Eric was the best! When he came to give us an estimate and when he came back to repair the plumbing, he wore the booties over his shoes. He was clean, courteous, and a hard worker. He also explain everything. He took care of minor issues like water pressure and the water heater being too high right away. And he was on time. He took off the downstairs toilet to used the camera in the sewer line and show me where a major problem was. He explain a piece of equipment to find the sewer line and I watch while he found the line under my home. He gave me tips to keep my sewer line from getting worse before I can afford to repair it. I will call Majestic Plumbing again and ask for Eric to come back if I have any more plumbing issues.

I have done this work myself several times, not difficult and really only takes about a 1/2 hour. I thought I didnt have time to get this taken care of myself. The gentleman that showed up was a little late, claimed the dispatcher/office worker had written down an incorrect address for me. Hmmm, ok, Ill let that one go. Plumber took about 5 gallons out of my water heater calling it flushed. When I asked him about it, he "graciously took another 5 gallons out. He also told me he couldnt find the tool he needed to test the water pressure. I mean come on folks...he's a plumber right???? I realize service providers use these one time deals in hopes of getting more business...but come on...at least provide us what you tell us we are paying for. Here is how/why I scored the plumber service the way I did: Overall - I gave them a "C" because the dispatcher/office worker was right on it and they set up the appointment so quickly even tho I felt the plumber was lacking. Price - The Price was $75 bucks and I thought that was fair for a licenced professional to make a trip to my home and do a whole house water test and a hot water tank flush ....if they had done everything correctly, I would have given them an "A" instead of a "C". Responsiveness & Punctuality - I gave them "A" for their Office Worker who took my information and scheduled the appointment. Professionalism - I had to spilt this decision because of the office worker & take into account the plumber so they received a "C" in this catagory as well.

Went very well except that I didn't take their advice to replace both water heaters asap due to age and deteriorated condition. Both water heaters leaked badly in August, 2013 flooding my finished basement area very badly, and both had to be replaced anyway. Moral of the story:When you find a really good professional take their advice, all of it! Don't second guess them!

They were at my house within 2 hours of my call, and Randall the technician was professional, friendly and very helpful, he explained to me exactly what was the problem and how he intended to fix it. He answered all of my questions, I would definitely use them again.

Excellent technician! I had a "ringing" when we flushed toilet that we thought was washer in flush valve of toilet. He instantly knew it was the main water line flow valve. He had a new one on the truck and replaced it within one hour. While he was there, he checked the water heater and found that the regulator tank on top of the water heater and found it was full of water. He was able to replace that and also provide me with a very competitive quote for replacing my 12 year old water heater. Very impressive individual and showed me everything while explaining pro's and con's.

Repaired disposal and hot water heater. Excellent service from start to finish. I'll never use another plumber as I trust these guys and the entire staff is good!

After the extreme cold spell, one of my water pipes froze/busted. The water came gushing out of the house near the garage. I tried contacting several plumbers and most of them couldn't get to me until the next day. I made an appointment with Magestic Plumbing for the next morning and continued calling around. Majestic's representative called back and said someone could come that afternoon. They had a couple of people out within the hour. They found the leak and repaired it very efficiently. They also gave suggestions on how to prevent this from happening in the future. I was very impressed with their service, professionalism and friendliness. I would not hesitate to use them again.

Randall was the plumber who came to my house to provide a quote. He provided the quote along with a $50 Angie's list discount which was higher than I anticipated. I ultimately decided to have them do the work because they provided a 1 year guarantee and Randall seemed to really know what he was doing. The quote was provided late Friday afternoon. He needed to get particular metal parts for the faucet connector so he agreed to come back the next morning and complete the job. He arrived on time, was very neat, professional, cleaned up the work area and provided an explanation of the work he did. I would definitely use him again.

I have used them about three or four times. They are a good company. They are a little on the pricey side but they are punctual, they come out when they say they are going to and they do good work.

