Great service, nice fella - Derek Creaden, very professional as well.

They were very responsive. The guy was nice to work with and I would use them again. They were cost effective during an emergency visit. He went above and beyond on the service and was fair on the price as he could have charged more by working 10 more minutes.

I had 2 toilets stopped up and house full of people coming the next day. I called Majestic and they sent plumber that afternoon. He fixed the problem, made no mess, I have used them before and would use them again anytime.

The work was performed in an excellent manner and i was very satisfied with the results.

Claude came and got the job done! He fixed the pipes in the kitchen sink as well as unclog the pipe leading from the washer. I haven't had any problems since! Will definitely use these guys again!

My tenant met with the plumber, but this is what my tenant told me: He showed up about five minutes after 1:00 (he was scheduled to be there anywhere between 10:00 and 1:00), but I think that was due to the fact that I-75 was closed both ways because of an accident. He basically just walked in and shined a light down the drain and then went and called me (the owner) to give me a quote to fix it. Then he came back about an hour later (he said it would be about 30 minutes). He was very friendly and efficient when he actually started working. He explained what he did and showed my tenant how it was fixed before he left. There were a couple of other things he suggested that weren't necessary to fix now but that he thought should eventually be taken care of. I always like when I am given recommendations of other things that could be fixed.

Majestic Plumbing had positive reviews on Angie's List, responded promptly to the request for an estimate, and had the best price of the plumbers that we received quotes from. It seems that the new pipes were sufficiently installed, but unfortunately, the very poor customer service and repeated scheduling problems tarnished our opinion of the work. The plumber told my father that it would take approximately two days to complete the work and that there would be two people to work on the job. At no time over the course of five days did more than one person work to replace the pipes. The plumber initially scheduled to begin work on Thursday, but then called Wednesday night to say that he couldn't make it the next morning and rescheduled for Friday morning. On Friday, the plumber showed up late. At the end of the day, he said that he would return on Saturday. At 9AM on Saturday morning, he called to say that he couldn't finish the job that day and asked to work on Sunday. My father left church early on Sunday to meet plumber, and then he didn't show up again ... you get the picture. Since my father lives alone, he had to take-off time from work each time that the plumber scheduled to work. While Majestic Plumbing may have offered the best estimate, the actual cost that includes lost wages did not make Majestic the most cost and time effective choice. The lack of professionalism also casts doubt on the quality of work that was performed. It is disheartening that this company would take advantage of its elderly customers in this way.

After the toilet seals started to leake again I called the plumbing company, but no response. I did not follow up again.

Working with Majestic was a great experience. I called them early on a Monday morning as I had a break in a very, very old pipe. Though they were booked all day, they were able to fit me in. The lady who took my call was very cordial and helpful. The technician Sandy arrived on time and was very polite. He explained the entire process and was very professional. Unfortunately he had to work in a tight crawl space but to him it was no big deal! I would use them again and recommend them for any plumbing needs.

Very professional service. Patient with my questions. The valve repair took about an hour (or less). I would not recommend using the Angie's list coupons because it ties you into the company without other bids. Or do the other bids first. Otherwise you are stuck with any price or you forfeit the amount you paid for the coupon ($85. in my case). Other than the price, my experience was very good..

They were very quick to respond and easy to work with. Person doing the work was very knowledgeable and didn't waste any time to diagnose the issue. Price was fair. Overall a great company to work with.

Customer service was not as friendly as expected but they were courteous and responded to any concerns or questions. The plumber tried to sell unnecessary work/products but he was professional and clean and seem to have done a professional job, only time will tell. Overall, the service was good and I would probably recommend them or use them again in the future.

I had brown water coming out of the tub faucet for over a month. Chris cleared up the problem. He was very nice and knowledgeable and helpful.

I first contacted Majestic Plumbing based on their Angie list reviews and requested a price estimate. I used another highly rated plumbing company on Angie's list to "clean" the line and run a camera to tell me that the issue was deep in the line and that it would be very expensive to just replace the line (not including going under the street). I thought the price was rather high so I contacted Majestic to come due an estimate. Chris, the plumber from Majestic, was able to come out the SAME DAY to conduct a free price estimate for the same line replacement work at the end of his shift. Immediately, I was already impressed with their responsiveness of coming out to my house the same day when I put the request in around 2PM. The quote that Majestic gave me was much more reasonable for a full-line replacement and they have a life-time "residence" warranty for their new sewer lines. As opposed to come other quotes that I received for the work, Majestic actually came out and looked at my situation rather than quoting a price to me over the phone. I hired Majestic for the job and Chris was absolutely amazing! His professionalism and courtesy that he extended towards my family was just superb. He showed up with a crew to complete the full-line replacement the following Friday and the job was done in one day. However, the line was still backed-up at the connection right at the street which turned into another, more expensive situation. Chris was very patient with pulling the permits and coordinating the demands of the county & city. He kept me informed of the progress on a daily basis and had to come out roughly 5 more times to coordinate the efforts of digging up my street and repairing the full-line. He took the time to explain each procedure to me and would always show up when he scheduled an appointment. I would highly recommend Majestic Plumbing to any friends/family. In the diagnosis of my problem, I had to use 3 different plumbers (which is what brought me to Angie's list in the first place). They really provide that extra level of customer service. Chris is an excellent plumber and I will certainly be calling them for any future plumbing needs (although I'm hoping that I don't have issues for many years to come!).

He looked at the work I wanted to have done, pulled out a notebook and said it would cost me $500. That was not what I understood the deal to be. One job was to replace my garbage disposal, which I had already purchased. He was then to fix leaky faucet. He spent the entire visit telling me about how he broke up with his girlfriend. He seemed distracted and to not be paying attention. I don't feel I got very good service. He worked very fast and was gone quickly. A few months later, the faucet is once again leaking and it was a brand new Kohler faucet that was installed. **Update** After my original negative experience with the first plumber Majestic sent, they sent me the plumbing supervisor to address my issues. He did find things that weren?t done properly from the original plumber. He even saw that the original plumber had over charged me. He agreed to make an adjustment in the service price. The supervisor saw that my kitchen faucet was leaking, it must have been leaking at the time of the original, unsatisfactory plumber had come as well, and the water had even put a hole in the cabinet under my kitchen sink. I can?t believe the original plumber didn?t see this. Joseph (the supervisor) helped me to call the Moen Company and order a replacement faucet for my kitchen. The faucet has arrived and I have just made an appointment for Joseph to install the replacement Moen faucet. I'm hoping everything will be smooth sailing from this point on. I am still waiting for the final bill and the project to be fully completed and I will update on the outcome then.

The sealant around the sink drain had to be replaced, the gentleman replaced the drain and reseal the area which made the leakage stop under the sink. I did not know that the price was decided by deducting the 155.00 amount from the original price and you also pay the balance

He walked around the house and he said everything was working okay. I was not impressed. I was not sure what I expected of him. I had just replaced a hot water heater. He said if I just replaced this, he does not need to check it. He said the water seemed to be flowing okay. I did not have enough information to evaluate him. I was concerned about the hot water heater as it had leaked all over my first floor. I don't know what I should have expected from him. I have someone else coming out to repair leaks. I don't know how to measure the company as I don't know what to have expected. He was literally here 30 minutes.

The plumber arrived on time did a great job was very knowledgeable of his task cleaned up after job finished I have no compliants and will use this company again
