Mister Sparky Electric - Atlanta

Received text asking to come out for a free estimate. They then charged me $49 for the trip out. Deceptive company. Avoid.

He came and assessed, and did a wonderful job.

Mike called in when on his way, arrived right at the start of the given window of time and was very courteous. Estimate was reasonable and he performed the 240V outlet install on the spot. Fast, detailed oriented and friendly. I’m definitely calling Mister Sparky and asking for him next time I need an electrician!

This company wanted me as a valued customer and it showed. Very professional and every concern was satisfied.

Great job. A bit higher in price than I expected. But, he ended up installing five light fixtures and fixing one. I would bring them back again because of the quality of work and customer service/responsiveness.

After struggling with an electrical project all day, I called at Mr. Sparky at 4 pm on a Friday afternoon to make an appointment. I was surprised to find out that they had an immediate appointment. My technician arrived 30 minutes later and after giving me a fair estimate, he move an outlet and a set of switches and capped off an outlet I no longer needed. He was finished in less than 45 minutes! I will definitely hire Mr Sparky again.

When i set the appointment up, the young lady said it was for the quote portion. It was actually to have the work done, and would have been nice to know, cause I could have scheduled appropriately. The guys came out and were super nice, and patient (cause I had a few different things going on that day around here). Would definitely use them again.

We have used this company before. I got an appointment for the early afternoon. The technician was personable and accomplished the job (replace ceiling fixture with more modern LED unit). He also checked the electrical panel and found a breaker which was causing heating on the internal bus. He had the needed part on his truck and installed it in minutes. I can not imagine a service call that could be any better!

David Oxford was creative, efficient and hard working and reasonable. Did exactly what I wanted done and was able to utilize some of the materials I had gathered. I would highly recommend him.

They were very responsive and scheduled the appointment immediately. The service person was professional, knowledgeable, friendly, courteous, and completed the job as promised. I do not like the fact that they do not give free estimates, and the price is not cheap. For the visit, they have a service charge of around $90 which will be applied toward the work if you choose to hire them, but it is wasted money if you do not hire them. I do not like the arrangement, especially since I indicated in my Home Advisor request that I would want a free estimate. Also, the technician supposedly emailed me my receipt, which after 6 days I have not received yet. I have called them 4 times inquiring about my receipt, and they keep telling me that they will escalate it and make sure I will receive it in a few hours but has not happened yet! I don't understand why sending a receipt to me is such a complicated task!
