Description of Work: They installed a tankless water heater. It was not to code, though they assured me it was. Three separate plumbers told me it was not safe and not to code as the plastic to metal pipes cannot be done legally in that location. Furthermore, my neighbor with the same floor plan owns a home inspections company. He has his plumber confirm that this building's units will not accept a tankless due to venting regulations.

+ 1 moreMike and Mark wasted no time and got to work. They had me up and flushing by that afternoon. They came back the next day to install a clean out pipe near the house, re-ran the snake to ensure that the line was clear. I was sick on the Monday that they came out and Mark... was very understanding and courteous.
Description of Work: We had a sewer line clog. We called Mike on a Sunday and he and Mark came out right away.
