They were fine, just that the estimate was really high. They were nice, informative and personable.

The plumber got there almost an hour after the person who called me said he would get there. It wasn't a big deal for me because I work from home. Had I gotten off work and lost time waiting it would have been a problem but no harm no foul. The technician arrived and was very friendly and professional. Even though I was totally stressed at each "uh oh I found something else...this going to cost more", he maintained professionalism and tried to do whatever he could do to resolve the situation. We had some really bad communication regarding the quote but I take the blame for not understanding the way he structure the pricing and the main office cleared it up. The entire time the plumber was still very professional and above what you would normally expect in that situation. The only real concern I had and why I won't call them again is the proposal he made and the approach he recommended was to repair the pipe by tearing up the driveway looking for the leak. He admitted that it would result in my having it resurfaced because there was no way to know exactly where the leak was. Doing this would have resulted in even more expense. He also said it would need to be done in two phases. He would do a temporary line above ground and then do the permanent fix. This would allow for time for the other companies to mark the yard (cable, gas, electric). He said it could take up to 3 days for them to come out. I decided to get a second estimate and was told that it made no sense to repair the existing pipe. I did not tell the second plumber what Majestic suggested. I just told him I wanted to fix the pipe under the driveway. I ended up going with the second company. The plumber said there was no need for a temporary fix and that he would do an emergency locator and the utility companies would be out within 3 hours. The plumber gave me his plan of disconnecting the current pipe from the meter and laying new pipe. He called for emergency locator service and all the companies who needed to come out came out and marked the yard. He dug the trench, laid the pipe, went through the basement wall, closed the old systems off, waited with me as we tested it after the water was back on and he was done. I was without water for less than 30 minutes. This plumber was not from Angie's List. Majestic was very professional but that was not the right solution. Maybe that particular plumber was not experience with that type of issue which scares me even more had I let him tear up my driveway.

The first visit to fix my garbage disposal was so good, I asked Sandy (the plumber) to come back and install new faucets in my bathroom (where I had leaky faucets). Sandy gave me great guidance on which faucets to purchase, he picked them up and installed. They work beautifully (and so does the new garbage disposal!) Their staff is super friendly and helpful. I highly recommend Majestic Plumbing. I also like their flat rate approach vs. hourly rates.

It was very good! They did the job. I had to spend above the big deal amount. It was timely, good customer service and they did a good job.

I had a backed up toilet drain. Unfortunately there wasn't a "good place" to insert the snake except for the toilet itself which meant the removal and re-setting of the toilet. The quote he gave me was over $600 which I thought was high. After I said I was going to get a second opinion he began to lower the price. There was a slight communication problem as his accent was very thick. Very nice guy but I did feel a bit hustled. Made me feel like I was getting a deal for $500. He did a good job but I don't think that snaking a drain and re-setting a toilet should cost $500.

I purchased advanced services through Angies List Big Deal. I then had the plumber to my home to look at the project I had in mind. He seemed to not want to do the work, run gas line to hook natural gas up to a built in grill, and the estimate was so high that I could not afford it. So now I'm stuck with pre-purchased services that I may never use. This is most likely the last time I'll invest in a Big Deal.

The price quoted was higher than other quotes, but I figured that paying a little more with a reputable company would save potential headaches later from some cheaper handy-man hack. The service(s) were completed in 4 different visits. The first visit was to inspect, assess, and temporarily clear the sewer-line backup (tree roots). I was happy that the plumber was able to begin the heavy service the very next morning. A few days later the owner came to meet with the city inspector when the city office reopened. The ditch covering/crawl space work was completed at a later date and all was wrapped up within the week. My only other comment (more of a suggestion than a complaint) involves the trench digging. Plumbers are not landscapers, but... It would be nice if, in the future, the digger could place the peeled sod to the side before burying it beneath a pile of dirt. I have emerald zoysia and most could have been saved for either other parts of the yard...or...covering over the dig scar in the front yard. Just a thought. It's the little things like saving good emerald zoysia sod that makes service companies stand out.

