I purchased an Angie's List Big Deal for this service and they were wonderful.

They had to come out a couple of times and they didn’t repair the drywall. My husband and the plumber worked it out, and they got the job done. They ended up giving us a discount on the final price to satisfy us.

Contacted Majestic around 7pm with emergency situation. Even though temperatures were well beyond the freezing point and they were already extremely busy, they still managed to get a plumber to our house by 9:45pm. Repairs went smoothly and we had water again.

He took a look and said it prob was the cartridge on the hot handle but it would cost over $200 to do it! It's like a $15-$20 piece at Home Depot.

It's an extremely good company, and I will definitely use it again.

He were excellent. Very efficient. He is very pleasant and does what he said he would. Anytime I need plumbing work I will be calling majestic. He has to come back to finish some more work.

This company was very prompt and professional. My issue is, they performed an expensive service that was not needed and did not fix my problem. Upon arrival, the very courteous plumber looked at the slowness of my toilet and proclaimed the line under the house needed to be snaked at a cost of $500. He took the toilet out and began snaking. While performing this task I asked him how much it would be to install a new toilet (with all the parts already connected) rather than putting the old toilet back. $250 was the response. I declined and had him put the old toilet back on as this cost was astronomical compared to other estimates. Turns out, after he snaked the line, this did not fix the problem. He went outside, took 5 minutes and opened the clean-out cap...looked inside and proclaimed my problem was a septic problem and not a plumbing/line problem. Really? I was charged $500 to fix a problem I didnt have AND it only took him 5 minutes to determine that I didnt have the problem in the first place. Since it only took 5 minutes to confimr that the problem WASN'T a plumbing issue, this whoudl have been done up front not after performing an unnecessary service. I realize this company has great reviews and my experience may very well be an exception but I was extremely dissatisfied with the experience and expect more from a certified plumbing company.

At first, the plumber was congenial and polite. I was surprised he didn't bring a ladder out tall enough to look up at the opening in the garage ceiling, but he was able to borrow our ladder and thankfully no accidents resulted. He felt the leak was above the floorboard, not below the floorboard and therefore not visible from the opening in the garage ceiling. The problem was his inflexibility in how to fix the leak. His solution was to tear out the sink vanity, 1/2 wall and possibly floor tile - basically gut the bathroom!! He was not pleased when I suggested there might be other options to get to the pipe without so much destruction. The impression was that I was a silly female trying to interfere with a 'man's work'. Needless to say, I didn't appreciate the attitude or the suggested destruction of our bathroom. I suggested two options for getting to the pipe which would involve replacing simple drywall, but for some unknown reason he seemed unwilling to consider my suggestions. He basically threw up his hands and called for a supervisor who might be able to explain to me (the interfering female!) why we had to gut our bathroom to fix this leak. Good news! My handy husband thought my idea for getting to the faulty pipe via the neighboring room was a great idea. He cut a small hole in the neighboring room wall and quickly realized that the leak was due to a wall screw that had pierced the sink drain pipe. He quickly fixed the pipe and now we just have to patch the drywall. A much less destructive option! This plumber did not care about creative problem solving or how much we were going to end up paying by the time he got threw tearing apart a bathroom to fix a simple leak. It could easily added up to $5,000 to $8,000!! I'm very thankful for my handy husband and his practical approach to fixing problems!

I wanted a hot water heater flush. I did not see the fine print on the coupon that you will only do it in a 3yr or younger water heater. that was in the final invoice but I didn't see it on the announcement before you purchase or I would not have bought it. The representative was rude and unhelpful. I tried to just understand why the rule was so rigid and he copped an attitude. His recommendation was to replace my 6 yr old heater and run all sorts of other lines which was absurd. I went to call Majestic today for a disposal issue and realized they were the company behind this fiasco. I'll keep looking. I'm disappointed because I think I've had good service in the past from them. This one, though was very unpleasant.

Made an appt to replace frozen pipes on Tuesday for Wenesday service b/t 4-6P. He arrived at 8:30P from another job. He did an excellant job of replacing the hot and cold pipes that froze and split open in multiple stops. He stayed until the glue dried and we were able to use our plumbing at 5A, so he worked 8 hours striaght in the cold. only issue was the time he arrived vs. the appt. but due to the conditions it was understandable

I feel we got a good value. As I recall, they did a good job for us. They came out quickly after the Big Deal was purchased.

Overall, it turned out good. Initially everything was perfect, but I wasn’t completely satisfied with the resolution. I had some concerns that I contacted them with less than 12 months after the work was done because some things just weren’t right. The hot faucet knob was hitting the wall when you turned it. They got back to me promptly and stated that their workmanship was only guaranteed for 90 days. I didn’t make a big deal about it, but I wasn’t unaware of that. They referred me to the manufacture of the faucets. I was looking for them to be more helpful.

Good work, prompt and arrived on time. A bit higher cost than expected but all in all we were very satisfied. |Thank you

I was going to use this coupon on the underground pipe from my back porch to the creek on my back yard. But the worker told me this coupon can only use on indoor. He used the televising system to check on one of my drain from upstairs bathroom to downstairs. The drain was good and clean. He did help me to clean the leaves from concrete porch drainage hole.

They were fine. They did a great job. He was very personable and he cleared my drain, that was the main thing. They came out right after I call them. It didn't take that long to clear my drain, so I thought it was a lot of money.

They did a great job in the freezing weather.

The first visit the plumber (Joseph) came out and was ready to install the vessel sink. Unfortunately the original plumber placed the sewage drain and water pipes too low when the house was built. Joseph offered us two options: either cut the vanity or redo the drain. We chose to cut the vanity, but later changed our mind because it would affect the ability to use the shelf in the drain. He and another plumber came out today and installed everything. Everything went well and we are loving the new vanity and vessel sink. Price was very good, and the work was excellent. We will definitely use Majestic again in the future.

Majestic Plumbing was able to send a plumber out to our house on the same day. They located the leak and gave us an estimate to repair. They completed the work and gave us recommendations to help stop further water pipe breaks. We would highly recommend Majestic Plumbing.

I love this company. They are very professional and timely.

Small pipe from sink area froze up and cracked. Had to cut a hole in the wall and replace a very small piece of plastic pipe. He was in and out of my house within an hour. I thought $400.00 was extremely high for a small plastic pipe and an hour of labor. Not happy with the experience.

This company's tech and customer service was very prompt and professional. Customer service from the 1st call laid out the timeline & what to expect. And they followed up on the day of service letting me know the tech's schedule & when the tech would be in route. They also followed up after the job was complete. The tech was very nice and timely. Of course, the toliet wasn't leaking when he arrived. However, I agreed with his suggestion of replacing the tubing and valve to prevent future leakage. The price includes an 1st time Angie's List discount.

Great service from this company! Torsten came out and did an extremely thorough job with the inspection. He explained a number of issues clearly and instilled confidence that he knows what he's talking about, with 16 years of experience. We'd definitely hire this company again based on our experience with Torsten.
