that's really a minor thing in my opinion. Overall, the new installation has worked out well and we have plenty of hot water.

Needed a part from Moen. Had to order the part. He didn't charge me the first visit.

Plumber Terry gave me wonderful service, and he worked with me to advise me on selecting quality fixtures. Absolutely the best service experience I have had with a plumber.

When we called Plumbpros, my husband asked for a technician to call him back to discuss the problem and possible solution. T.K. called back and gave us good information and told us what he anticipated would happen. He came out the next day as planned, and was able to clear the drain problem within 2 hours. He was professional, detail oriented, and meticulous in cleaning up after snaking the pipes through the washing machine drain pipe. We are extremely pleased and would definitely use Plumbpros again.

First, let me say this was no run of the mill installation. I had five companies visit my home to bid on the job. Three said it couldn't be done. My hot water heater was installed on a raised platform that sits over my electric clothes dryer in a small kitchen utility closet. The clearances to remove the old heater and get a new one in the same limited space were quite slim. The ceiling clearance to install the unit and keep it in compliance with code was even slimmer. Terry from Plumbpros was the first plumber who came to check out the job. If I had known then what I know now, I wouldn't have looked any further. He wasn't deterred by my situation, and came up with a plan to get the job done. It was no small task, but the Plumbpros team handled it. They were courteous, efficient and made sure to put my home back the way they found it. They made what was a nerve wracking experience bearable. The new heater fits perfectly - and legally - in the space. I have found a plumbing company I trust, and would not hesitate to use again.

The office was very responsive to our call on a Sunday requesting an appointment for Monday. On Monday, the office called to confirm our appointment and let us know that the plumber would arrive in about an hour. The plumber called about 30 minutes before arriving to let me know how far away he was and ask me some questions about the issue. When the plumber arrived, he was very professional and talked through the issues in clear detail. He researched our issue and determined the cause. Although something we had done over the weekend resolved it, he "went the extra mile" and loosened our outside cleanout so we could open it more easily in the future. He made suggestions on how to prevent clogs and help contain tree roots. It was very clear, from talking to our Plumbpros Pro, that he knew plumbing inside and out. He even knew the quirky ways in which clogs and water pressure will react in a house. It isn't as straight-forward as I thought. Plumbpros will be my first call the next time I have plumbing issues. I am planning bathroom renovations in my house to include gutting and repositioning bathrooms. I will have Plumbpro do the work.

He did a great job and we have not had any issues with the toilet since being unclogged.

The diagnosis of the problem was completed in one afternoon, via the camera/snake that was run down the toilet and almost to the street. I was able to watch and see everything that was going on under the ground. There was one break in the line and further out encountered large bunches of feeder roots grown into the line. With another instrument, the technician/plumber was able to locate where the line was running out to the street and the physical location of the ingrown roots. A date (8/18/14) was set for the work and I was told by Steve, the plumber, that he would take care of notifying the untilites and would be ready to start on the job early morning that date. I leave for work early each morning, so I have no idea what time they arrived, but Steve called me about 1:00 pm and said the repair was completed and they were in the process of back filling the ditch. The only real hitch was that when I returned home around 3:00 pm, Steve was there by himself finishing up by replacing my shrubs and smoothing out the yard. He told me that his work partner had an emergency and had to go, but I felt like he could have used a little help. To his credit, he didn't complain and just finished up the work. Another truck finally did arrive to retrieve the heavy equipment and trailer. I think Plumbpros did a great job of the repair and are priced competively (maybe a little steep). Steve was punctual for every appointment we had, was very careful bringing equipment in the house, and cleaned up after himself every time. I never met anyone else with Plumbpros, so I can't recommend another plumber, but I have to assume that all of the plumbers with this company must have at least as much expertise as Steve.

They were superb! Very prompt and efficient from beginning to end. The plumber was punctual, courteous and very knowledgeable in his field. Compared to other plumbers this plumber was the most reasonable with coming out to give an estimate. I will definitely use them again if I need to.

