Todd is awesome. If I have a plumbing job, I would call and ask for Todd. He came on that day, he actually to be in the area and he came on his way home. We though it might have to do with the flashing around our deck and we weren't sure. I have a handyman and he had looked at it but none of them can figure it out. We chose them because they have a higher rating on Angie's List.

It did not go very well. I would not use them again. They charged, I think, a total of $260; the $85 got me nothing, and I was really just trying to get a tub unclogged. Apparently that was their standard charge so I guess for the price of $85 I got a coupon. What really quite concerned me more was what the plumber gave me an estimate for. He said that the bathroom drain wasn't draining (I still have the voice message too) and he quoted me about $2200 to redo the pipe underneath the pipes. And that never had to be done. Actually, I had a similar clog in the drain several months later and another plumber came out and fixed it for $125 flat. I had that plumber look at the pipes for a second opinion and they didn't have to replace anything - the pipes were fine. And they are still fine.

I called Majestic around 10 AM to request emergency service. I was a little frantic. Majestic got back to me in less than 30 min and the plumber was at my door around 11:30 AM. The plumber, Philip, was very professional and quickly assessed the leak and the need to dig down to the pipe. I was surprised at how careful he was in removing the sod and arranging it in its original pattern to the side of the hole. When he could see the pipe he told me exactly what was needed to repair it. Better yet, rather than quoting me an hourly+parts rate, he gave me an up-front set price for all of the work, which was what I paid on completion. (I also received a senior discount.) The digging and repair took hours and Philip had to pick up some parts. It was a long day. Philip was very professional, informative, personable and friendly. I appreciate his willingness to let me watch at intervals and to answer my questions. I am grateful for how careful he was about keeping things as clean as possible throughout. Philip actually talked to a passing neighbor and gave some "leak" advice while he was digging! I appreciate that he checked my water pressure before he left -- the added professional touch. In thinking about this afterword, I realized that a major leak in my water line was very stressful for me. There are so many unknowns and the leak needs prompt attention. I had used Majestic Plumbing a year ago and based upon that very positive experience, I called them. My stress was immediately decreased by Angie (and later Charlie) who handles telephone calls, appointments, etc. Angie expressed genuine concern when I first called and saw that someone came quickly. Philip has a very reassuring "pipe-side" manner and knows how to deliver the bad and the good news. In less than 2 hrs my problem was going away. What a relief. Overall, this was an excellent experience. I am very impressed with the people and the work of Majestic Plumbing. They have a level of professionalism that is rare and there price I very fair. I have already recommended Majestic Plumbing (and Angie's List) to several of my neighbors.

Water was backing up in my basement drain. The Plummer came out the same day I called. He determined the clog was in the pipe on the exterior of the house. He snaked the water line, removed the clog and everything has been fine.

These guys were great !!! We were extremely pleased in every way! Btw- I do not know these ppl nor did they ask me to write a review. They really are that good.

Work performed in a timely and professional manner.

No one likes having to call a plumber because it typically means that something is out of order and it desperately affects your life. I was very impressed with the customer service and next day (Sat.) avaiibility provided when I called to schedule the appointment. I was pleasantly surprised when the office called to say the plumber could come earlier Sat a.m. Tim came out and was very professional and patient with me. I'm the type of customer that needs to understand the problem and the prescribed fix. I was most impressed with the thorough diagnosis that Tim provided, assessing under the sink, in the crawl space (which you literally have to crawl into) and even from the roof. He provided options to fix the immediate problem (unclog the drain) and also advised on the culprit with the recommendation of replacing the old cast iron water pipe. The fee was a bit higher than I expected and of course I became a bit skeptical when he provided the disclosure, "there is no guarantee that he can unclog the drain" when I selected that option. I initially declined the service thinking that I would investigate a less expensive, competitive option. Almost immediately after he left, I thought about how I was impressed with his knowledge and ability to explain what was likely happening. I called back and he was able to return to perform the service. Talk about being flexible, willing and patient. He snaked the pipe from the roof and that didn't fix the problem. That's when I really felt that he was checking all possibilities and he was determined to unclog the drain. I was so happy when he was successful that I could've hugged him. Thanks Tim!!! That evening I began to use my dishwasher and there was no water flow to the dishwasher. I was soooooo disappointed. It was then Saturday evening. I called on Sunday and the on call plumber, Ronnie, was super attentive, even though he could not come out since they only took emergencies on the Sunday. He notified me that he was the supervisor and said he would have the office call me on Monday morning to get a plumber out. When I told him I had a function planned at my house Monday evening, he said he would come out personally if they didn't have an available plumber for the a.m. So I'm totally impressed that I had a call from both Tim & the office Monday a.m. and Todd & Bill arrived by 9:30 (Tim had another call.) Understandably, Todd, after confirming that the water was not turned off at the water supply, advised me to call an appliance company for the dishwasher. That was unacceptabe to me since the dishwasher worked even when the drain was clogged. Like Tim, Bill (the other plumber) appeared to be very eager to find a solution. However, in the end, I had to contact Ronnie to express a lack of understanding since the dishwasher worked even when the drain was clogged. Over the phone, Ronnie assessed the situation and asked Todd to confirm whether there were any obstructions of water to the dish washer. (Todd had previously only checked at the supply valve). Ronnie explained to me (before they even checked) that if they can confirm water flow to the dishwasher then it would mean the problem was with the dishwasher and that was not their area. While this wasn't what I wanted to hear, it made sense so I could accept that. He then suggested that we could try resetting the power via circuit breaker because of some mechanism that dishwashers have to shut down water access in the case of a clogged drain. Bill had also suggested that mechanism as a possibility too, but noone thought about resetting the dishwasher via the circuit breaker. It worked immediately which is why I am writing this detailed review....just in case this happens to someone else. Flip the circuit breaker. So thanks to Majestic Plumbing for the great customer service, experienced/knowledgeable plumbers and the "can do" attitude of Tim and Ronnie!!! I didn't blame Tim because 1)I was so impressed with the way he handled the call and initially unclogged the drain and 2) at least the dish washer issue was not a continuation of the clogged drain. Ronnie & Tim....you are the best!!!

