Mr Sparky was prompt and thorough. Received a quote, and approved installation. Took tech 2-hours to install. New fan led light combo is perfect for my workout room.

The electrician showed up when he said he would be there. He gave me three alternatives beginning with just the basic repair, in addition to making some upgrades at the main electrical box with the breakers. He was able to perform the necessary service without having to make an additional trip, even though it took him several hours.

My experience with the worker was excellent. He was professional and congenial. He stayed until the job was done, let me know future issues I may have and demonstrated concern for my safety.

They grossly overcharged and If I would have got other estimates first I would have never of paid $400 to have a light fixture installed.

Very expensive. One of the rooms had some ceiling plaster fall the working didn't replanted that ceiling area.

The electrician team was very polite and respectful of my home. They answered all of our questions and did a great job. They cleaned up after the work was done. I would have rated customer service a 5, except for two things: 1) My initial call with the scheduler/customer service rep was hard to hear due to all of the loud background office noise; 2) We were called at an unexpected early hour of the morning to schedule the work which they wanted to start that very morning. I'm glad we had the work done, but a bit more notice perhaps, and a call after 8 a.m. would have been better.

This company is great. Michael installed a light fixture and updated light switches and outlet. I also had a Nest doorbell connected to my old doorbell wire. The work was excellent and reasonably priced. Michael very courteous and easy to work with. I would definitely recommend this company.
