After they installed the new ac unit I called over 20 times because they didn't install it right They left out parts and didn't do the electrical right. It was horrible. It kept freezing over.

Not bad, because they cover our A/C and heaters, all repairs i call them to do. We have a plan with 2 annual system check ups. $500 cover for repairs, up to 2000$ annually. Last time we called them for a garbage disposal problem and they said we had to add coverage for plumbing on our current plan. They had to wait 30 days after we updated our plan, but it was good.

I was on a plan that they come out twice a year. So, I just pay an annual fee and they come out. I paid $22 a month and that covered them coming out a couple of times a year to check my heating and air and then if there is any repairs needed, some of them are covered and some of them I get a big discount on. They are the same as any other company, I used them for 10 years. If I didn't like them or I was unhappy with their service I certainly wouldn't have kept them around for 10 years.

They've done a great job. The only problem with them is, the quality has been great but they want you to sign a service agreement to keep the warranty in line and I think its wrong. I want to be clear I think they have great service and do a wonderful job but that rule is an F. They behaved in a professional manner and are very responsive.

They replaced my HVAC system a year and a half ago (when they were still going by just Henson Mechanical). The job was pretty straightforward, condo HVAC unit replacement, in the middle of the summer. But then I've had some strange issues with my unit. Everything was great til winter came, they came out and did my check, but then a couple weeks later when it got cold the heater wouldn't work. Took several weeks and multiple visits for them to get it fixed, but they kept coming out til it was working right. Weirdly, same thing happened to my AC system the following summer...it stopped working right and it took several weeks and multiple visits (including nights and weekends) to get it fixed. Ended up being a strange issue but they were great about doing everything necessary to make sure it was completely fixed. Shout-out to Matt in particular, he came out so many times but was insistent that this was going to get fixed. I have bad luck with having strange issues with various appliances and it was certainly inconvenient, but I commend One Hour for sticking with it and providing great customer service until everything was completely good again.

The service is excellent. They come when I ask them to. They call me when I need a scheduled maintenance. They just do the follow up and everything.

I would use them again.

Scheduling was great. The technician was great at explaining what was going on. The cost of the service was reasonable and he had everything available to replace the electrical panel. They called for back-up to get the part the same day.

Do use these people!

I bought the air conditioning unit about a year ago with a two-year free maintenance facility. They showed up when they said they were going to and knew what they were doing. The people were professional and cleaned up after themselves. We continually had a problem with our dryer and they fixed it.

The job was done so many months ago. I don?t remember the sales people but the guys who installed it were very good. They did the work very well.
