 + -1 moreThey promised to return the next day with the correct pieces & complete the job. Again, they were not on time & the cuts were wrong. They remeasured 1 counter & were to return the following Thursday at 9 am. Again they were late with no call explaining what was going on & no response to calls to them. At 11:30 they arrived. 3 pieces had to be trimmed on site as the new cuts were again wrong (at least this could be completed on site). Very frustrating experience. Owner would not take responsibility & acted like this was routine. I will never do business with this company again & will recommend the same to anyone looking for quality counter top work & service. I paid too much. Unprofessional, untruthful, not punctual, poor/no customer service. They need to take a course on customer service & communication. This was a terrible experience. This company cost me time money & a lot of angst & aggravation. Buyer beware!
Description of Work: Install granite counter tops. Terrible. They were most accommodating until it came time to install. Then it went downhill very fast. No response to phone calls (voice mail box full with no other option to contact). Did not show as promised on 3 occasions. When they did show up the 1st time they had 2 pieces (of 7) both of which were cut wrong.
