They did a good job but they were extremely expensive. I thought it was excessive for that amount of work.

I could not believe that he charged me $750 to hook up two washing machines that only required him to attach them to the existing water source. When I questioned him on the price he just said "well sorry, that's what it costs" and when I asked if he could contact a supervisor about the price he refused. He used the excuse that he had to light a pilot light and that's why it was so expensive. The total job took 15 minutes. I also asked him to take a look at my ice maker which was broken. He said it would be an additional $350 just to provide the estimate! I also asked him to have a supervisor or someone higher up in the company contact me about their pricing and I've never heard anything back.

I called PlumbPros on a Friday morning after my neighbor discovered water leaking onto his driveway from my yard. After some research I was pretty sure that I had a water main leak. I was leaving for vacation the next day so I wanted to have someone out to at least investigate the problem. After calling two other plumbers that could not fit me in for 5 days (and that was the fastest response), I spoke with PlumbPros and they fit me in the same day. Scott arrived on time and quickly assessed the situation and confirmed that I did indeed have a leak in my water main. Scott went over options and pricing and we set up time to have the work completed while I was away on vacation. Throughout the whole process, Scott was a true professional and kept me informed with everything he was doing. After he found the leak, he found that the pipe the builder used was actually defective so it had to be replaced. He even sent me pictures so I could see for myself. Scott set up the landscape crew to dig the trench for the new line (they even had to go under a walkway and my driveway). Scott called me on the day he was doing the work to gain access to the basement (through the garage) and to walk me through the entire process. He then called me once the work was complete to go over the scope of the job again. The work was done entirely while I was gone and when I arrived home I found that everything was working great and all the mess of the yard had been cleaned up. The only evidence that remained was the trench that had to be dug in my front yard. The bush that he had to dig up had even been replanted and the mulch was replaced over the affected areas. I would highly recommend PlumbPros and particularly Scott H. He was a true professional and made the entire process as painless as possible all while I was out of town on vacation. Thanks PlumbPros!

They came out and they were very thorough. They were great to work with and they stayed around while the city came out to look at the problem. Turns out to be more of a city problem then ours. The gentleman was very polite and showed up when he was suppose to and did a follow up with us as well.

Everything was good. The price was quite high. So, we went with a different company.

It went well, get a quote on alternative, which was replacing the line (which will eventually need to be done). They offered this service as a 1-2 year fix. It has been 2 years and the line is still clean

After hearing my toilet bubbling while taking a shower, I called PlumbPros at the recommendation of my realtor. They came out within two or three hours, used the camera to identify the problem, and broke the unfortunate news to me that my 50+ year-old cast iron pipes needed to be replaced as soon as possible. No one wakes up and gets excited about spending $4,700 on a problem you didn't know you had, but I'm thankful that PlumbPros identified the problem for us before we had a mess on our hands. We got other quotes the same day, and no one even came close to being as competitively priced as PlumbPros. We hired them later that day, and they were at our house on Friday. The two plumbers working on our home were extremely kind, outgoing and professional. They stayed late on a Friday night to finish the work so that we could use our water over the weekend. They came back the next day to clean up the job. Overall, they were a great company to work with and they did a standup job. Having brand new drain pipes will help us sell our house in a few years, and we're thankful that we didn't have a messy situation. Since this happened, these guys have also come out to install a dishwasher for us, and they did a great job with that as well.

Well it started off with the technician showing up 4 hours late. Then he listens to my pipes for about 60 seconds and writes up an estimate for just shy of $2000 ($1950.00). He said that we needed to replace our pressure regulator and rework all pipes and that we would need to replace our hot water heater in the process because it wasn't "up to code." Then he acted put out that we didn't just jump on his estimate and hire him on the spot. What he didn't know was that A. I'm a low voltage contractor and I know that my hot water heater isn't "out of code." and B. We had already had 2 other techs come out earlier that day. Both of them said there was nothing wrong with our system. The knocking was a result of work being done on the water main just down the road. So, be wary of this company. During my only experience with them they proved to be less than honest.

Technician was punctual for the free inspection and provided a detailed analysis of the problem with a specific cost of the repair. Upon arrival for the later repair when the needed parts were ordered (a few days later), the technician was again punctual, efficient, and thorough in repairing the problem detected from the inspection and worked diligently and continuously for 6 hrs. until completion. Vince was always courteous, very professional and kept me informed of progress on the job at each point of the work until finished. It was a high quality performance from beginning to end and I will definitely use this company again.

