They gave me estimates on the cost for each item, and there were no surprises with regard to cost. We spent a good deal of money, but I feel like it was average for plumbers and what they charge. They were punctual, courteous, thorough, and carefully cleaned up any and all debris. I would definately call them again.

I felt some of the parts suggested for replacement were not necessary and their pricing was high in my opinion for the level of service provided.

I was very impressed with Charles. He was timely, professional, helpful and honest.

The service guy did the work ok but left a mess. We were also way overcharged at a price of $500 for installing two kitchen faucets. Since then we have gotten a quote of $260. I had origionally wanted him to install two kitchen faucets and two bathroom faucets but he wanted to charge me over $1,000! That of course did not include the purchase of the faucets.

Generally speaking, we think we might have been able to get it done a little cheaper. I don't know if we could have gotten it done with the same level of professionalism and quality of work.

They arrived on time and completed the job as specified with very little impact o the home. They were courteous and professional at all times. The gentleman who did the initial inspection was kind enough to wear booties so as not to mess the floors.

I used an Angie's deal coupon. Majestic was easy to contact. They scheduled a review right away. They gave me a very thorough report on the state of our plumbing - which we knew needed some work. I then contracted with them to do a series of repairs: new faucets in both ktichens, new faucets in both master sinks. They repaired and replaced drain pipes in both locations (very slow running), put in a new garbage disposal in one kitchen. Checked and cleared all other drains throughout a very large house (4 bathrooms). The workers were professional - extended me a discount because of all the work we had done, and also applied the $75 original cost of doing an inspection. I would hire them again!

It went well! Everything was fine. They were punctual, professional and did a good job. I used the tune up deal for them to come, check and see what was wrong and I guess they applied the amount to whatever the entire thing cost.

there is a leak that the contractor found using a infra-red guy, which measure moisture. the plumber came and didn't see any standing water. That doesn't mean it is not wet; the dry wall is wet when touch. So, I provided the contractor's phone number to the plumber to find out the issue to stop the water. The plumber left; as walk off and never heard anything back.

Provider was on time and very courteous. Provider was able to reverse two of the three hot and cold water taps by installing the cartridge correctly. He was unable to fix the third tap after doing exactly what he had done to the other taps. Was told that it may take ripping out the tile around the faucet and replumbing the fixture. That was something I did not want to do as I was selling the house. Ended up calling another plumbing company a couple weeks later. The second plumber couldn't get it to work at first but he checked the internet and found out about another small fix to the cartridge and it worked like a charm.

They helped unclog one of my bathroom shower drains. They were very helpful in their description in how to do it myself in the future. They actually were very detailing in the explanation.

I had bought a big deal from them before and had a good experience. The guys they sent last time were nice, so I wanted to stick with them this time around.

It went well. He came in and got to the source and fixed it.

I was mostly concerned with the prices. It was an easy fix but very expensive. I've found another plumber through a friend that charges about 1/2 and did an awesome job.

They arrived on time for the appointment. They looked at the job and informed me of damage to the floor underneath the leak. They were very honest in telling me that they would not be able to make the repairs and I would need a restoration company. My insurance is also taking care of the bill.

The services of Majestic Plumbing turned out great. They're very good. The guy that came out ended up pulling a unicorn because he was such rare find. Things have been great ever since. We're actually planning to have him back out to do some more work as well. It couldn't get any better. Joseph was the plumber's name. He was a good guy.

The plumber Thorston showed up on time and was very professional. He had originally came out last Thursday to verify the tank could be relocated and give a price. During the visit on Thursday he recorded the part and serial number and contacted the local company representative of the tank manufacture to confirm the tank could be relocated. He took a picture of unit as an extra step to be thorough. So Thorston showed up to do the work completely prepared with all required parts and then find-out the part the manufacture representative provided was wrong. Thorston had to go back to the distributor to get the correct part and this of course made everything run much later on the job. In-spit of this delay Thorston took his time and did a very professional job and I could see that he takes pride in his work. Even though it was late he never cut corners. I would definitely recommend Majestic plumbing if all their employees are like Thorston

It went great. My service tech Tim was professional and he took the time to explain everything he was doing and why. Prior to coming up stairs each time he announced himself as my husband was at work and I was alone. Our water pressure was dangerously high and could have caused a flood. Thanks to Majestic and Tim.

We expected that to be the end of the transaction given they made clear their estimates are all free and no-obligation. So imagine my surprise when I opened a past due bill from them yesterday for the exact amount of the estimate. Someone from accounting is to call me Monday, and hopefully it will be easily resolved, but it does not exactly instill a great deal of faith in their business and organization. Update: No one ever called me as promised so I called again and spoke to someone in accounts receivable. That person told me that it "must have been taken care of" because they could not find any record of it in their system. She explained they have some problems with the computer software they use and problems like this sometime occur. I asked for some sort of updated statement indicating that we did not have a balance due and was told that was not possible given there was no record of it in the system any longer. Overall this was just a frustrating experience and the company response was somewhat cavalier and unapologetic as if this is a common occurrence.
