They called me to come earlier which was great for me. The electrician was very knowledgeable and professional. I will definitely use them again.

The service man was very personable and did an excellent job. Plus, he cleaned up after completion, you wouldn't know he had ever been there.

He tried to upcharge me by adding a diagnostic fee of 239.00 just to change out a electric socket.

Justin from Mr. Sparky arrived on time and ready to work just before our kitchen demolition/remodel. We had and existing junction box under the kitchen sink (on the floor of the cabinet) connecting the garbage disposal to the on/off switch on the wall next to the sink. He removed the junction box and existing wiring, which ran through the floor and into the basement, readying us for the next step in our remodel. He would later come back to rewire the disposal to the wall switch adding an electrical outlet under the cabinet on the wall. I would not hesitate to hire Justin and Mr. Sparky again. Excellent work!

Justin from Mr. Sparky was promptly on time. He did a great job rewiring our switch to the garbage disposal, removing existing junction box from floor of cabinet to a newly installed outlet in the back of the cabinet up to existing on/off switch on the wall next to the sink. Very friendly. I would hire him again.

A new house and a lot to get done. Mr. Sparky was able to get to our house and install chandeliers the very next morning. Fair price and excellent work

This company is very responsive. Their customer service is exceptional. Technically they are sound. The tech diagnosed the issue and clearly explained all my options. I chose my option and im very happy with the outcome. I'll recommend or call them again if i have any more electrical issues.

Because we booked Mister Sparky through HomeAdvisor, the $90 visit fee was waived, so we just got charged for actually rewiring our outlet. The technician was friendly and efficient, and got the job done promptly, while also providing suggestions for updates to our kitchen wiring.

Arrived late, but made it right!! Kudos for customer care and appreciation. I scheduled a time to have them out between 10 AM and 2 PM. At 2 PM we received a call to let us know the electrician would be running about an hour late. He was still not there 2 hours later and after a conversation with the local customer service/ office manager, she honored the Mister Sparky policy that "if we're not on time, it is free". The technician was knowledgeable and friendly and got the work done quickly. The fact that Mister Sparky did not make excuses and made it work, in spite of the inconvenience for being nearly 3 hours later, they get every bit of a 5 star rating and I will be recommending to others. This company truly cares about the customer and future business I can provide to them personally and through referrals, which isn't the case with a lot of trade contractors.
