Pedro and my tenant conspired together to cheat me out of 800.00. Each got 400.00. Jemetria called one day to complain about a list of things that included that the tiles were coming down. I told her to send pictures. They were never sent. I got in touch with Pedro at Medina Consultants to let him know the tenants concerns and for him to call her to set up a time to repair the ceiling tile issue. He stated that she was not answering his calls or text. I again asked the tenant for pictures. I never received them. Pedro did send some of his men out, however he said that the tenant threw them out. Pedro says the tenant was happy with the job but in actuality it was the same as before. They are trying to stay on the same page with their deception. I hired Pedro to fix and replace the ceiling tiles. All Pedro could say to me was that whoever did the prior work was sloppy and that it was a mess. I told Pedro to fix the problem not critique the problem anyone with eyes could see how awful it was. I paid $800.00 for him to repair, replace and fix it. I have always hired Latina workers because I like their work ethic and the work that I hired them to do was always impeccable. This incident has shaken me to my core. I try not to judge people and have forgiven Pedros and my tenant, but the facts remain the same he never did the job in the first place. Please don't hire this company they are bad news. If this happened to me it could happen to you. I am holding Angie's List responsible for this. You need to take Medina Consultants off your list of Contractors. Not good at all.
