It was a big deal purchase I made. Their price was very reasonable, the quality was perfect. I definitely would use them again in the future.

The best experience with a plumber that I have ever had! Making an appointment was easy and the serviceman Chris arrived on time. I had purchased an inspection special which he reviewed before beginning the inspection. When I explained the specific problems I was having, he volunteered to check out a few things not specifically mentioned in the inspection. He methodically did the inspection explaining what he was doing and the results as he was doing it. He answered all my questions in a clear and understandable manner. He then formulated a plan for addressing my most serious problem (low water pressure) and a recent drainage problem and documented everything on an invoice. We made an appointment for him to return in 3 days. When he returned and replaced my PRV the water pressure problem was solved. A camera examination of my drainage system did not show any major problems. After making the repair he checked all the plumbing fixtures and mentioned that which was working well as well as any problem. Options were discussed in addressing any problem. Previously, I had two other plumbers (also on AngiesList) evaluate both issues separately and one recommended replacement of the inlet pipes and the other recommended replacing the lines to the sewer system. The estimated total cost for both was almost 5 thousand dollars. Neither of the other plumbers gave me a written estimate. I did not mention these estimates at all with Chris until after he had completed his work, so his assessment was not affected by the previous recommendations. He listened, tested and came to his own conclusions. Needless to say, I am grateful for the professionalism and thoroughness of this company and will not hesitate to call them in the future.

Lonnie was very efficient with the repair. In addition, he made some minor repairs free of charge. He was in and out in no time. I used an Angie's coupon, which made it an extremely good deal.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. It turned out well. They were good. They were timely and punctual. They didn't try to upsell me so I didn't have any problems.

The electrician came to provide a quote and made great recommendations that would were sensible and would save us money. We scheduled the work the next day and he arrived promptly and stayed until the work was completed.

Great guy, even gave advice on how to fix other faucet so I can do DIY.

Wow...expensive, expensive, expensive... He couldn't find the water pressure regulator. He couldn't find the outside water cutoff. He wanted $425.00 to repair the valve stems in the tub, but made it sound like repairing older stems seldom worked out and would require replacing. If he had to replace and tear our the tile, that would be $1000.00. I DID NOT hire him. I got a second estimate from another company and hired the second plumber. The second plumber found the regulator. He found the cutoff at the street. He repaired the of stems, and put on new handles and trim. HE CHARGED ME $275.00. He was a licensed master plumber.

It was a while ago but I know we were very pleased with them. They responded quickly. We had a plumbing problem that was under the ground and they found out where it originated and took care of it. They gave us information. If what they could do is not going to what we needed, we wouldn't have to go ahead and use them. They were very good. They were honest. I would recommend them. Because we got a good deal, I thought the price was very good. As I recall, they were very punctual.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. It was great. They provided same day service. When the lady found a plumber was going to be available sooner, she called to let me know to see if that would work better for me. I liked that she followed up. The plumber was very friendly and he explained the work. They have a warranty so if anything happens in one year, they will come back and do the work for free. I was very impressed. Their prices were no worse than anyone else. I would absolutely use them again.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. I spent more than the Big Deal covered. He did the work but I didn't expect to spend all that money. This was my first time to use a plumber. My home is not that old; it was built in 2005. I didn't know I was going to have to spend more money. He was a very experienced plumber. He was a professional. He did not tell me upfront how much it was going to cost. He did the work and then told me so I was forced to pay all that money. He did a good job. I would use him again as long as I know how much it is going to cost and it is not a surprise.

I purchased the Big Deal with them ($85 for $115 in plumbing services) and it was worth it. The total job would have cost $240-ish (which was on-par with other estimates I'd gotten), so the deal made it even sweeter. I was given the 8-10am window and was pleased when the plumber arrived at 8:50 on the dot. I showed him the problem and explained what was going on and he agreed and said he could fix it. He had to run to Home Depot to pick up one part, but he was in and out of the house by 10am with the job completed and one non-leaking drain in my kitchen. The technician himself was very courteous and polite and seemed knowledgable about the problem. Offered tips to maintain the piece in the future since this one had been in the sink for about 20 years and I was appreciative of his help. I don't foresee any future needs for a plumber, but if I did I wouldn't hesitate to hire them.

