Description of Work: I was in a bind, as my original contractor backed out at the last minute. OP did a good job on painting, but that's about all. They piled my stuff up in big piles. One of them used my cofee pot, made a mess, and left it. I came home early one day and found them all out on my deck, lounging. Wouldn't have minded that had the work been completed when promised.

Great.
Description of Work: Albert and his employees did a magnificent job overall. They were prompt, courteous, and reliably showed up every day to complete the work in the shortest amount of time. I was very pleased with both the quality of the exterior trim work and also the removal of wallpaper that was painted over in the master bath.

I have used them numerous times. I did not even look elsewhere for continued service. They are nice people.
Description of Work: They did some painting work in Buckhead on a rental house. They also did some repairs. I actually am still using them.

I initially set out to just have the popcorn ceiling removed in the foyer, living room and dining room before I had new hardwood floors installed (from another vendor). My popcorn ceiling was difficult to remove because of the manor in which it was applied. Albert's crew did an OUTSTANDING job -- my ceilings are absolutely perfect. Yes, it is a messy job, but they did their best to contain the mess. As the popcorn removal neared completion, Albert came by to check out the job. He suggested that we might want to consider having crown molding installed since then would be the perfect time to do it. I bit, he gave me a very fair price for the job, and I gave my okay. Another one of his crews came out and installed the crown and did an awesome job. They came in, worked hard, and got the job done. After my hardwood floors were installed, I realized we would need a full repainting in the foyer, dining room, living room and stairway. Albert came out and quoted the job with a very fair price. I gave the okay, and once I was ready he sent his crew out. The paint job turned out awesome, my wife and I are very pleased. The crew spent a lot of time preparing the walls, woodwork, etc. Particularly difficult in my case was the stairway because we went from carpeted stairs to hardwood stairs. Albert's guys were able to get all the woodwork around the stairs prepped nicely so that once the paint was on it looked almost brand new. What I like about Albert is that he gives you ideas but doesn't make a hard sales pitch -- he informs you, and you make and educated decision. He lets you know when something might cost a lot and what less expensive alternatives are available. In addition, if there is some task where you could save some money (for example, do some demolition yourself), he will tell you and give you the option.
My painter, Roberto, was conscientious, thorough, neat and very skilled. He even tried to work one day when he was obviously ill with the flu. I felt that the owner, Albert, was a partner with me in the project. We solved some minor issues successfully, again working together to get the best result. I was extremely pleased with the final product.
Description of Work: My condominium needed a complete redo prior to renting. As a smoker, I knew I would need expert advice. Albert suggested a duct cleaning before painting, and getting new registers, which I did. He explained the need for a special primer, and was up-front with the costs. The prep included wallpaper in one room and borders throughout. All surfaces were primed and painted.

Quality Job. Seeing the accuracy and skill of the work done, I was very impressed. Each room looks brand new and really improved the appearance of the inside of the house. I would recommend Overeducated Painters to anyone looking for a quality job.
Description of Work: Downstairs walls, upstairs hallway wallpaper torn down and walls painted, bedrooms, bathrooms, and living rooms were painted.
Roberto was very organized and friendly. He took excellent care of my computer equipment and electronics while painting each day. He also did a fantastic job on removing some very difficult wallpaper from two large bathrooms. The paint estimates were spot on and the job went exactly as planned. Would definitely recommend.
Description of Work: Paint my entire home, approximately 1700 square feet. Also pressure wash the exterior of my home. Some difficult wallpaper removal was performed along with having to make sure my pets did not get outside. They were very conscientious and respectful to my wishes.
