Description of Work: Great pricing and great work only charged me 175 to replace two thermostats with a 3 yr warranty when another company wanted to charge me 400 for the same work.

Description of Work: took out and installed new garbage disposal......original improperly installed....had to add extra tubes to comply and get the new unit installed correctloy...great service and it runs great...

Description of Work: I called PlumbPros at approximately 8:30 am on Friday, June 8, 2012. Jolanda answered and said someone could come between 11:00 a.m. and 1:00 p.m. I agreed to the time frame and then she called back to say that Terry could come about 9:30 am that morning; and he did. He found the source of the leak in the master bath that left a stain on the family room ceiling and had dripped through on of the ceiling lights. The estimated cost for the repair which I signed was $325.00, However,Terry said he did not have the part and left to get one from a supplier. When he returned he said that the supplier did not have the part; however he, Terry, had another job in an area where he knew he could retrieve the part and he would return after hours (5:00 to 6:00 p.m.) to install the part on his own time since my home was on the way to his. He assured me that he would return because he did not want to leave me without the use of my shower for the weekend. I called the plumbing company after Terry left to say that I felt badly that he would have to do this on his own time. I was not complaining about Terry or his service, just commenting that it seemed unfair that he would not be compensated by the company for his time. Jolanda had difficulty discerning my comments from a complaint and said several times that she would speak to Terry as if to reprimand him. I tried to explain to her that this was not a complaint against Terry, that I truly appreciated that he was willing to install the part on his time.The conversation ended with Jolanda saying that she would speak with Terry and I said that Terry said he would come and I trusted that he would. Terry did not return on Friday evening. I did not receive a cal from PlumbPros or Terry telling me that he would not be coming to install the needed part that evening or apparently at any time. Of course after waiting until 6:00 pm on Friday, it was too late to contact another plumbing company. I have used AngiesList for electrical work and roofing repairs. I wrote very positive reviews about both experiences. I am committed, when possible, to use small local companies on the list. While I am disappointed and a little dismayed, I will continue to do so.

Description of Work: I called on a sunday afternoon and I was pleasantly surprise when I received a return call that same day informing me that a serviceman will come to my home the next day to give me an estimate. Early the following morning the serviceman showed up on time, and fixed the problem. I CANNOT discribe how pleased I was with this experience. I will not hesitate to call this company, possibly get the same technician. His name was TERRY.

Description of Work: This is the 4th time that I have used PlumbPros and each time their work has been excellent. I have an older home and have been "forced" to replace all of the older toilets with new low-flow versions. The serviceperson has always been prompt, courteous, friendly and professional. I would highly recommend them.

Description of Work: Needed to have my kitchen faucet replaced. Had already purchased the new faucet when PlumbPros came in. The plumber was on time (even a little early), very curtious and professional. Completed the faucet replacement in an hour. My only complaint was the price. I thought $279 (had $25 Angies list coupon to bring it to $254) was unreasonable for the effort it took to replace the faucet.

Description of Work: Plumbpros replaced a hot water heater after ours burst and flooded the basement floor. The were very responsive and worked diligently until the job was done. They came and explained all of the options to me. I chose to put in a tankless water heater and I have been very satisfied with its operation. If you live in this area I would highly recommed them.

Description of Work: I called two plumbers from Angies List. This is the only plumber that charged me for coming over to do an estimate. Their estimate was three times more than the other plumber from Angies List. The other plumber did not charge me an estimate fee even if he did not do the work. However, I hired the other plumber for about 1/3 the cost and got great service.

Description of Work: When no one else was in the office the owner came to my house and did the work. He gave me a two hour window for arrival time. He was prompt. He said there were two things he could do for me for a bathtub leak. He actually recommended the cheaper one. His work was excellent; at a reasonable price. I would certainly recommend his company, and plan to use his services again. Tks.

Description of Work: I own a rental property which I wanted to replace a toilet. They told me it really did not need replacing, however I wanted to avoid any future problems so I decided to put one in. After calling around, I was told anywhere from $475.00 to $575.00 to install a new one. I called PlumbPros and they came out the same day installed it parts and labor for $205.00 .....not only that, but they did a GREAT JOB and were extremely nice and honest to deal with! A neighbor in the building had a leaky shower and they fixed that for her as well for a minimal charge and only took 20 minutes.
