I got quotes from the 3 providers and decided on Make A Choice. It was definitely the 'right' choice. Thanks Chuck! The work was done quickly and professionally. Great care was taken to cause little disturbance to neighbors who are VERY close in proximity to my house. Step 1: Siding: These guys were fast, and I mean fast. They blazed through the demolition of the old siding, vacuum sealed the sides, and put up my new hardy board. Just like that it was done and done right. Then it was painted (well) and the house began to look brand new. Step 2: Soffit: I almost didn't spring for soffit, and that would have been a big mistake. These guys did an amazing job on the soffit which now has the under siding looking amazing!! Most impactful thing I had done. All the neighbors are jealous! Step 3: Porch: I asked for a 'beefier' porch, and that is what I got. Amazing railings and new columns. I had them put a band about a foot down from the top of the columns and they really stand out now. The railing is double thick on the top and they are taller now, and the whole thing is the envy of the neighborhood. I also asked for a 'dental trim' and expected a strip from Home Depot or something. Nope. They custom made it, curved and impactful. Above and beyond. Step 4: Gutters: The gutters they installed go so seamlessly with the soffit that you can barely tell they are there! Beautiful and they put in a complete system where some needed gutters had been left out from the initial house build. The match to the rest of the house is uncanny. Step 5: Door: This they outsourced to a guy who also blew me away with a professional install and removal of my old door. Cleanup was done after each major renovation and at finish and everything was pretty close to "move in" ready. They did destroy a cement fountain, but patched it up so you could hardly tell. (I knew I should have moved that thing out of the way!) The only non-10 out of 10 would be the trim painting on the porch and windows, which got a bit rushed with bad weather, and even that gets a 9-10, with the only little things I could catch being quite 'nit-picky'. Overall, this company delivered in spades on the goods it promised and they were very responsive throughout the whole process. I would 100% use them again without hesitation for any other external house projects!! Priced competitively and delivering results that exceeded my expectations.

I was so nervous about this project. Make a Choice made it easy, and the work is top quality. I have the most beautiful house in my cul de sac. I shopped around before choosing Make a Choice as this was a 5 figure project. Of all the contractors that submitted bids Make a Choice was the best value for the money. They stand behind their work and had professional installers. The project manager, Fabian Oliva was amazing!!! Ask for him! Very responsive to my requests, fair, and easy to work with. He even went to the house whose color I liked and found out what the color was. The project took about 2.5 weeks of which the last week I was out of town while the painting was being completed. I've been a contractor and I would have never thought I would be comfortable enough to leave a job site comfortable that the work would continue up to my standards. I will use Make a Choice for any other projects and have already recommended my friends!

Fabian and his team did a wonderful job on my home residing project Fabian was very easy to work with and went above and beyond to answer any questions that I had. From start to finish everyone involved in the project was helpful and professional. I would definitely hire them for any future projects.

Assistant Project Manager, Manuel, came out to perform the estimate and was very professional, friendly, and attentive to what was important to us in completing this project. I called my husband and told him about the experience with Manuel, so we decided to choose to Make A Choice as our contractor. As the project moved forward the team (Manuel, Fabian, Ivan, Domingo... ALL the contractors as well as the wners) did not disappoint and showed us it was about our vision what we wanted and needed. They worked diligently, passionately, and went above and beyond to ensure we were completely satisfied with every detail. Pictures prove that Make A Choice Home Exteriors was the right choice. I was referred to Ivan Franko of Make A Choice Home Exterior LLC by a close friend who is a Home Improvement contractor himself. He spoke very highly of this company and especially of Ivan. I must say that I am 100% satisfied. I originally wanted to purchase gutter guards for my 4" gutters which were clogged and overflowing. Ivan explained to me that It would be a better choice to have my gutters replaced to a 6" deep gutters without guards. I agreed and was pleased with both the crew and installation. All members were Polite, Proffessional, Punctual, and took care of my property. It was a Great choice and experience and I plan on using this company again in the future should the need arise.

Ivan managed the siding and painting project exceptionally well. He and his team did an excellent job. They worked diligently and paid attention to detail. We are extremely happy with how the project turned out and will definitely hire them again.

After getting quotes from a few contractors in the area, we decided on Make a Choice. Chuck was very knowledgeable and informative and helped guide our decisions in a very professional manner. We ended up having the entire house resided and painted, and they rebuilt the front porch. Each of the crews was punctual every day and very professional. It rained through the entire project, but the crews did a wonderful job working through the weather issues. The end result is far better than I could have ever imagined! I am extremely happy with the cost, length of the job, quality of work, quality of materials used, professionalism and experience of the workers, their level of care with cleanup, and thorough communication through the entire project. We had pressure washing, old gutters removed and new seamless gutters and covers installed. They also repaired some flooring and behind the siding damage. Ivan is a great contact for this company!!! Each of the groups that came out were very professional and hard working!

The project went as he said it would, he was either at our home or called every day, he wanted to make sure we were happy. All the workers were courteous and cleaned up at the end of every day. Working Ivan was great. He provided a written detailed proposal and then delivered what was promised. Not once did I have to remind him of what the expectations were. He provided regular updates on progress. His crew were friendly and always looking after my property. They showed up on time, worked hard, understood the James-Hardie requirements, and worked until the job was done. They cleaned up every day without any reminder from me. I had trouble finding any defects in the work and for the few small items I could find, Ivan sent the crew back immediately to address. I am very happy I chose Make a Choice to update my home.
