Majestic‘s team arrived within the time window they quoted, they were very professional and knowledgeable. Considered adding on additional repair services, but chose to wait until a future date. Will definitely call them when I’m ready.

The plumber did a great job of replacing the toilet water supply cutoff valve. I thought that I also needed a new flush valve but the plumber showed me that the one I had was just fine (so he saved me some money). I thought that they were a little pricey ($350) but I had a $50 Angie’s List coupon - and, heck, I don’t hire plumbers very often so maybe that’s just the going rate these days. In terms of punctuality, I give them an A - they said that they would be there between 10:00 am and 1:00 pm and he arrived at 12:55pm. Overall, I would definitely use them again.

Would use again. All work was explained easily and clearly, no confusion as to what was neede or being done. Arrived on time, but work overall took longer than expected and he had to stop in middle to go to store for parts. Pricing was expensive, but fair for work done and market.

Technician was on time and professionally fixed the leak at a reasonable cost.

We had to have our hot water heater replaced and also brought up to code living in the city of Atlanta. The plumbers should up on time, gave a fair price, were efficient and the job was done quickly. We even used an Angie's List Coupon and saved 50 additional dollars

Technician was familiar with subdivision from original homes that majestic had wired and very senior in experience.

1. My appointment was for 1 p.m. to 4 p.m. Majestic sent the technician before 11 a.m. I made the appointment at 1 p.m. because my son had the day off and I wanted him to be able to SLEEP. Part of the work to be done was in his room. Majestic had called several times trying to come earlier. I declined, but in the end, Majestic forced me into an earlier slot by dispatching the technician at 11 a.m., even though I repeatedly declined and stated that I wanted the 1 p.m. - 4 p.m. slot.. 2. Majestic called from an unidentified phone number the morning of the scheduled service. I don't answer unidentified calls. There are way too many scammers out there. Businesses I'm used to working with have their numbers associated with the name of the business and it shows up in the Caller ID. Additionally, I instructed Majestic to call on my home phone if I didn't answer the cell because I don't keep the cell near me when I am at home. Those instructions were not followed. Majestic's prices seemed high. The technician was respectful and cleaned up behind himself. The errors were the fault of the company - Majestic. I was disappointed with the experience.

I felt the quote was over price received two addl quotes at lesser rates

Quoted $505.00 to snake the drain line. Rented a 100' snake from Home Depot. $65.00. Saved $440.

He was very professional and explained everything properly. A great company all together. Highly recommended. Did a fantastic job. I will be calling them back in the future

Just ended up replacing the two light switches. The other stuff worked out really expensive.

I found them at Angie's and they've been here twice for different problems in our kitchen. They were able to schedule me fast both times. The technicians were great at explaining the options and did not rush the repairs. They both also had great free advice on how to take care of things better, but I will always call them first when something does go wrong.

Very pleased with the workers who performed the work. Since it is under the house and being a senior could not personally inspect. At this time definitely would call again.

Majestic ran a camera in the sewer line, and didn't find any roots. He charged $75 trip charge only. I am glad I called Majestic to get a second estimate.

I had a terrible experience today with Majestic Plumbing. The technician arrived on time and quoted $285 to clear the drain. After completing the job in 10 minutes, the technician brought our quote down to $189 since the drain did not require as much work as anticipated. When my husband presented the first time customer Angie's List certificate, the technician then declined the certificate and was aggressive with my husband. I would have been completely uncomfortable to have been alone in my house with an aggressive male. My husband followed up with the Plumbing Manager who stated that the certificate did not work on top of "discounts". I find it hard to understand how the adjusted quote is a discount. I'm so surprised by this experience and hope to avoid future experiences like this on Angie's List in the future.

Excellent beyond my expectations! I contacted Majestic Plumbing and Electric in August 2017 as I was the general contractor for my bathroom remodel and needed both plumbing and electrical experts for advice. The entire project took until 8 November. This included all plumbing and electric from upgrading to meet current codes to final installation of plumbing fixtures. Ben Stickney (plumbing) and Jess Sams (electric) were always on time and courteous. The plumbing fixtures installation included a 300 lb caste iron tub in a tight space and custom work for the floating vanity.

I had been seeing more roaches in our house and called our pest control guy. The pest control tech notified me that there was puddles of moisture under our house in the crawlspace. This is where roaches were breeding. I called Majestic on a Wednesday afternoon and the plumber came out on Thursday. He crawled into the crawl space and confirmed the 54 yr cast iron pipe was leaking. Ben, the plumber, explained in detail what needed to done. He was through and said the company could schedule the repair on Monday. Ben and Eian arrived early Monday morning and worked 8 hours in a very confined, dirty space. They replaced about 40-50 ft of pipe and several Y joints. They cleaned the work area and removed all the old dirty cast iron. They completed all the paperwork and payment on the spot. I know people balk at paying for plumbers; however, an experienced plumber is worth it. You can not go wrong by employing Majestic Plumbing.

All work was done quickly. Quite expensive, but the plumber showed me all of the problems and I agreed that the work was needed.

Ben was on time and worked efficiently. He was able to diagnose the issue, confirm that it was the only issue, and fix the issue in the same day. He explained what was going on and made sure I was happy with the results before leaving.
