No issues. They explained what bushes were going to be removed. They hand dug around parts of our yard where there was drainage pipe, sprinkler lines and at the house tie in. They installed a pvc pipe within a pvc pipe to ensure rocks or debris would not cause any new leaks. We received a 15 year warranty with the installation. Overall we are very happy with the results.

Ben Keller from PlumbPros came out and fixed my leaking toilet. He was quick to come out and got the work done quickly and efficiently. I would hire them again.

The shower head and fixture replacement went pretty well but I wasn't happy with the sink fixture replacement . Also the safety bars were all installed crooked! One of the fittings installed on a basement toilet leaked and because of the location I didn't find it for some time. I used a different plumber to fix the leak.

April 21st they came out to inspect the issue. Checked both the bathrooms and couldn't find the source of the leak. They worked on two bathtubs that weren't draining, as well as one sink and charged me $475. Said they couldn't detect the leak without cutting a hole in the ceiling. May 9th: After I had a water damage restoration company come out after and cut a hole in the ceiling. Plumbpros came back out to examine the plumbing to detect the source of the leak. Plumbpros said the leak was coming from the cold water faucet in the guest bath. It took him all day to go out and get the replacement valve and install it. He initially was only going to replace the cold water valve and make me arrange a separate appointment for him to come all the way back to change the hot water valve and main faucet. I insisted he change the entire system and to do so I was charged $738.16 for this visit. Not only that, but at the end of the day, he didn't install it properly, and now when you turn on the shower, half the water continues to flow into the main faucet (into the bath). Additionally, since I was told that was the ONLY source of the leak, I called the next vendor, to patch up the hole in my kitchen ceiling, only to find out that it was still leaking!!! The plumber had not diagnosed a second leak coming from the Master bath. May 22nd: Plumbpros comes out to repair the 2nd leak in the Master bath, again, taking hours, and tells me they need to come back a 4th time to go out and get another set of valves to change out the one that the original plumber installed on May 9th. May 26th: Plumbpros comes back out the 4th time and still does not fix their poor work. Thorsten, who is supposed to be a supervisor, promises that someone from Plumbpros will be in touch with me about either finding a replacement part, or fixing this issue, and that they will absolutely not leave me with this situation (it is quite dysfunctional the way the valves were installed), and it's been almost a month and I have never heard from anyone. These are the worst plumbers I have ever had the misfortune of hiring.

1. I was charged $400 to clean 3 drains in less than 30 minutes including the time for the estimate, 2 trips to the truck and conversation- with only 10-15 minutes for the actual drain cleaning. 2. After I agreed to the cost, and the work was done in a few minutes the technician Otis wanted to charge me $550 which I refused. He said he would take $50 off to make it $455 which is still more than I approved so I wrote my check for $400. 3. I called Mike at the office to share my story and ask for him to make an adjustment. All he did was talk about the shortage of plumbers in Atlanta and the high cost of plumbing tools to justify charging $400 for cleaning 3 drains in less than 30 minutes. I don't expect a full refund and I think that they should be paid for work, but not take advantage of women/single mothers who need every penny. We have non to spare. Michael, if you decide to come to your senses, I will sing your praises for being a business that listens to customer concerns and makes adjustments when necessary. Until then, I recommend you look for a more reputable and customer-centric plumber.

We were charged $2400. I called the manager to complain as we never anticipated such a charge. Our concerns were rejected and they certainly did not work with us. I have never disputed a repair charge before but still angry about this

Now that I know what needed to be done, I did some research on what it should have cost. Plumbpros changed me nearly $400 to make a simply repair. From the research I’ve done, after the fact, it should have cost about $200. Completely disappointed.

It went pretty poorly. Someone came out. They were punctual, but after promising to call me back in a few hours and share pictures, I never heard back from anyone. After calling several times to try to figure out what was going on, I gave up and moved on to another plumbing company. Very disappointing experience.

Went great! Kind, professional team. They worked quickly and cleanly. No damage to our new home while they were carrying the heavy water heater, or when carrying the toilet. They took care not to damage our floors. They were also patient while explaining what needed to be done, how to maintain the water heater, and how to use the main water shut off. Highly recommend!

The technician (Charles) was on time, professional and courteous. He kept me informed during the process and answered all of my questions. We were so pleased with Ben Keller, a very experienced plumber from PlumbPro . They sent the best when they sent him. He was efficient and explained every situation we were facing and gave the best solution possible. Due to the nature of all that was required for our particular issues, we were quite grateful for his expert opinion and will call on him for future plumbing needs and will not hesitate to recommend him to others. They said they would charge $129 to come out and give a quote because it is not our house yet. Seriously? This would be a huge job and they're charging a service fee just to give me a bid? No thank you.

As expected. The cost was on the higher end of the work performed BUT they were timely and the work was well done so it was reasonable in relation to the convenience and professionalism of the work.

Because someone was nearby, they were able to get Otis over to the house before the scheduled appointment time. Upon arrival, Otis was very courteous and was able to assess and fix the problem quickly. I was happy with the work performed. The fix is working and everything was cleaned up before he left. I would recommend this company.

They were the highest estimate I received. Almost double of the lowest one. May have started humble--but they aren't anymore.

Ben was great. He explained the two options and which he recommended. It was the less expensive choice and I appreciated his honesty. He clearly outlined what he had done. I felt confidence in the work being provided. The staff was also able to fit me into the schedule quickly.

Service was very good. I was given a window of 11 to 2 for service. Got a call that a tech had become available earlier. Vince arrived before 10 and had the problem located and repaired in about 90 minutes. Had to remove some drywall to find and repair the leak. Lucky for me Vince was able to do that from the garage rather than inside the house. I think he did a good job locating the problem and minimizing the drywall repair I'll need to do. I would recommend them and I would use them again.

Showed up on time, was honest about what needed to be done instead of just running a new water line.

He was here last week. He did a good job it's just way way way way too expensive for me. He did well. I called him back last week to check the kitchen faucet which keeps leaking continually. He called me back and told me that it needed to be replaced because the cartridges in it were just worn out and that they weren't working anymore. To get him to replace that little faucet in the kitchen sink he wanted to charge me $500. That's insane. He said if I bought the faucet for him he would put it in for $250. Which is also insane. So I told him no thank you. The mans name is Jay. Way way way unrealistic.

Overall I was not pleased. The leak was fixed in the end, but we were out to dinner when the plumber finished it and he called me to inform me that something else had broken and that it'd be $400 to fix. I realize this kind of thing happens, but it was at least a little suspicious. Nevertheless we assumed the best and authorized the repair and paid for it. Upon paying the guy before he left, he told me that he thinks our water service line is near failure and should be replaced soon. He offered to take the $400 I'd just spent off the normal price of a new water service if we do it in the next 30 days. I was quoted a price of about $2,300 ($1,900 after the "discount"). After the guy left, I decided to do some research and learned several things. First, our water service line is copper, supposedly the best material for this type of pipe. Secondly, the typical lifetime of a water service line is about 47 years. Because ours is copper, its typical lifespan is higher, probably more like 50-70 years. Our house is only 24 years old. Thirdly, the typical price for a water service replacement in our zip code is between $342-$1,012, with the highest reported cost (according to homeadvisor.com) being $1,500. So overall I don't feel like I was dealing with an honest company or individual. I realize all of the stuff I was told was technically possible, but I've spoken to several knowledgable friends since doing my research and everyone agrees that something seems wrong.
