I donâ t know how to post this on Facebook! Rodney Finlay was our serviceman today Thank Goodness! My husband has a medical condition and Iâ m basically making decisions all by myself. I donâ t know anything about anything and always feel like Iâ m being hoodwinked until today !Rodney explained everything to me and showed me everything that had happed to the outlets and explained how he was going to fix them and the surge protector he was going to put in!He was patient caring and professional! I am so grateful that he came to our house from now on we are Mr Sparky customers because of the care Rodney. Showed us when we need more work we are going to be calling for Rodney Finley!

As far as electrical work I will only use Mr. Sparky. Special note Mr Henry Stensvold is a very knowledgeable technician and very professional. Located the issue and completed the repairs in 20 minutes or less.. Recommend him highly.

Although I am glad they sent a certified licensed tech, and he did an excellent job on cutting out a hole for a new receptacle, the price was enormously high!!! He also had to place a new switch in the Circuit Breaker Panel, which had to be code under the new ordinances. Now This is a certain a money maker for the electriction industry. Total job, plus an unnecessary $99 charge for a years "electric club the total was over $1,000 for a new receptacle to plug in my new over the cooktop exhaust fan. A total rip-off. I told the guy, he makes more money than a college-educated Attorney at Law. $500 an hour. My mistake was I assumed I could have gotten it cheaper than what Angi back job satisfaction would have been. So when the tech came over I just told him to do it before knowing the cost. One huge mistake and a lesson learned. These licensed repair personnel, and some are not licensed, influence the cost of repairing and maintaining your home. After all, Georgia is a Caveat Emptor State, buyer beware.

Our technician, Frank, did an excellent job. He was courteous, personable, and professional. We highly recommend him.

It is hard to find a good electrician who you can trust and wont rip you off. If you use Mr Sparky, ask for Eddy. I think that he is an honest person and knows his job (which is hard to find in todays world). Even though they are high as heck, I will maintain their services just because of their honesty.
