Their treatments have been very effective. We have not had any problems and we would definitely recommend them.

They are really good. They come out and retreat whenever you want them to. They are "A" all across the board. We have the same guy come out and he's great. We will use them again. The technician is very personable and answers questions in a professional manner. They will treat different areas of your house if you ask them to.

They were great. I highly recommend them. I was out of town, and they coordinated everything perfectly in my absence. The customer service was outstanding.

I used Northwest for about 2 years, but the mosquito service for only 1 season. I did not renew it because it did not work. The technicians that came always did good work. I stopped using them solely on the basis of the unsatisfactory experiences of dealing with the billing department. The only payment option offered was to give them my credit card number and have them charge it every month. They failed to adequately address my security concerns with this. The when I the total amount of charges for 2014 did not match what my agreement added up to I inquired for a breakdown of the charges. Nobody ever got back to me with an answer.

They did a great job; there was a bit of a snafu on the scheduling and follow-ups; evidently they had a new employee manning the scheduling, and she was still learning what to do. Once I let my rep know the problem he was on it immediately, and scheduling was smooth sailing from then on. The did a complete and professional job for both projects. I feel the price was a bit high on the extermination project, especially for the time spent and the length of warranty. If they feel they are doing an outstanding job on plugging all the ingresses and ridding your house of vermin, then a 3 to 5 year warranty would be more realistic - what they offer is a 1-yr warranty.

We love Northwest. They are always courteous and prompt. They call in advance of arriving and let you know when they are coming. The service we have is pretty inclusive and if we see a pest, we can call and they will come and provide targeted protection. We have been very very happy with Northwest and recommend them to all of our neighbors!

The staff were amazing! The service rep I worked with was able to fit me in same-day. He removed three dead critters from under our house and provided recommendations for how we could better secure our crawlspace and attic against unwanted guests in the future.

Good job, ontime, no more bugs

We used Northwest for years, and didn't have an issue until we had a persistent ant problem emerge. Even with repeated visits, Northwest was unable to control the issue. When we lodged a complaint, the manager insisted that they needed to come pull back plumbing fixtures and get into the walls in order to treat. We ended up trying another company, and they had the problem under control in short order, all without any invasive treatments.

Northwest has become progressively worse with scheduling and canceling appointments. My contract is for quarterly service and at one point I thought they had gone out of business because of the length of time since the last appointment. Most recently, Northwest has scheduled and cancelled my appointment on multiple occasions since December. The technician promised to find an appointment for me so that I would not have to deal with the receptionist, but then I never heard back from him even after leaving several voicemails on his phone. When the receptionist finally called several weeks later, she scheduled the appointment only to leave me a voicemail the following week to again cancel the appointment. I simply don't have the patience to deal with someone who acts as though she is keeping track of customer appointments on the back of an envelope. I will look for a new company to use.

I had made an appointment for a Thurday a afternoon. The best time frame they could give me was 12-5. I was assured that I would get a courtesy call 30 minutes prior to the technician's arival. I took a half day off work to be home and waited till 5 and no one showed. I called and got a recording saying they were closed. I left the house to go to the store for about 30 minutes and came home to find the techs card in my door. When I called him he claimed he was already home. The time he claimed he showed up was was before I had left. He rescheduled for Saturday morning. Saturday he showed up earlier than agreed and lightly knocked on the door once then left. I know this because I later saw it on my security camera. It seems that they went out of thier way to not get my business.

We had Northwest Pest control at our last house and called them right away when we moved into our new home. They sprayed inside and out to control pests and to prevent problems. You always see a few more bugs when they first spray. i think that it brings bugs out of hiding but then you almost never see anything. If there is a problem, they have always come right out to take care of it. The office staff is great and trys to get someone out to you within a day. The price is a little higher than some but the spray is all kid and pet safe plus enviromentally safe. It is also worth the price to have trustworthy people walking into your house. They are all professionals and will happily teach you all about pests and how to minimize any problems. We are on a regular contract with them.

I'm very pleased with it. Since I wouldn't be at the home that the work needed to be done at, I needed someone who could communicate with the person that was there versus always contacting me. The individual I talked to was very thorough and patient and took his time to explain the different packages to me.

They are a great company and they came out on time for the short regular visits. They will come out for short additional visits if we need them. We have had no problem with pests. I will continue to use them. They are cheaper than the other companies I checked.

The guys are nice. They come out to work on my moles in the backyard. I like them. They are a little expensive but they really take care of the problem. I think they could improve on their punctuality, call when they are coming, and that sort of thing.

We haven't had a problem since they came out. They were polite, responsiveness and would use them again the future.

Overall the treatments have been ineffective. Within days of treatment the ants are back. I also then learned that the fire ant treatment was not for my yard, but just a perimeter around my house. I also had an issue with them during the June treatment where I emailed to let them know we were still unhappy and I wanted to make sure they addressed things. Instead of getting an email or a call back no one showed at the scheduled time. I was out of town and when I went to check I found out they did bill me for the service even though no one came out. I called frustrated and was told we had not called them back to schedule the follow up, and "they held billing as long as possible". I had not received any messages nor any emails back. They came and retreated. After not seeing any results I scheduled a follow up. Within days all ants are back. After talking with my wife we decided we should just go back to treating them ourselves. I called Northwest and was connected to Brittney the office manager. She was not rude, but very abrupt and just stated I have a one year contract and have no option to cancel but they are happy to send someone out again. While I have a call scheduled for tomorrow, I also intend to talk to the Branch Manager who was not in. I asked if they would call me, and was told I need to call them back on Monday. Really? I have an issue and I have to chase them? I am in business and understand contracts, but frankly have not been impressed and do no plan to do business with them again. 8/20/2012 Update - The visit scheduled for 8/16 never happened. I was home, but no one showed. I followed up and found out the manager actually scheduled it for 8/20, not 8/16. On 8/20 they did treat with stronger chemicals and the Branch Manager called me. They offered to do my September treatment for free to try and get back on track. I was clear with him I would not be chasing him after that as their "service" is not the model I am looking for. 10/17/12 Update: - They did do the retreatment which seemed to work well. Our ant problem went away until just recently. We also eliminated the use of a trash can in the kitchen which I think helped. However, we just had a new outbreak in the kitchen. Overall my opinion has not changed and I do not plan to use Northwest at my new home.

I get one service guy always and he is great.

They have good service. They're very responsive and reasonable.

So far the service has been good. They were on time. Initially a sales representative came out to let us know the products they had. The person that came out to provide the inspection was very thorough and did a good job. They put down a product that was pet and child friendly.

They come quarterly. I don't have any termite problem but it's just preventative service. They are fine. They are very punctual. They always let us know that they are here. They do their job and they leave. I've not had any issues. I really haven't shopped around.

I like the green products that they use, so it's safe. He explained everything before he did anything.

They are good. They do residential and commercial as well. They do what they say they are going to do. The last time around, they came out at the appointed time. They were out here quickly. They charged me what they said they would charge. I have no complaints. The service agreement I have signed up is nice. It is like $129 for the first three months. I would refer them to others. The quality has been good so far. It is just two weeks now.
