Very professional, a tad overpriced

There must be an issue between the Home Advisor app and Mr. Sparkys System? I waited 3 days after the Home Advisor system alerted me that I had a willing contractor but never heard from them. We ended up calling Mr. Sparky direct, twice before we ever connected.

They were on time. They listened to what we wanted. They were efficient.

Went above and beyond by taking a look at other problems I found after i scheduled an appointment.

He was quick and efficient

The electrician showed up on time and installed my fans in a timely fashion. He also took off the old fans.

I called Mr. Sparky on a Tuesday and the helpful lady set me up for an appointment the next day between 8am - 10am to give me a quote. She told me about how they worked and that the Electrician would contact me the next day prior to arriving and that, should I choose not to do the work, there would be a $79 service charge. (this amount was waived on the quote) At 7:30am the next day Jamal called me to let me know he would be arriving shortly after 8am. He did exactly that. I showed him what I wanted done and he gave me a written quote (not an estimate) for the work and I told him to go ahead. As I expected, he left again for about 45 minutes to purchase the necessary parts (which no fully stocked truck would be required to have in stock). Upon his return he went straight to work. I could tell he was one of the senior Electricians because I could hear him talking on his cell to another Electrician and giving him advise on how to proceed on his job. Within 3 hours, he had the work done and all his mess and my old parts all cleaned up and he emailed me a copy of the receipt. Jamal was very repectful and courteous and answered my questions quickly and succinctly. I am very pleased with his work and would recommend Jamal and his company for anyone who wanted quality work done quickly and without a lot of inconvenience.

Overall great experience. I spent a little bit more than I anticipated for such repair. Their rates are a bit on the high side - for example swapping a circuit breaker cost me $260 on top of the original problem that I hired them for. I now have one of the repaired switches stopped working so will have to call them back for fix.