Plumber showed up on time and was very courteous and professional but ultimately they didn't correct either of the issues they were called in to inspect and fix. We had a new vanity installed in our full basement bath in addition to a new toilet. The P Trap in the new vanity sink was leaking inside the cabinet and the new toilet that was installed was leaking on the right hand side where it had been sealed using the wax seal. Water was leaking from underneath the base of the toilet on the right hand side onto the new tile floor which had been installed. The plumber charged us $200 to pull the toilet and reseat it with a new wax ring, sat on the toilet after reseating it and then flushed it a couple of times. They concluded neither the toilet or P trap in the new vanity was no longer leaking so they wrote up the final bill minus our Angies list coupon value which ultimately cost us about $200 out of pocket. The next morning, I went to use the toilet in the basement full bath and found the toilet to be leaking in the same area it had prior to the plumber pulling and reseating it and the P trap was still leaking. Ultimately, I had to call in a different plumbing service to determine why both the vanity P trap and toilet were still leaking. This cost me an additional $150. As it turned out, an incorrect PVC joint collar spacer had been used and the technician from Majestic Plumbing cleared this as functioning properly (he made no change to the setup). The same is true for the toilet as well; after reseating it. The newly tiled flooring again began to show leaking on it. The reason for this is that the new toilet had a crack in the porcelain base where the wax ring was supposed to adhere to it. This should have been caught especially since he told me he was going to inspect the base for cracks. Very dissatisfied with the work and had to turn around and pay someone else to come out and fix the issues they should have corrected the first time.

The service and work was done well and rapidly. But at the end of the service the tech informed me the cost was $324.00. This was driven by the office manager and not the tech. He called into the office to determine what the charge would be. The tech informed me that since he drove 1 hour to get to my house I would have to pay for his travel time, the time it took to go to the Home Depot (1.0 hour) and pick up a 20 amp breaker, and then the time to fix it. The total time in the house was less than 30 minutes. What he wanted me to do was pay for 2.5 hours of his time to get there and pick up the supplies. Plus there was a travel charge on top of that. I told him that was not acceptable. I spoke to the office and the manager said he would cut the bill to $180. So I asked if I had not questioned the bill would he have charged me the $180. He said no! SO would I use them AGAIN. NEVER! They were ready to over charge me and I feel cheated. The office manager felt he did the right thing. No the right thing would be to better plan their techs so they do not drive so far from one appointment to another, stuck their trucks with BASIC supplies, and not to OVERCHARGE their customers.

It went very well. I can't complain.

The service was good, it was very expensive, so I am not sure I would use them again, but they did everything that we asked them to do, and they did it fine. They charged us $300 to change a faucet, so we let them do one, and my husband did the other one himself, and he was done in less than an hour. I do call around for a lot of other quotes, and I have to believe that we can find somebody just as reliable for a little less money.

We asked Majestic to replace a piece of cracked cast iron pipe in the basement. Majestic asked us when we wanted the service and we said "as soon as possible." Majestic not only arrived the same day but replaced the section of pipe in a professional manner. Our only suggestion is that they carry brooms on their trucks to sweep up (the plumber asked to use ours to sweep up in an area with wet sewage); he did mop up the area.

I purchased an Angie's List Big Deal for this service and it was great. They came out within a few weeks after I purchased the deal. There was nothing much for them to do. Their price was good.

Below are services that they had published. Most of the bullets say check water pressure. But he was not able to find water pressure gauge to check the pressure. How are they performing pressure check without the gauge. Gave me quote of 345.95 for PRV valve replacement. I checked PRV valve cost 85$ at lowes. so rest is just the labor cost? I purchased a coupon for a home inspection for my 12 y.o. home and haven't had need for a plumber before now. My experience with Majestic (Sandy, plumber) was excellent. I highly recommend him. He was polite, courteous, knowledgeable and explained everything he was going to do ahead of time. Sandy listened attentively and answered all of my questions. He completed an entire walk through of my home's faucets and toilets and also looked at the pressure release valve (PRV) which he recommended replacing as the PSI was 80 (too high, should be 50-60). He provided estimates for replacing the PRV and for the burst pipe. For today, I had the burst pipe in the garage replaced. I told Sandy with the cost of the PRV replacement (est. $474), I wanted to hold off and do some research on my own before I had the work done. He understood and respected my decision. He also reminded me of the high pressure and encouraged me to talk to other plumbers or going online for recommended pressure. He was correct in what I've found so far. I'm going to get the PRV replaced and will contact him to do that service in the future. This was a good experience and my cost was reasonable.

We were looking to have a pipe replaced. They came out fast, but they didn't end up doing any work because their estimate was too high. I ended up getting it fixed with someone else for cheaper.