I was please with everything. They replaced my sump pump that was not always reliable with a much better quality one. They came on time and performed everything to our expectations. The technician was polite and courteous and we were happy.

Plumb Pros was actually sent to my house through my home warranty company. Their service was prompt and professional. I had a leak in my basement and the service tech took his time locating the problem and fixing it correctly.

We had contracted with another plumber to do street to house installation, supply and sewage. When it came time to make the connection to the sewer tap it became obvious this plumber was in over his head ( yes we had checked his credentials with the State of Georgia which assured us he was a licensed "Master Plumber"). He couldn't locate sewer tap and became convinced that the street would cave in if he persisted. He basically just walked off the job. Terry and his crew from Plumb Pros came in and took over. It took two days of very hard work but they got the job done at the agreed price, cleaned up and even regraded the mess left by the other guy. Very pleased with them.

They were very prompt to respond to a quote request with a verbal quote. I called to have a written quote sent. The written quote was $300 more than the verbal. I also had to call and verity some of the detail that was missing from the quote, e.g. material and size of the water line and the sewer line. Once the detail was verified, they were very quick to schedule the job. The work itself seemed to be acceptable although one big snag was encountered. I had stated on several occasions that I would pay the extra cost of copper and was given a quote for a copper upgrade, but when I went to check on their progress I noticed they had installed poly. At first he denied I had requested copper but he finally offered to replace the poly if I insisted. Since they had already laid pipe and filled in part of the excavation I consented to leave the poly line there. I hope I don't regret that decision. When he originally quoted the install he quoted a longer route to avoid a decorative wall. Because of circumstances they had to take out a section of the wall anyway. This saved them approx. 25 feet off the install. Despite the shorter install , the $300 difference between the verbal and written quote and my offer to accept the poly line error, they would not pass on the savings on the final cost. The cost was as quoted on the written agreement, less the cost of copper. The work was done in a timely manner and the clean up was OK. I find it interesting that when contractors run into an unexpected problem they have no problem telling you it will cost more, but when jobs go easier, their written quote is higher than their verbal, and you do them a favor in accepting their mistake, their response was (paraphrased) we quote the sewer hook-up and that is what your charged for no matter what. The following day I noticed the water line inside our garage had been pushed out about a 6" from the wall. I called to let them know that they would have to fix this pipe . Instantly they denied caused the problem Knowing that they did, I told him to just fix it in a reasonable amount of time It is very disappointing to work with people who first words out of their mouths is "it is not our fault". I know we all like to say it but it is not professional. Even though the work was OK and the price reasonable, I am always reluctant to hire anyone who argues and are stubborn about taking responsibility for their work and mistakes. We all make them. The next morning they fixed the line.in the garage. Their work was fair to good, their professionalism poor, I may or may not use them again.

I wrote another review for this company which was not quite as favorable as this one, because this one is really about the employee that was sent out, and later requested, for the additional jobs listed above. This employee went out of his way to make sure that he could stand behind his work. He did nearly all the work by himself, was a hard worker, and honest as the day is long. He was polite and professional, and went above and beyond the call of duty. I called to request him an additional time and they sent another employee who charged me more money for less service and took less care with his work. I am on the fence about this company in general because I do think they know how to do the repairs, but the customer service portion of the jobs is erratic. High quality, honest work and great customer service translate to loyal customers. When people come out with a checklist handed down from the top and work only from that, a certain quality is lost and I felt more like a number on the roster on the last visit.

The sink drain was cleared easily, but the tub drain was a more difficult matter and he could not completely clear it. He damaged the tub and drain area slightly by standing in it with his shoes and using the snake roughly in the drain.

My kitchen sink was leaking from the garbage disposal. I figured it needed to be replaced. Mike was very nice and professional and it was done very quickly. Like maybe 15-20 minutes? I thought it was a little expensive, but I did use the $20 off coupon.

Provider removed and installed new submersible sewage pump that had failed. They also made some tweaks to the piping to make it more efficient moving forward. Extra work was done under the original cost quoted to us. They called me many times to keep me advised of the time they were showing up. My original pump had failed under warranty which Home Depot replaced. So this was an all labor project.

Great, I love my new water heater.

It obviously wasn't a very complex service request but I was very satisifed with their service. They were professional and courteous throughout the service. I was really pleased with the manner in which they completed the service and I would use them again.

I was very impressed with the price and their responsiveness. They gave me options and it was clear that their service was not just about the money.
