They came and sealed the attic. They did a great job!

Mayday personnel arrived promptly on the date and time agreed. He installed an exclusion barrier under all the roof shingles edges near the gutters, installed hardware cloth over all the crawl space vents and custom built a barrier over an old coal chute opening. They checked the attic and basement/crawl space for infestation but found no evidence of rodents. After the work, he assured me that the guarantee was transferrable to new owners and that there is a 5 year warranty for exclusion of pests.They made a brief visit twice to check the traps and removed the traps after the 2nd visit.The (minor) only down side of the service was listening to the radio of the personnel. I don't listen to talk radio, especially right-wing views.

Everything went as planned. Two guys showed up and got right to work. The sealed up my roof line, installed an extruder, and explained that they would be back once the squirrels moved out. They packed up their gear and left. Literally 20 min later the mother made her way out through the extruder. She realized that it was a one way tunnel and became very frustrated trying to get back in. A few minutes later the two young ones made through the tunnel safely to their Mom. That was the end of that. Problem solved. If you have a problem with animals in your attic and want them removed quickly, humanly, and for good, call Mayday. You will be happy with the results.

TJ was fabulous in checking out the area and telling me what needed to be done and gave me a great price to take care of what we needed to do. I have a gentleman living in my house in return for doing repairs, and he was able to do the repairs, but once this guy moves on, I will DEFINITELY use this service. Gave me a discount price b/c of an Angie's List referral.

These guys were excellent! We had rats in our home and this company responded quickly. When their guys came out, they did an expedient and professional job. Their follow-up is excellent and their staff went the extra mile to make sure my house was rat-proof. Really nice to have worked with a company that is so caring about customer service. I've been very pleased with the service. They've done an excellent job. They were very thorough and the follow up was excellent. They took care of the issue and stayed on top of it.

They charged me around $700 and they were really fast. They were also precise with their services and I would use them again in the future.

I remember that they were on time and courteous. They did what they said they were going to do. They did a very thorough job in the inspection.

I liked them becuse they came in and looked through the attic to see what creatures might be up there. They left an opening where the animals could get out but couldn't get back in and then came back a couple weeks later to seal that up. Their process was really good.

They are terrible. I had to hire someone else to do their job. I would not recommend them. I have had constant problems with them. They did not seal the house correctly so rats go into my house.

Overall everything went well.

I have had roof rat issues for 3 years. I had 2 other companies come out and trap, remove, and seal up the outside of the home. The little buggers kept getting in. I finally called May Day b/c they were offering a rodent exclusion coupon on Angie's List. They came out explained exactly how they were going to seal the house. I found them to be very knowledgable. They performed the work and came out 2x to check the traps. I have not had any problems since!

The quality of work is not great. They are ok.

We needed to seal our attic/gutter gaps due to poor original construction to avoid a repeat of the squirrel entries we've experienced the past couple winters. The current situation did not warrant animal removal services, but from what I could tell from conversation they seemed fully qualified and ready to perform if needed. Angel Garcia the owner came out at the time promised, working around my schedule, and reviewed the situation. This included a discussion walk around and attic / basement inpsection. As our house is not small, and has multiple gutter lines I was hesitant to buy the Angie's List special online without his field view. I purposely did not mention I knew about the deal, but did say I got their name via Angie's List. He could have easily up-sold services but did not, he simply suggested the Angie's List whole house exclusion package was appropriate and my best option. I was pleased that I did not have 'work' to get the best deal. I asked him about seeing an insurance certificate prior to the work, and he said no problem. It was emailed to me from the provider the next business day - again for me nice not to have to 'work' to get what is promised. The three man crew came out 4 business days later and were prompt, uniformed, and courteous. The foreman 1 of 2 helpers were native english speakers. They worked efficiently and answered all my questions about the work. They used cell-phone cameras to take pictures of several problem spots they found and then show them to me which was nice. From past experience with roofer/gutter type folks I did not know what to expect, but Mayday certainly exceeded my expectations and I would recommend them without hesitation.

They got the work done in a few hours and were very busy the whole time. They showed us the locations where the rats had entered and checked wiring and other items for damage. They've been back twice to check the traps but so far we haven't had anymore rats.

MayDay did an excellent job. They were knowledgeable, thorough, and polite. They were on time and called me back a couple times to make sure that were no more critters left. I was pleased with their work and thought they did a good job. I got a coupon that was 50% less and I got more than I paid for.

Used the Big Deal. Angel called me following an email from me saying I bought the Deal and wanted to schedule. Did not have to call them. Set up an appointment, Brett and crew came right on time, worked hard, got through in about 3 hours. Completely sealed by roof line and set traps in the attic. Brett came by a week later to check the traps and will come by at least two more times to check on activity. Compared to prices I checked around on, the Big Deal was just that. Mayday does a great job and would absolutely use them again and recommend them.

It was a good experience overal. They came out. They were very professional, even though we had accepted one of the Angie's List special pricing offers. They took up a minimum of our personal time and did all their work outside the house. We had one recurrence. They came out, did more sealing, and the problem seems to have been resolved. We are quite content with their work.

Very good overall. A professional group that has been very responsive. They are still performing the checking the traps set. We would recommend their services.