6:00 pm on Saturday of Memorial Day weekend I found a lot of water on my bathroom floor. The connection from toilet supply pipe which comes up through the floor and the valve which controls clean water flow to the toilet tank was leaking. Not a lot but enough to cause water damage to our ceiling in the floor below. Set out buckets and packed the leak with towels thinking I would be lucky to get a plumber out before regular business on Tuesday. Checked Angie's list. Majestic had tons of excellent reviews so I called hoping they'd be able to come out on Sunday or Monday. The office closed at 4 and my call was routed to an answering service (very nice young lady) who said someone would call me back in about 30 minutes. Less than 5 minutes later Majestic called me and arranged for a plumber (Sandy) to be at my house within an hour. It is now 9:00 pm and the leak is repaired with a new length of pipe happily soldered into place and a new valve. I didn't have to wait another day - it was repaired before the sun went down. I expected to pay a premium for a holiday weekend and an evening at that, but the Angie's list discount (the one they gave me was actually HIGHER than the one online) pretty much cancelled out the after hours surcharge. I found their price to be very reasonable. MAJESTIC IS AWESOME! Thanks for the great work, Sandy!

It turned out fine. They were very expensive, much more then other plumbing companies that I have had even with the Big Deal. He was there 2 and a half hours. He was gave me a quote for replacing pipe and I could not even imagine the price, he wanted 30,000 to 40,000 for the job. I was not impressed at all. The guy was nice enough but his pricing was way out of line, he got over $200 an hour.

They did not flush the water heater because it was very old and there was some rust in it. The rust could have caused a leak if they flushed it. They did do something else is replace of that. They did good for what I paid them for.

Plumber turned up on time and was polite and informative. carried out service as indicated in offer. Inspected pluumbing - faucest, toilets - and drained/flushed out hot water tank. No issues, no drama - work done as offered.

The technician, Danny Reed did a great job. He explained what the problem was and then worked with our store personell to change out the wattage on our track lighting to mitigate future problems.

It went excellent, he was nice and professional and did very good work.

Sandy was very responsive and friendly. He was very pleasant to work with and tried to give us the best deal possible. Sandy remembered me as an Angie's list member and applied that discount. The work was done on a Friday and done within a couple of hours. One man dug up our yard another put pipe together and replaced old pipe with new one. Work came with a 5 year warranty and if any other clogs occur or root invasions it will be covered as long as it isn't paper products. The 2 men doing the replacing of the pipe did a good job just would of liked the pipe itself to be cleaned up out of the yard. The pipe was a clay pipe so pieces were all over the yard and will take time to clean that up. Sandy also fixed our toiled downstairs that was not installed properly and fixed the drain in our son's bathroom which would probably have cost us a fortune but due to the increased work with the pipe those jobs were thrown in the deal. Sandy had to special order the piece for the drain and was able to fix the drain so we don't have to manually close it. Sandy went above and beyond and was very helpful in all ways. We will have them come back and do work anytime. Majestic was very competitive with their quote on replacing the pipe. The other company that came out was several hundred $$ more.

Charles installed a larger capacity tank (I still don't see how he managed considering the size of the little closet), which is safe and 100% up to Cobb County Code. Al the electrician came out and installed a new panel box and grounding pins. Al even came by after hours to fix a broken wire in the laundry room...just minutes after I called. Skip is the Master Electrician and he came by to personally inspect the panel box. Our house is old and Skip knew everything about the wiring in it. Skip has years upon years of experience. Charles, Al and Skip....you won't find anyone with more knowledge or professionalism than these guys.

A very good experience. Very prompt, professional service by Joseph/Majestic and the person scheduling was excellent. Joseph did an estimate up front before he started the job and performed the service well. They not only showed up on time, but they called ahead as promised. My only 2 complaints are: 1)They are a little pricey even with the Angie's List special deal. (2) They used a white caulk/sealant (at the base of the toilet) when they should have used a clear or beige to conceal it. The white caulk really sticks out from the stone tile flooring making it look like we had to make a repair. I hope I can paint the sealant.

They guy checked everything out and it was good. He didn't try to up sell us for anything we didn't need.

James Brewer, the technician with Majestic, arrived promptly and on time for the scheduled appointment. He went above and beyond in providing outstanding customer service but taking on a performing a few extra items while he was at the home. Initially, he was only supposed to inspect the broken garbage disposal unit and drainage in the wet bar sink but also installed the water line on the refrigerator and switched out the water line off the copper pipping at the hot water heater at no additional charge. He was very professional and courteous and the extra work he did was very much appreciated! We even offered to pay him extra but he would not accept it. We have used Majestic several times at our home via their coupon specials and have had a good experience each time they have come out. We would highly recommend using them!!

Majestic was able to send out a technician right away. The provider was friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. He was able to fix the PRV very quickly as well as the dripping hose faucet at the front of our house. Not only did they provide the most competitive price, but they were able to fix the problem on the same day as the provided the estimate. We purchased a big deal, which reduced the cost of the service.