Well, the snaking of the drain relieved the back flow which was good - so have to give them points for that. However... The leak wasn't solved. The following day I went into the crawl space as the hardwood floors seemed to have even more moister in the joints (that was pointed out to the plumber). When in there I discovered a massive disaster - evidence of mold and water. I then pulled back the base boards (under the cabinets) and noticed standing waters. Following that I cut back the dry wall under the sink and discovered the drain pipe seemed to be the source of the leak. I called our insurance company - they sent out a mitigation crew the following morning and that day ripped the entire kitchen apart. A month later and we are still without a kitchen. Just surprised they didn't find the leak... When I called and told them, they said the owner or manager would call to follow up with me, but he never did.

Well the girlfriend's father keeps breaking the shower knob every few months which caused us to shut all the water off due to the leak and we keep replacing the knob. Finally we had enough and suspected there was either something else wrong we needed a better shower facet type. We found Majestic here on Angie's list and called them up. They arranged to have a plumber come out at a specified time. The person that took the call said they would call 45 min. before arrival, but they only called when they got there. I blame the office for that. Charles showed up and waited patiently as she got to the house. Charles was great, he did not try to over sell, he provided very reasonable options. He explained the unit we had was a very good unit and that replacing it would require opening up the wall, but that he felt the cartridge was all that was bad. He said the parts would have a 1 year warranty and felt this was the right fix. We agreed and he went and got the parts, fixed the facet and it works great. He easily could have up-sold us into opening the wall and replacing the entire unit since he saw our frustrations, but he was honest and reputable. It is a pleasure to find service providers that still have this level of integrity and I will be sure to call them in the future for all my plumbing needs!

. Electrician arrived asked for what we wanted I told him, he got to work. no problems. Tighted all the connnections some were loose, not good with an electric panel so we appreciated that.

They really could not diagnose the problem. Suggested that I open the ceiling up myself and wait for the leak so they could come out and fix then. I also had a toilet that needed fixing; they wanted to charge $235, which seems outrageous to me. However, there was a $50 coupon I could use. They did show up on time and the person in the office (Angie, how ironic) was nice.

The provider did a great job... found and corrected the problem in 10 minutes. The entire call, including writing up the ticket took less than 15 minutes total. The trip charge was $55 The cost to move the wire was $70 The total, less a ten percent new customer discount was $112.50 I was stunned by the cost, considering what work was done. I may just be ignorant of prices but thought that it seemed high. At the $70/15 minute rate applied to an hour, an hour of that electrician's time would have cost $280. I would use this provider again, but would likely do some price comparisons first to learn average pricing. I put an N/A rating on the price because I didn't want to be unfair, as I may just not be aware of prices. The provider was very personable, courteous and obviously competent.

FANTASTIC!!!!!!! Returned from a trip to find my wood floor in the kitchen totally ruined. WATER was everywhere.

I had this plumber out to take a look at a plumbing issue we were having. There was a loud groaning noise coming from the pipes when we would turn out outside spigot on. They were unable to fix that. The did replace the pressure regulating valve and then also something with the water heater. They were also trying to fix my kitchen faucet and actually broke off a piece from the faucet. It took 6 months to get that part! And they mailed it to me and I had to replace it myself. It is not likely that I will call them again.

This is my 2nd review of this company (I provided my first in August 2012). Charles again did phenomenal work for me. Initially, he mistakenly installed the wrong Kohler toilet. This happened because he purchased the toilets on his own, without remembering the specific model of toilet that I had initially requested. Nonetheless, he returned to my home, returned the wrong toilets to Home Depot, and purchased the higher-end toilets that I wanted. He worked very quickly and I can only say that I'm very pleased with the quality of the work. Charles is very much an educator: he explains in detail the work that he has to do and takes the time to inform you why the product he suggests is, in his opinion, the best. I really like that about him. He also explained the functions of the toilet, which reassured me that I was making a good decision by going with this brand of Kohler. If you call Majestic, ask for Charles.

My husband chose them because they were on Angie's List. We will use them again. They were very professional and seemed very competent. We checked out to make sure it was completely unclogged. They gave us some suggestions for things that we could do to make the toilet working a little more efficiently. They cleaned up after themselves.

Arrived on time, judged effort, agreed on price, performed work, tested, finished, cleaned up, paid, left with full satisfaction.

The work was good. They had reasonable pricing, and their customer service was really good. We had purchased a big deal, but he found somethings that he had to repair, and so we paid extra, and that wasn't any problem.

Al called an hour ahead, was considerate of being quiet in the house as my son who works nights was asleep. He fixed all he came to do, gave advice on other items, and left in 2 hours.

They were wonderful. Joseph did a fantastic job. He cleaned up everything. He took out the old parts and disposed of them for me. Joseph was very prompt and professional.

The job was smooth with no issues.

The service technician was very prompt and courteous. He explained all the work that was to be done and the work was performed in a timely manner. I would definitely use this company again.

Everything went well, but I thought the prices were a little high.

They were able to complete all of our plumbing projects. We noticed after he left that there were a few outstanding issues. I called them back on Saturday and we are waiting to a couple of days to see if the issues go away on their own.

Came on time. Did a great job and saved us money by diagnosing correctly what was wrong.
