Went extremely well. No problems were encountered. This action seemed to correct the problem of flying squirrels in the attic.

On a scale of 1-10, I would rate them a 10. We had a problem with rats and squirrels in our attic and crawl space. Angel came out right away and did a thorough inspection and came up with a game plan to prevent the critters from coming in and getting the ones who made a home evicted, which he explained thoroughly. The price was very competitive and included replacing some rotted soffit that was an entry point. The five year warranty is also longer than other companies I researched. After 5 years there is a reasonable renewal rate per year. They came a few days later and sealed off all the entry points and laid traps and provided an exit point that didn't allow them back in. They came back once a week to check the traps until there were 3-4 weeks in a row where there were no trapped animals. I think after the 1st week they were all gone and haven't come back. For each appointment they were prompt and gave a 1-2 hour window (I don't remember which) and called ahead to say they were on their way. Each crew member was friendly, professional, answered any questions and left the area clean. I would use MayDay again without hesitation and would recommend others use them too. I'm always happy to find good, honest, hardworking companies like MayDay.

I was very happy with how quickly they came out from my initial call. They came within 2 days and did the inspection and then came back in a few days to start sealing and trapping. We had trap checks for about 3-4 weeks and got the "all clear". Everything was done very quickly and professionally.

They were very responsive and did a great job. They came back periodically to check the traps and we are squirrel free now. They also gurantee their work for 5 yrs and it is transferrable which is great.

I was really pleased with them. They have an office manager, her name was Alicia Bond. She’s always pleasant, always answer and return my calls, and is punctual. I use different techs and all of them were very helpful. They gave me different suggestions, they weren’t pushy, and they didn’t go out where they recommended this amount or what. They laid everything out and what my options were. They were good in that regard where they let me make the decision by giving me the options that I needed to go with. The price is pretty good. I checked with a friend of mine who had a similar service and he paid twice.

The did a whole house exclusion to deal with a critter problem and were very thorough and we have not had a problem since.

They were very accommodating and came out for two separate follow ups regarding with the service. No additional costs with the service. I can give my highest recommendation forthem!

Mayday knew what they were talking about, unlike two other firms that we'd had look at our problem. Their solution made sense - again unlike one that was proposed that would have been a waste of our money. And their price was competitive. Mayday were incredibly responsive, coming out whenever we requested during the removal process at minimal notice. All their crew were pleasant and professional. When there was a minor problem, they did not try to wriggle out but courteously agreed a fair solution. They also advised on some remedial work, beyond the scope of their service, and gave a very reasonable quote on it. Communication with their office for scheduling was also very straightforward and pleasant. This is really a description of the ideal service provider that you wish you would always encounter!

It went great. They are back, but its been almost 18 months and I've just started seeing signs of them again. He warned me that they were almost impossible to get completely rid of. I will call them again.

Went well. I had tried for years to keep the rats out and/or kill them but they were winning the battle. The crew came out as promised and sealed the house in the normal places. They found the hole that had been eaten through underneath a dormer which I could never have seen let alone fixed. About one month later, there was a recurrence of noise in the attic. The rats had gnawed a new hole in the garage and climbed up an internal wall. Shinya came out promptly next day, plugged the hole with steel, and set new traps. Great service!

Mayday did a great job. They sealed the house from the crawlspace up to the attic and then set traps. The expectation was that once traps were set, if they caught any rats, Mayday would know where to look and seal any remaining entrances. When that did happen, Mayday came out promptly and sealed the remaining holes. The house has been rodent free since then, and it is soooo nice not having to deal with uninvited rodents. The folks at Mayday are super. Everyone we worked with had a great attitude, and they bent over backwards to do a great job. I had tried numerous ways to get rid of the rats myself for years, and nothing worked. Best home investment I've made in a long time.

Purchased 10yr old home in Powder Springs. Inspection revealed squirrels in attic. Angel visited home to inspect/confirm. He was very knowledgeable and made me feel like a valued customer. We agreed on price. Work was performed shortly after closing. I couldn't have been happier with the techs that came to my home. They were so friendly and worked h****** a hot summer day. The office called shortly after to make sure I was happy and schedule a visit to check traps. I would STRONGLY recommend MayDay!!!

It went great! They were very punctual on the date of the inspection. They checked out the entire house, attic and basement for signs of bat and rodent infestation. Once our problem was determined, they gave a written estimate of what they were going to do and what follow up there would be. I was very pleased with the job they did and plan to call them to service my own house if the need ever arises!

They were okay. The price was a little high. They got rid of the mice but didn't wow me.

She and her husband were very pleased with their work as well. They showed up promptly to do the work. They finished the job about 2 months ago. We haven't heard ANY activity in our attic. We had a family of squirrels living in the attic that we had tried unsuccessfully to get rid of. I saw a squirrel the other day at the exact spot they used to enter the attic. He stayed at the area for about a minute sniffing and looking and then ran off again. They CANNOT get back in!! We are very pleased with the service.

Mayday was prompt to reply, even though I kept delaying the use of my Angie's List coupon for months. Alicia was very accommodating with all the voicemails we traded (due to my unavailability, not theirs), and a pleasure to deal with. Set up an appointment for just a couple of days after finally speaking, and they arrived on time. They were professional and courteous. They sealed up the exterior of the house along the roof's edge, and they set six traps inside the house where there was recent "evidence" (droppings) of rats. No traps got tripped, which implies that the rats either scooted out of the house during the process or they weren't there anymore. Since then (a few months now), we've not had a single sign of critters anywhere in the house, so, job well done, Mayday, and thanks. This is some time after catching 28 (yes twenty-eight) rats ourselves over three months, before calling Mayday. Also good to know that, barring extenuating circumstances (construction on the house or modification to the protection they installed), it's guaranteed for life, and they'll return if needed. Paid a bit more than our Angie's List coupon, since our house is large. No surprise, as that was mentioned in the coupon details re: square footage of the house. I've already recommended them to one friend, and would continue to recommend them to others.

AsThey removed the squirrels from the attic and made repairs to prevent further infestation. The squirrels have not returned.

They sealed all holes and crevices around the exterior. They put barriers in the gutters. They inspected the interior and left traps. They explained everything and were professional and courteous. The job went very well. On time to check any cracks or entry way available to any creatures. There was a crew of men who crawled under the porches, and in crawl space under the house to seal up any holes or vulnerable places around the outside, the roof underside, inside and in the attic. I felt very secure. Definitely worth the money. I would highly recommend this company.

The actual work went very well. They were punctual and they kept the clutter to a minimum. I was able to go about my daily chores without any interruption. I was so impressed with the professionalism and time management as well as the results that I referred them to my neighbor.