Nothing at all was done, and the leak has now gotten worse,

The plumber was very punctual and professional in his service, which included a variety of plumbing services including faucet installation (kitchen), clearing 4 slow draining sinks, a repair of a shower control, and repair of two leaking valves. My only issue with the service was the difficulty I had in understanding the plumber. English was clearly not his native language. However, I was very pleased overall in his service and would not hesitate to use this company and this plumber again.

Overall, I was very pleased with Thorston's knowledge, inspection and determination of the leak. It appears the "leak" was coming from my faucet as the hose came somewhat unscrewed from the nozzle head. Thankfully, no leak with the pipes as thought when I found water at the bottom of the cabinet. I'm still keeping a watchful eye to see if the faucet might actually be leaking as Thorston said that could also be a possibility, but his tightening the hose to the nozzle seems to have fixed the "leak". I'm having Majestic also come out to quote on some electrical work. I'm happy with Majestic and will definitely consider calling them when/if a need arises in the future.

The plumber that came was very good. I thought the price was a little high but it had to be done. The technician picked up the toilet for me from Home Depot. I just had to give Home Depot authorization and he disposed of the old one.

It was right after the big storm in our area and so the original appt was delayed by a day to allow them to help with storm victims. I was certainly ok with that since we were not in a bad situation ourselves. Tim was prompt and professional. He diagnosed and explained our pressure issue well. Work was done on time and done well.

The price was reasonable. We got another estimate that was around $600.

provider came and did the inspection from the kitchen (second floor), then went to the first floor to continue his inspection. the leakage was found coming from the water connection from the refrigerator. Overall the service was good, but the provider came a bit late since it appeared that he could not find the address.

Joseph is the plumber that came to my property. This was the second time I've used Majestic and Joseph was the plumber both times. I knew I needed to have more work done after the first visit but I put it off. He is very professional and does quality work. He was very helpful in providing different options and information that helped me to decide what work I needed to do right away vs. what could wait. The office staff at Majestic is also a pleasure to work with - always cheerful and ready to help

I wasnt comfortable with the man. He asked me for the gate number which I wasnt asked for that information from the next company that came out to assist. He sat infront of the house at least 15 mins or more after he had given me the estimate.

Was very very pleased with the honesty and professionalism of Majestic tech Charles and the company. I have a failing dishwasher, I called the appliance shop and they were unsure it was an appliance malfunction but possibly a plumbing problem. When I called Majestic, they were unsure it was a plumbing problem but were happy to send out their technician to do an evaluation. They arrived on-time, Charles was very informative, honest, and concluded that there werent any plumbing services needed for the dishwasher. It takes a very honest company to do a service visit and not try to walk away without some type of fee service. I will absolutely be calling them first the next time I have a plumbing issue that needs to be addressed. Would definitely recommend calling them for plumbing if needed.

I bought a Big Deal which was $85 for $150 worth of professional plumbing. The experience was excellent. They did a great job. Joseph came out - I thought I had a leak because my water bill has doubled and I have not been using the sprinkler system so I couldn't understand why my water bill had gone up. He checked every water opportunity area in the home and there are no leaks. So we could only decipher that, like they've done in the past, the water department is charging us higher rates than they should be. He told me if I send this form in to show there are no leaks that will help them to understand there is something on their end they are doing wrong. I liked everything about Majestic. It has been awesome. I have used them before, and I was very satisfied. I would tell anyone that they give great service, and the supervisory team headed by Joseph will ensure that your needs are met.

This company was easy to call and use, they sent some one out right away. Clogged shower drain that needed some work. He took care of that with out any problem, but then he went around the house looking at the system to see if "we needed anything else done". Tested the pressure of the water coming into the house, looked over the water heater. All things I did not want him to do--- suggested that we get a new pressure reducing valve for $342. He was fishing for more business and I thought it was not very ethical to "find" work.
