Took too long to finish this job and the price was too high for the job.

They charged me an arm and a leg for replacing my old electrical box and would not justify the charges to my insurance claim adjuster (I claimed it under my homeowner's insurance). Got a hold of the technician and he said that their rates are just higher than others.

My tech was very professional, knowledgeable, and he informed me about a lot of things that I was not sure about in my home.

Our technician, Chris was excellent. He took the time to explain what was going on and why it was happening. We had an electrical fire that started in one of the outlets. As a result, we had the whole house re-wired. The price was actually better than the quote from another company because it is backed by a 30 year warranty.

The project cost was a bit pricey, however the service and workmanship was excellent.
