After the deal was purchased Christopher Plummer came to perform the service. However, he said he won't be able to do a good job and the mosquito's will be back in 1 week. He instead suggested that I contact my own pest control company. He decided not to complete the service. However his company still sent me $45 invoice saying the service was completed. I contacted the company and informed them about it. Today I got another reminder to pay the invoice for the work that was never done.

Expensive but well worth It! We've required repeat visits and they're good about follow-up. I did have to wait a week and a half before they could address my issue at one point because their schedule was so full. Howevet, they came out as soon as they could and the treatment and advice has been quite effective. All of the people I have met in person and by phone in the office have been nice and helpful, even when issues arose with pricing and scheduling.

Told me they would come every 4 weeks, but did not. I had to follow-up several times to reschedule after we started getting bit by mosquitos again.

They were no shows and noted that the treatment had been done, I had to call in and request the treatment it was then scheduled them were a no show again and said it was due to rain and finally came on 7/13 and they left a container outside that notes it's dangerous for kids to touch and I have a 5 yr old that lives here

Had to call to get tech out because I was never contacted after the purchase on Angie's List. The treatments aren't as effective as the company we used last year, so we will not use again.

They rescheduled my first appointment due to the weather and I was fine with that. Then they called on the day that they were supposed to come talking about schedule conflicts (but they scheduled me this particular time the week prior). The guy said he could come Saturday or Sunday. I told him Sunday and never heard from him. I am glad I was still within my 30 days to get my refund.

I was extremely satisfied with the service. Everything went smoothly. They provided great communication.

They were very professional, punctual and honest. There was one area of the roof line that needed to be sealed up that was inaccessible due to a pergola on the rear deck. They put it into the contract that if that area was made accessible they would come back and seal it at no charge. I would highly recommend their services.

They were punctual and somehow managed to finish our 0.45 acre yard in 10 minutes only, All the compnaies I used before took at least double that time. They serviced on May 23rd and we already started having a surge of mosquiotos by June 10 which is only 15 days after the spray unlike the 21-30 days timeframe which it shoudl have been. I worked in the garden for an hour and got bitten over 10 times on my arms and feets. I'm pretty sure that the agent did a very very very slooppy job just to check a box on his daily schedule. I wouldn't use them again!

These guys are great and I went under contract with them. When I was selling my house buyers brought out their own inspector who stated they couldn't pass me on termites because they saw old activity. I called Mayday and they came out the next morning to see what this other company was talking about and handled everything. Other company just trying to get business. Additionally they beat the other company for whole house rodent and termite prevention by $300. Got that "special" termite letter required by VA from them also. Love this company and will use them on my new home. BTW in the past have used 2 other termite companies and then there was this last one buyers sent to my home so I am comparing them to 3 other companies.

There was no cost to me as the re-entry was covered by their lifetime guarantee. I could not have been more satisfied with their service. Kudos to Angel and his team!

The service went well, they were prompt in both their correspondence and services. I am very well pleased. So far I am still squirrel free; and I am comforted by the multi-year guarentee offered by this company.

The day of the exclusion, they came earlier than expected (which was great for me). The technician kept me informed as the work progressed and cleaned up any debris. The follow-up visits went well.

No problems. They have been friendly and professional. Just had basic seasonal treatment done; they've been out here twice for it so far. Not much to say other than all is well and the bugs are staying away!
