Went well, it was more expensive than I was expecting but I know it was done correctly.

They did a great job. I was very impressed with Joseph, the technician. he was very professional and knowledgeable and gave me a lot of recommendations to consider down the road. He went above and beyond.

es.The technician was punctual and thorough during the inspection. The technician did a wonderful job explaining the issues he'd identified and giving pricing options for bundled services vs ala carte service.

The repair was very assessable thru a grill in my garage and took less than 10 minutes. I was resistant to the original price he charged because of seeing other charges on Angies list that were not as high for comparable work. I was told the repair men would get in trouble for reporting the price!!

I think the deal worked out just fine. The service itself was quick and efficient. I have not had any issues with the faucet since the work. I feel like getting the appointment set up was pretty easy. I see nothing to improve on.

I scheduled a appointment with Majestic for Wednesday Jan 29. But due to the Snow in Atlanta, that had to be cancelled. Majestic called me to reschedule for Sat Feb1. On Sat I got a call and was informed that Phil could head my way if I was ready for him. Phil showed up and completed the job in 30 min. He is a very nice and professional plumber.

We had received a few quotes that were astronomical and would not guarantee complete repair. Thorsten of Majestic Plumbing investigated the problem, provided a probable cause and an estimate for repair. His diagnosis was accurate and his estimate was hundreds of dollars less than the quotes previously received. The pipe no longer leaks and I have only one closet wall to repair instead of the extensive proposed upheaval promised by the previous plumbing companies. I will use Majestic in the future for repairs and installations. I feel confident their expertise is first rate and quite accurate.

We were thrilled with our experience from start to finish! The women who work in the office were so nice and very efficient. They got us scheduled same day, which we really appreciated. The technician that came to our home, Sandy, was a pleasure to work with and we were very grateful for his professionalism. I hardly ever feel that way after having home repairs done (who likes spending money on this kind of stuff?), but Sandy was so nice and so knowledgeable that we felt comfortable with the information and advice he was giving us. My husband and I joked we wished he could have stayed for dinner. He was a great plumber and a nice human being and we will not hesitate to call Majestic in the future.

Hourly rates have absolutely nothing to do with time spent on the job. Cost of materials was less than $50 and quote was for $850 for 75 minutes of work. This is based on the 17 minutes taken to do 1/4 of the job. (They replaced the guts of my toilet) I had 4 that needed to be done and they did one. I got a handyman to do the other 3 for $75.

We had a significant main pipe break from the recent cold snap. They located the leak and capped it immediately. They were a God send!!!

I purchased a big deal from Angie’s List. It was fine deal but they just came out and inspected the house. They came out quickly and did an inspection which was not worth it. It was not a good experience for me.

I purchased an Angie's List Big Deal for this service and it was great. They were professional, on time and have actually come back for a second job. They did a great job and are a great company. They have done several jobs for me. I had extra charges over the Big Deal price because I had additional work that they did. I asked them to do the extra work. I think their price was reasonable. For the work they did I did not think it was out of line. It was high quality work and they did not have to come back on anything they had checked so I thought it was a good job. They were very responsive and came right away. When I called them the second time they sent the same technician back again just for consistency, so I thought that was good.

I was warned this would happen. I found out afterward that I only needed the broken line replaced. I spent $150 for a new faucet and paid 249 for the work. The original estimate was less the the final estimate of $310.00. 70.00 was deducted from 300 for the final cost of 249.00

Home depot installation folks told me they could not install dishwasher because water access, trap and cut off valve were not on same floor - they told me this was against code. I called majestic in to do the work needed to install the dishwasher. I am so glad Thomas came today, because he was honest with me. There is no such code in GA. Everything I need to install the dishwasher is here already. He could have done the work and charged us for it, but there was no need so he did not. He even spoke with Home Depot for me to explain the situation. WOW! I love Majestic Plumbing! There was a trip charge of $79, but when I call them for work next time, they will deduct it from that service call. Awesome!

Danny was great, he was early and fixed several things very quickly even solving a problem another provider could not do. I had to reschedule twice and they were very easy to work with.

It was a really good experience as well, especially, because it was a rental home they were really respectful of our renter's time. They really worked with them to schedule a time that would work so they could come in and do the service. The price was good and they were punctual and professional.

It was great. They did the work within the next day or two days after I purchased the big deal. I was doing a little bit renovation and I broke a shower stand in my wall. I did not know how to replace it so they had to come in and do that. I liked their service and how quick they answered my requested. The plumber that came out was very thorough and he explained what he was doing. He said that we had some maintenance issues and he fixed that too. I was very pleased with their service. I could not ask for anything more. I asked him to do a few things and he did those for me.

He thought it was the drainage with the way the pipes ran to the disposal and I agreed to have it all re-piped to correct. Once he had taken it all out, he realized that wasn't the problem and it was with the tiny hose that leads to the fridge. He said he would do that work for free on the tiny hose if I still had the disposal fixed since he had already bought those parts. I agreed. I'm not sure how much more money I spent that could have been avoided if the correct problem was found before he went and bought parts since that was a much cheaper, easier fix. He was really nice though so I felt bad telling him not to fix the piping since he had said it wasn't done correctly where the disposal would drain and not rust in the long run. I had never noticed a problem and not sure if that was actually the case but being a female who knows nothing about plumbing I just kinda have to go with these things sometimes. I would probably use them again since they were very friendly, prompt and able to get someone out to my house quickly.

I had the line to one of my outside spigots bust during the latest cold spell and found out the hard way that the cutoff to this line did not work. I contacted Majestic and even with the high demand they were able to send help in a very timely manner and to get things straightened out for me. Due to the high demand during this time the owner Lonnie Perry came to perform the repairs and did so quickly and I was most impressed with the cost of the repair as it was an emergency, after hours, and during a peak repair time. It was nice to find a company that wanted to help and did so without charging a ridiculous price during an extreme time. Would highly recommend and would definitely use again.

I was very happy with their visit but I was not able to use them at that time because the repairs that I needed were very expensive. However I was very happy with them coming out, reviewing what I needed done and giving me an estimate on that.

They were quick to respond and were able to get the job done. The cost of the parts was more than I expected, but the convenience of having them do it, was worth it for me.

The first person who came to do the work on Saturday was not confidence inspiring, and I had to call him back a few minutes after he was done because the toilet tank filling kept running after I flushed. He figured out the water pressure should have been checked, which I believe should have been an initial part of the plumbing inspection. When he left the second time, I had paid for a new water pressure valve, the toilet tank only filled about half way, the cold water tub faucet had very low volume, and the bathroom faucet was not rebuilt or replaced. After a follow up call to the company on Monday, Joseph came out Tuesday to fix the work done on my bathroom fixtures. He did a marvelous and quality job making things right. Bless him for his caring and conscientious approach to his work!

Only the cold water in the kitchen stopped working. We traced it to one pipe and assumed it had frozen. While Majestic couldn't come right away, we didn't have an active problem (and I'm sure lots of other folks did around town). They called at 9:30pm and asked if they could still come. The plumber arrived, told us that he couldn't do anything until the pipe thawed. He was very nice and professional. Then he left. No charge! Wow! I didn't think that would happen. Anyway, we were lucky and the pipe did not burst and we have insulated that area to prevent issues in the future. However, this is my second time dealing with Majestic (the first was electrical) and I'm so happy I found them here.

They came out to check burst water lines. Really professional. It was during a bad freeze and they were super busy. Didn't charge extra for coming out at night. We went with a smaller company that charged less, but this company really seems professional and like they'd do a good job. They did a thorough inspection even though it was really late.
