Showed up on time, courteous, and completed job at fair price.

Although the first plumber did not do a perfect job, they sent a 2nd and more experienced one shortly after and he fixed all the issues. We are happy with that.

Everything went quite well. I had two other companies out, and they couldn't solve the problem. No problems following their work. I would definitely recommend them.

They were very honest, told me how I could go about fixing it myself since I was concerned with the cost (i.e. by some special high power acid drain cleaner), but we decided to go ahead and have them clean it out properly. No drain since... couldnt be happier!

Things went real well, they did a very good job. They did great tractor work.

The initial contact was excellent. The appointment was scheduled within a few days, and the technician was on time after a 30 minute call ahead. The technician was very knowledgeable. He diagnosed the low water pressure situation and resolved the probem. He also looked at another issue with the pressure reducing valve on the water heater. A home inspector has said the valve was frozen and needed to be replaced. He tested the valve, checked out the system, and said that "no", it was fine. He could have just replaced it and I would have not known the difference, but obviously he was a real professional and honest. I also has a coupon for a price reduction, which was applied. All-in-all, a great experience, and I would use them again.

It was good. It worked out well. It was pretty straightforward. They identified the problem and was able to put in a new disposal. Pretty much from there it was all set. I think the positive is that they were friendly and professional and were able to do the job within the budget that I thought. I thought their price was fair.

Pathetic. He looked right into the area of the leak and did not see it or even have a clue what it was.

I started with them and it turned out to be a bigger problem, so I ended up going to three more companies. Majestic portion of it was good in the sense that they immediately answered, made the appointment, and came when they said they were coming, but it just was bigger than probably what they were ready to do. They had to go in the wall and take it out and it got to be a bigger thing. Their immediate response was good and then it became a fight with them and the insurance company. It got to be a bit much, but it wasn't their fault. When they first came everything was fine and it was a wonderful experience. I don't know whether the job made it more complex and then all our relationships became more complex, but it did get hectic after that. They came to do what they said, but they weren't able to do it that way. It then became an issue of having to come back, waiting on the insurance company, and having to come back again. It was an issue that I needed done quickly, but they responded and came the next day.

The had to dig about three feet to find where the line went into the basement. They did the repair pretty quickly. When we discovered later that the water line to the sprinkler had been damaged they came quickly and repaired it at no cost. Scott was very professional.

went great. Matt came by (arrived on schedule). I want to have my septic tank cleaned out and I want to install a new bathroom so I need a drain line connected. He gave me prices for all the work involved, described (in good detail) what would be involved and told me the most cost effective way for me to get it done. He wasn't there long, but he was able to give me a thorough understanding of what was required and how I should proceed when I'm ready to get the job done. I'll be calling Majestic back when I'm ready to get the job done.

The service was fine. I thought the final price was outrageous!

We had a leaking basement pipe and knew that a plumber was needed to make the repair. We called 3 Angie's List's providers, but we chose Majestic because they could see us first and we were NOT disappointed. Our Plumber was excellent and he worked very hard to keep the repair on budget and on task. We'd definitely use them again and we?d recommend them to others as well. They did an excellent job for us!

It worked out very well. They were really good for us. They were on time and their price was pretty reasonable. It was a really good experience. We went above the price of the big deal. It was $85 for the deal and another $150 or so. I would use them in the future.

I was on vacation and my son was at house to see the job. He seemed pleased enough. The price seemed high. We asked for a quote to fix kitchen sink drain. The quote was $250+ which sounded quite high.

We expected a discount and they didn't give us. They did a good job. The price was too much. They didn't arrive on time.

They were wonderful. We have rock in our yard and they did what they could. Even when cleaning it up, they made sure there was enough sand around the pipes to secure the pipe. I couldn't recommend the company or their workers anymore that I have. I will recommend them to other friends.

Great. He identified the problem, gave me a price and had it fixed all within a half hour. He was punctual, very professional, courteous and a pleasure to deal with.

Sandy came out to install a new water heater at my request. He was thorough, extremely respectful, kind, professional, and did a great job. He took the time to explain everything to me and was patient with my questions. He really made it an easy process. Thanks to Majestic and their service person Sandy!

We had a repeat leak underneath the floor of my kitchen, slab not basement. Tim from Majestic came up with a work around to go through the drywall versus tearing up my floors. My home insurance would not cover the expense since no water damage was showing up. He saved me thousands! While he was here he pointed out that my hot water heater was very old and actually dangerous. He was knowledgeable and helpful, arrived on time and was clearly interested in helping me fix the problem with the most convenient solution for my pocket book. I have used them again for another issue that just came up. I highly recommend this plumbing company.

It was fine. It wasn't the company that I thought it was. There were two different offers that were out on the same price and I chose the wrong one so it ended up costing a lot more. The quality of the work was good.

this was the third plumber to come to my house..the first two gave me estimates of over 1000.00 to replace the hot water heater,,,Todd Barth with Majestic was able to fix the problem quickly and inexpensively....the water heater only needed to be serviced, cleaned and flushed, and did not need to be replaced!! This morning I had glass get into my garbage disposal and it stopped running....Todd replaced the15 year old disposal, explained to me how to fix it if this happened again, and gave me a good price !! ..I am very happy with this plumbing company, and I am very surprised that the others were not able to figure out the problem..kind of scary...could have needlessly cost me a lot of money..it pays to get several opinions as obviously not everyone knows what they are doing!!
