Majestic Plumbing & Electric

We had originally contacted Majestic to do some plumbing work for us, but the priorities changed between the scheduling and appointment times, and we needed to have some electrical repairs done instead. Majestic was very accommodating to work with, the technician arrived about 15 minutes before the scheduled time (unheard of with today's contractors), performed the repair quickly, and let us know about a few other things that needed attention without being pushy or trying to be a hard sell.

They were skilled professionals, the work that they did was done expertly and I haven't had any issues since.

The service was fine. They called to schedule the appointment and took care of everything. They were very professional, friendly, and knowledgeable.

Bill Boykin originally came out to inspect our home for leaks and any plumbing issues, none were found at that time, however he did caution us that our water heater was 12 years old as well as notified us we would need to replace the expansion tank asap due to rusting. There was no pressure at all from him but he was upfront an honest about what we would need to consider. We requested price quotes on new water heater, the expansion tank as well as installing a tankless system. He did not promote any of the services however was extremely professional and provided price quotes prior to leaving. We decided to replace the water heater with the tankless system and contacted Majestic Plumbign to schedule the installation. When Bill arrived he was prepared to begin and started right away always letting us know through the installation what he was doing next. The instalation took the whole day to complete, but we could not be happier. All of the people we talked with at Majestic (Angie, Charlie and Erica) were always so helpful and friendly. We will be doing business with Majestic in the future. A fabulous experience from beginning to end!

They did a great job. They were perfect and professional. They cleaned up after themselves and I have no complaints.

Installed a new shut-off valve for gas line in kitchen for my gas stove. Also changed the old stove connector to new one. Bill Nalley was the repairman and the job was fast and very efficient. It was a pleasure to do business with Majestic Plumbing, from the initial call to the finish job and Mr. Nalley and I had a sharing conversation at the end of the service and that made it even more pleasurable. He arrived on time and was very professional. Described what needed to be done in detail to my husband and quoted a price. Once we gave him the go ahead he got to work right away and finished the job that afternoon.

My experience with Mr.Bill Boykin of Majestic Plumbing was excellent. Mr. Boykin worked quickly, efficiently and was very personable and pleasant. I purchased the $85.00 voucher for $155.00 of work. The additional cost for materials was $79.95. Not bad at all! I highly recommend Majestic Plumbing and Mr. Bill Boykin. I will definitely contact them in the future. I will recommend and hire again. The front office, Charley, was pleasant and accommodating when I had to switch my appointment because of work. i used to manage a mystery shopper program, so I tend to rate critically on professionalism. Tim got to work promptly, addressing all that I had on my list. All seemed unrelated, until after the last repair, we released that the pressure regulator was probably the culprit. After working 3 hours without a break, Tim then changed our water pressure regulator. In our house, it was in a dark closet behind our water heater. To save us money, he tried and succeeded in replacing the part. I could see that his knuckles were getting bloody and scratched, trying to reach behind the water heater, this was already after encountering a black widow spider, and having to pull trunks out of the way. I realize that most companies would have wanted the water heater removed and then tackle the part. One it was replaced, we had quiet - we hadn't had that in months ! Once again, I will hire Majestic Plumbing again, and I will recommend.

BEWARE, EXCESSIVELY OVERPRICED!!! SERVICEMAN WANTED $500 TO CUT A 1ft x 1ft HOLE IN THE DRYWALL!!! I CAN CUT TEN TIMES THE AREA OF DRYWALL INVOLVED IN LESS THAN 20 MINUTES WITH A MANUAL SAW!!! Unless you are a fool, you would not pay this amount for such a simple task. In addition, when the pipes inside the wall were described to him, he stated it would be MULTIPLE HUNDRED more to install a new pipe. I informed the serviceman his services were not wanted due to above.

He did an excellent job! He was prompt, quick and efficient. I am very pleased!

I felt that they were trying to nickel and dime me. It came out to be an expensive service call. He quoted me over $100 to change a flapper in a toilet and when I declined, he kept coming down on the price, until he eventually did it at no charge, which left a bad impression. The work itself was good but the customer service experience was poor.

Majestic Electric was prompt and very professional. The district manager did the estimate and he was so friendly and knowledgeable. He mentioned suggestions on the project with flexibility of price such as, labor cost only or Majestic with labor and equipment. I felt Majestic Electric wanted what was best for me, the customer.

Majestic Plumbing responded the day of my call to them when I reported a leaky faucet that had caused water to penetrate the cabinet under the sink. |The gentleman permitted me to choose a faucet on-line from Home Depot and he then went there to get it for me. The installation was quick and I have had no further problems. I told him that I had found Majestic on Angie's list and he automatically gave me the discount. I was totally satisfied and I would definitely use them again. I didn't have time to compare prices, but knowing the cost of the faucet, the labor seemed a little high to me, though it was worth it to me to get all of this fixed in one day.

It went excellently. We had a leak in a shower stall, we had some plumbing that was not too up to code and they changed that and they attached a gas pipe to our deck so we could use our barbecue. They guys were very friendly, very knowledgeable and they actually adjusted something for us for free. The total was about $1900 and that was agreed to before the work began and the workmen came out a week after I purchased the deal.

He came on time and called promptly. He did what he said he would do. He was able to unstop my sink.

The service was excellent. Chris was professional and very friendly. Based on this experience, I would use Majestic again and recommend them to anyone and everyone 100%.

Replaced one bathroom faucet. Approx. 1 1/2 years ago we had two of the identical |faucets replaced by Smiley for $110.00 each, and Majectic charged $385.00 for one. The $85 for $155 is a "come on" and we will not be fooled again.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. It was fine.

Arrived on-time, provided reasonable estimate and performed work same day. Fair price-professional. Would recommend and reuse.

The work was done on a rental property, but they got out there within 24hrs of my purchasing the Big Deal, he found the problem, and got it taken care of----as always, it was quick and relatively painless! I only use Majestic for my plumbing issues because they are so professional and easy to work with.

The first time they came it was great. He was professional and nice. They quoted me a lower price. However, when they came to install the pressure reducing valve he brought an apprentice, and some mistakes were made. He was not as professional and his choice words could have been better. But other than that, they did a good job.

David & John worked on the job together and they did an excellent job diagnosing the problems and then fixing them. I would definitely use them again. It did not take forever either.
