Very well The man came out and evaluated the situation, removed decaying animals and then spent the day closing holes, placing wire over any openings that couldn't be sealed or may have openings in the future etc.

They could not have been more professional and nice. While this is not something you want to have to pay to accomplish, they made it a nice experience.

On the appointment date 6 guys came out and did an overall inspection, removed pests, sealed and gaps/holes in the house, put sealing flashing on the roof and laid traps for any future critters. For the next month they called weekly to see if any traps tripped. with the package I purchased I have lifetime service. I hope I don't have to contact them again, but now the house is sealed and I'm not worried about pests.

Mayday came out on schedule and inspected and sealed our home against pests. They told us we had rats,but that was not the case. We had a chipmunk making its home in our bedroom wall and they sealed the entrance which solved the problem. Mayday set traps and came back to inspect on a regular basis for several weeks, and then on request. We did end up trapping 2 field mice. Mayday came back and set different traps. They are very responsive to requests for follow up work. A few months after their initial visit we had our roof replaced (by a company on Angie's List). We asked Mayday to come out and make sure that the house was still sealed at the roof line. They came out, inspected and resealed a few areas. Good response. I would use them again.

We had squirrels coming in and out of our attic. I saw their entry point and tried to fix it myself, but the squirrels kept out foxing me, so I called Mayday Wildlife Services. It didn't take them but a few seconds to point out something I hadn't noticed -- I had rats too. They also showed me entry points where previous owners of my home had attempted to block out squirrels and explained why their work had failed. I purchased their "full exclusion" service, which involves flashing behind all the gutters strong enough to resist animals, and plugging all possible entry points all the way around the house. The animals are gone now and I am much relieved. The squirrels have moved into my next-door neighbor's house.

The process went well. Company reps went throughout the exterior of the home, sealing areas of rodent entry, especially in the roof area. They then baited and set several rat traps in all attic spaces, in the utility room (accessible from my garage) and in the crawl space beneath the house. Then, they returned to the house each week for the next 3-4 weeks, collecting trapped rodents and disposing of them. They completed the process when the representative collected only one remaining rodent. They then left a few traps set throughout the attic. There have been no further problems since then. I was very satisfied with the results, and I would recommend this company for this type of service.

Mayday called to let me know that they were on their way. They arrived on time. The job site lead walked around the house with me explaining what they were going to do and how they were going to perform the work. Patiently answered my questions to my satisfaction. This was the same for both services. Upon completion of the work, the job site lead walk around the house, described what they had performed, pointed out concerns he had for items that should be addressed by another professional. In this case today it was a roofing issue; dry rot of the decking in several places. Nothing they could do but the information was appreciated. the work performed was of very good quality. The yard was free of construction debris and the gardens around where they worked were undamaged.

My experience with this company was fantastic. My house is on a wooded property, and rodents had gotten into my attic. Though I saw no signs inside the living space of my house, I heard noises above and knew something was there. I took advantage of an offer on Angie's list for removal of rodents from the home, and then whole house barrier protection from re-intrusion. This included a lifetime guarantee. MayDay came out when promised and did find active signs of rodents in the attic. They set traps and then proceeded to protect my home from the outside, sealing every possible entry point from the base of my house to the roof. They were very thorough. MayDay came back every week to check the traps until we had two or three ( I can't remember which) consecutive weeks free of any rodents. A few months after the "all clear", I had some work done on the exterior of my home. I let MayDay know, as was required per the guarantee. They came out and checked the re-entry points. We did have a problem, and they fixed it very quickly... at no charge. This company are awesome, including the ladies setting the appointment. If I have any other wildlife or pest issues, I would not hesitate to call them.

I called May Day after hearing scurrying noises from what appeared to be my attic. The woman I spoke to on the phone was very professional and knowledgeable. She explained that they would come out and do a free inspection and if necessary could provide exclusion services to keep animals out permanently. Angel arrived on time and inspected the attic. It turned out there wasn't any evidence of an animal being inside the house. It's possible that the noise was coming from the gutter line outside of the house. The overall experience and service I experienced was excellent and if I have a problem in the future I will definitely call May Day. I'd also recommend them to a friend.

Everything went well. They were polite, did the work carefully, cleaned up afterwards, and managed to secure our attics. If we have problems we will call them again.

Called to see if the company could come. They did and on the same day. Originally quoted $1200 for sealing the attic and crawl space. Located coupon for $679 & scheduled the work immediately. Crew showed up on time and finished in one day - both sealing and trap setting. Company followed up to set times for returning to check the traps.

We were very happy with the work that was performed. We recently bought the house and the attic had bats at one time. They arrived on time and explained exactly what they would be doing. They sealed up all the holes so no rodents could get in. We have not had any problem since. I would hire them again.

They were abl to get the raccoon out and then sealed up the roof. They came out quickly and sealed up the hole. The used bait traps and relseased it. Great work!

I was fortunate to have picked up a Big Deal on Angie's List - the price was just amazing, and includes a transferable lifetime warranty. After watching them work, I understand how they can offer such a warranty. Kudos to the hard-working young men on the team - Paul, Shunya and Mike.

They came and sealed the attic. They did a great job!

Mayday personnel arrived promptly on the date and time agreed. He installed an exclusion barrier under all the roof shingles edges near the gutters, installed hardware cloth over all the crawl space vents and custom built a barrier over an old coal chute opening. They checked the attic and basement/crawl space for infestation but found no evidence of rodents. After the work, he assured me that the guarantee was transferrable to new owners and that there is a 5 year warranty for exclusion of pests.They made a brief visit twice to check the traps and removed the traps after the 2nd visit.The (minor) only down side of the service was listening to the radio of the personnel. I don't listen to talk radio, especially right-wing views.

Everything went as planned. Two guys showed up and got right to work. The sealed up my roof line, installed an extruder, and explained that they would be back once the squirrels moved out. They packed up their gear and left. Literally 20 min later the mother made her way out through the extruder. She realized that it was a one way tunnel and became very frustrated trying to get back in. A few minutes later the two young ones made through the tunnel safely to their Mom. That was the end of that. Problem solved. If you have a problem with animals in your attic and want them removed quickly, humanly, and for good, call Mayday. You will be happy with the results.

TJ was fabulous in checking out the area and telling me what needed to be done and gave me a great price to take care of what we needed to do. I have a gentleman living in my house in return for doing repairs, and he was able to do the repairs, but once this guy moves on, I will DEFINITELY use this service.