At first the price of $455 seemed a bit high for a $80 part from home depot, but I was very glad I had Thorsten from this company come out. He found signs of multiple leaks in the plumbing under our sink, and fixed those free-of-charge along with the disposal replacement . The original installation was probably done by the previous owners, and left out some washers. After installing the new one, he tested the sink repeatedly by filling it, and ended finding another leak in the part that clamps to the sink bottom. He replaced that part which was also potentially installed with the wrong type of sealant--it would have taken me a day to figure it out by myself. After everything was tested and cleaned up, he generously answered a bunch of questions about other potential issues. The price was high but worth it to me, and they quoted me over the phone so there weren't any surprises.

When our blue poly water line started leaking in our front yard on Friday, July 18 we called the first "A" rated plumbing company on Angie's list that same afternoon. That company said they couldn't send anyone out until the following Monday. Then we called PLUMBPROS. They sent Steven out that same afternoon to give us an estimate. Steven returned promptly the following morning (willing to work on Saturday) with a digging crew. Within a couple of hours they installed a new copper water line. Everyone was courteous and professional. While they were here, Steven also installed a thermal expansion unit on our hot water heater and fixed a leak from the washing machine both at no charge. We highly recommend PLUMBPROS and we know we will call them in the future for our plumbing needs.

Plumbpros had someone out same day, very professional, quickly diagnosed that the leak was with due to HVAC system not water heater and discussed options for resolution. Richard was very helpful and informative and he did not charge us for the visit, which was greatly appreciated.

We originally had a company temporarily clear a blockage and run a camera through our sewer line to identify a sewer problem. Roots had broken through our sewer line and was blocking our sewage system. The original company gave us a quote of $3800, that included $550 for the location of the problem area. After getting multiple estimates, we chose Plumbpros. They gave us a quote of $2600 ($1200 cheaper than the original company) and that price included a camera run. They ran the camera and found the problem to be at a location 5ft away from spot the original company located and several feet shallower. I was concerned because I had 2 different pieces of info from 2 different companies. We..Plumbpros was right. I was standing there watching them dig and their location point was dead-on, and so was the depth. It looked like it was going to be a nitemare as it was much closer to a large tree than expected and appeared that the sewer would need to be completely rerouted. These guys carefully dug down to expose the broken pipe and were able to skillfully access the pipe while doing the least amount of harm to the tree. They worked in a tight space to avoid any unnecessary damage to my lawn and tree and got the problem resolved. They did the work for the exact amount that they quoted us. By properly identifying the location of the problem and by NOT using the bad data from the original plumbing company, they saved us from a lot of extra yard damage. They also located an existing access point on my lawn that the original plumbing company couldn't find and were going to add. I could not give these guys a higher rating due to the care, precision, and professionalism reflected in their work. On top of it, they did it for $1200 than the "other" company quoted us. For info on the "other" company, I won't use their name here, but I have posted a separate review this am that is less than glowing and should be heeded. I will use no one other than Plumbpros for any future plumbing work. Thank you Plumbpros!!!!

We woke up on a Sunday to find our sewer backing up into the downstairs bathroom. Mike had a plumber at our house within an hour of my call and the work was done very quickly. Plumber he sent was professional and personable, explaining everything he was doing and what possible next steps would be if we had this issue again.

The tech who came was called in for this job. He was extremely helpful and very knowledgeable. He is the sort of person you are impressed by and would always like to see. A very good experience.

Can I give an A++? I had a leak under my sink last night, I cleaned the water up and made sure it wasn't running and decided I would call a plumber in the morning. I jumped on Angie's List, read reviews and called Plumbpros. My call was answered after a few rings and Richard was very nice and sent someone named Justin right away. Within two hours Justin was at my door. He was punctual and professional. A ring had come unscrewed and he explained why it happened. He didn't need to replace anything so he didn't try to pull wool over my eyes. While he was here I asked him to look at a couple leaky toilets and he told me they were easy fixes and taught me how to fix them without having to charge me for the work. I really appreciated his honesty and I will defiantly be calling again for any future issues.
