As stated above they would have received much higher ratings if they would just have provided the breaker and when I contacted them about doing some additional work, because I specified that I would only pay cost plus a 20% mark up on materials, they would not even provide a quote for doing the work. Very dissapointing. Since they new that that was an industry norm and was more specific about the work to be done including a whole house surge protector, they basically did not return my calls.
Description of Work: They performed the service requested and the appearance of the finished job was goood. I had an electrical circuit to an out building installed to replace an unsafe buried line that was present when I purchased the house. I also had them correct the fact that there was not a disconnect in the outbuilding and everything was on one circuit by having a sub-panel box installed in the outbuilding allowing me to add additional circuits for fire safety and a disconnect breaker to preven overload on the main line from the primary house panel. The shortcomming was they did not even provide a breaker for the connection of the new cable to the new panel box in the outbuilding.

For the above project it was probably a fair price. I tried to get them to quote a second job for me and the Father came out, I explained everything I wanted done and he said he would e-mail me a quote the next day. The quote was not what I had requested be done, claimed that there was a "difficult wall fish" to pull wire through, and only had the ceiling work quoted (inaccurately). I had requested another quote for re-wiring the wall outlets on the main floor of a ranch style house with a full basement. Never did receive that quote. I responded to the e-mail of the ceiling quote with a detailed (in electrical terms-my brother was an electrician) description of the work to be performed. Once they knew that I knew what I was doing/talking about, they did not return two phone calls or send a revised quote. To me this means BUYER BE WARE.
Description of Work: The Hand Dug an 18" deep trench about 40 yards long from my house to an outbuilding. The provided conduit and wiring including A second Conduit and wiring for Ethernet, Telephone, and Cable Television. The provided a breaker box, however they did not supply the breakers or change the wiring over from the sloppy job done by the previous owner. For the money I believe I still received a good value and I am capable of "Finishing" the change over. They were punctual and professional and all the work was to CODE. They cleaned up after themselves and I am about to call them again to get a quote for some re-wiring work I want to have done on the older home I purchased.
