Derek showed up on time, diagnosed problem explained course of action, gave estimate, and completed work.

Pretty straight forward work. I was impressed with professionalism and willingness to work with me on price.

First he was implying that the $ 85.00 might not be enough for the job. When I pointed out that I could do it myself in 10 min but that I did not want to crawl under the sink he said OK lets just go with the $85.00 ...There was a shut off valve at the water connection .. but he insisted to cut off the water supply to the entire house .(.Just to be safe) The replacing of the hose took a total of 10 min ...most of the time was spent running down the hill and turning off the water and running back and again to turn it all back on .... but in the end it was all done well !!..

He had quoted me a price and then once he did the work, I ended up paying more than anticipated. However, he was a great guy to do business with. He was nice, professional and I was happy with the results. When I addressed my concerns to the owner, he still did not honor his original price and I just felt misinformed.

Labor to change out sink and garbage disposal was quoted at almost $800 even with the coupon. The price is extremely inflated.

The plumber arrived on time and did an immediate estimate of the repair costs. Then he got to work. It took about four hours total because he had to make a couple of trips to get fittings or other parts he needed. He also went to Home Depot and bought a new faucet for me based on some general guidance I gave him. It's a rental property so I told him any basic faucet will do. He got one in the $40 range as I had requested, which was still better than what the builder had installed previously. So overall great service. The price tag did seem a little steep for the repairs but I have no complaints about the work performed and the customer service was very good. I would definitely use Majestic Plumbing again for jobs like this one where avoiding hassle is more important to me than price.

On arrival The technician was not at all friendly. Immediately the price he quoted me was twice what I purchased from Angies List. Thanks to Angies List he said he would he would do it for what I paid on Angies list. It took the technician leass that 10 seconds to to resolve the problem. Would not recommend or use the again.

Sandy was very friendly and professional. Walked me through all of the steps and tested everything when complete. Explained all that was being done and how work is warranted for 2 years. Cleaned up everything. Totally satisfied with service.

I had bought a $155.00 of plumbing services from Majestic Plumbing and had a new sink and garbage disposal to hook up along with a new dishwasher line to hook into the plumbing. I had an appointment for the afternoon, but got a call that the plumber could be at my house at 9:30am, but I told them that I would be available by no later than 10:00am. JR Green show up around 10:00am and was very nice. He said he would give me an estimate on the work and came back to me by 10:30am. The price he gave me I felt was very high, Installing a new garbage disposal was $232.89 and running the new drain, trap and connection hook up to the sink was $583.45 and this was the price after taking into account that I had purchased $155.00 worth of plumbing. He said that he had been on the clock since leaving at 9:00 am for the10:00 appointment. I indicated that I had accepted Majestic's time change and didn't feel that I should pay for a service call. I didn't have any options for the installation and he did everything he indicated in the estimate for the quoted price, within a 2 hour time frame. As it turns out I got what I needed and a very good job, but for $400.00 an hour.

Out last two water bills were over $350 each. We assumed that there must be a leak somewhere. We have been using a particular plumbing service for the past several years but I just got tired of paying them $69 just for showing up, even if there was nothing found to be wrong. I called majestic Plumbing because they rated high on Angie's List and offered free estimates. Their technician, Chris, was so very professional and competent. The whole visit cost us nothing. Majestic is now my plumbing service of choice.

Person who did the work was very responsive. Knew what was wrong and fixed it right away.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. It was fine. It was as advertised. I didn't pay any extra. They seemed to be thorough but he looked like he had a time limit so he was just zipping from here to there.

I recently renovated my kitchen and in the process needed to plumb in a new sink and disposal to the old drain lines. The location of the sink didn't change so all that was requested was to reconnect the sink drains to the drains the the floor directly below it. The tech that came out was VERY nice. Almost awkwardly nice. After some chit chat he gave me a quote based on the dreaded fixed-price rate sheets that a lot if companies use now. $500 Yea. $500. I said thanks, but no thanks and did it myself for about $20 in parts and about an hour of my time.

Everything went well. They showed up on time, acted professionally, and completed the job in a timely fashion.

It turned out fine. The work met my expectations. He was prompt, on time, and got it fixed quick. The came out the next day after I purchased the deal.

Things did not go very well. I first called them on Oct 9 because I saw water behind my toilet. They sent JR out that evening and he took about 10 minutes and said my supply line was leaking and needed replaced and around the toilet need to be caulked. He did those two things and told me not to use the toilet until the next day. I used the Angie's list new customer coupon and the total was $179. I got home from work the next day and there was still water behind my toilet. I call Majestic Plumbing and they sent JR back out. He checked it again and then said there was a small leak in my flush valve that needed to be replaced. He then proceeded to charge me for a service call in addition to the part so I was charged another $69. I was upset at this time because I paid for service on a part that I didn't even need the day before and then I get charged for a service call when he didn't even fix it right in the first place. The next day I used the toilet and it wouldn't flush properly. I had to manually push the lever back up to stop the water, so I had to call Majestic a 3rd time. They did not charge me this time and they sent a supervisor out. While he was looking at the toilet the flush valve exploded. He said it was faulty. He then proceeded to put on a new flush valve and so far so good. I will say the company has been very responsive, but I was not satisfied with the work they did.

They were very fast in scheduling; the person that I spoke with was informative on what we needed. He was very knowledgeable in his field. They were not pushy or didn't try to oversell us. The plumber who did the work was wonderful.

He was good. The person that came out was kind of blah. This guy was in and out. I have not had anymore problems. It was making some noise and after he made the adjustments it quit. I would use them again.

On time, prepared, did the job right and gave some advice on our remodeling project. Would recommend Derrick and his apprentice anytime. A reasonable price on time by pros!

The price was reasonable and the job overall went well. The only minor issue I noticed was the outlet that was used to install a new outlet had to be cut out so I would need to paint over it.

Very well. They scheduled the appointment immediately was there on time and very professional. However, was not expecting the price to be as high especailly when the work done was replacing all the parts in the tank. He was there about 40 minutes.

They were great! I was informed as to what was needed and how much it would cost. They gave me options on financing if needed. Two days later they came out and did an excellent job. I would use them again if needed.

I remember them being responsive and providing the service, I think it didn't happen the way I expected but I think I would give them an overall A service and I think I would give them, all A's they were good guys and they did what they said.

Technician was professional and found the source of the leak almost immediately. He also checked the water pressure coming into my house. Cleaned up everything before leaving. Great job, nice guy. Very fair price. I will call Majestic again for any plumbing issues.

Their service is above and beyond what I can expect from a plumbing company. Angie and Joseph took care of all of my concerns in a very polite and professional manner. My 9 year old water heater was leaking and needed to be replaced but I had some issues with where it was located. Joseph took time out of his busy schedule to come and look at the location and address my concerns (although this was not his project). In the end, given my circumstances, this was not something that they can help me with but I am very impressed with the attention and level of care and service that I have received throughout the process. If a plumbing needs ever arise again, you guys will be the first one I call. And for the record, I have never met a plumber that is so nice, professional and knowledgable as Joseph..Majestic is lucky to have someone like him as an employee.
