This turned out fine. They did not find anything that needed repaired in the inspection. Their pricing was a little high. They did what they had to do.

This turned out great. He was on time and friendly. The price was the great and the work was done fine.

Service was good and they showed up on time. While they were under the house replacing the heating element they turned off the air conditioner via a emergency switch located above the AC unit. I had to have a AC repair person come out to figure out why the AC was no longer working. This cost an additional $80. I will not call this provider again.

This is the second time that I used Majestic for my home. I had a complimentary inspection from another company and they identified my pressure relief valve as needing replacement. They also suggested that I repair a tank on my hot water heater for just shy of $1,000. I purchased Majestic's home inspection deal for a second opinion and they confirmed the PRV needed to be replaced. They did not think the tank on the heater was in bad condition. Their price was MUCH more reasonable at just over $400. Our technician, Eric, was very thorough and took the time to explain everything to my wife during the visit. I would highly recommend Majestic plumbing. They are always my "go-to" company for plumbing issues!

I had been having odd plumbing problems for months. A toilet that wouldn't stop running. Another that was leaking. A shower that leaked into the room below. Strange sounds coming from faucets. I thought it was all just cheap plumbing equipment in the house. I was planning to have guests so I called Majestic to fix the toilet problems. The technician, Eric, suggested the problem might be too much water pressure and ran some diagnostics. Sure enough all the mystery symptoms were caused by a broken water pressure regulator. Eric was quick about getting the valve repaired. He had the necessary equipment on the truck so there was no waiting. Once he had fixed the root cause, he got about fixing damage to other equipment. He was kind enough to cut cost on parts and labor due to the extent of damage. At each step, he clearly explained possible causes, options to fix, and offered a simple course of best action. Great work!

They were very professional and responsive. They told us what was the work they were going to do and how much it was going to cost. Even though it was a little more expensive than what I was hoping, they took an entire day to fix the problem. I think it was a great value.

PRV is great but overpriced. I paid for the $85 repair visit for up to 3?. I knew there would be additional cost if materials were required. The plumber that came was very nice and professional. I showed him our loose kitchen faucet, slow draining tub and a couple of running toilets. He worked up the quote and it was over $1'200.00, ouch. We discussed the PRV because the home was 14 years old and I had a feeling it was bad. He checked it and sure enough it was. He replaced the PRV and instantly the toilets stopped running. We still had the loose sink and slow draining tub, but $100 later by another plumber that was corrected; he also told us we paid too much for the PRV. Oh well, lesson learned.

Everything turned out well. They did the work as promised, and there were no issues with the service.

They arrived promptly and did all they said they would. I had another plumbing need a couple of months later and used them again and was also satisfied.

He was awesome. He came on time. He did every way it was supposed to do and he does a great job. The price is cheaper than the other estimate I've got.

Went well. My commodes are in great shape after the service. He was on time and fixed the problem I was having.

Went fine. He didn't want to go into the crawlspace (which is kind of important if checking the plumbing in my house), but other than that it was fine. Since the company is based in Marietta and I'm on the opposite side of town, I probably wouldn't use them again, but I have no complaints about the service.

They gave a prompt quote and repaired the joint within the hour. It was excellent.

It went well. I discovered a broken galvanized pipe in one of our restrooms on a Saturday evening. Water was going everywhere within the church. Floors were being flooded and there was a high volume of water just being wasted. We eventually were able to shut off the water at the street. However doing so meant that there was no water in the church. No water no restrooms no Sunday service. It was after hours, but I called Majestic to see if someone could come out and repair the pipe and/or at least get something temporary to get us through service on Sunday. Approximately 15 minutes after I talked with their answering service a supervisor called me to get the detail and said he would try to locate someone to come out. He called me back and gave me the person's name and number and said he is on his way. The plumber called to let me know he was about 20 minutes away and would arrive shortly. He did in fact arrive and just happen to have the parts on his truck to temporarily fix the problem. Everything worked out and we were able to turn the water back on and our Church service went on as scheduled.

I bought a foreclosed property that had been vacant for over two years. The house was originally built in 1947 and has had two additions. Much of the electric was not up to code and was obviously done by either a previous homeowner or a contractor who had no business with electric. I am so very grateful to have come across Majestic Electric. They sent out Jimmy and Randy who went through my house with a fine tooth comb. They found every single possible issue. Sadly, they couldn't provide me with an estimate because there was just too much wrong with the house. After calling out a few other electric companies, I decided I really liked the attitudes of Majestic's people. They came to my house with the understanding that at the end of the day, they would tell me the cost, and I could review their work and decide whether they would come back the next day. Jimmy and Randy worked incredibly hard and were there to answer every single question I had in as much detail as I could want. They didn't mind if I tagged along as they worked, watching and asking questions. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. We got the main electrical issues sorted and as soon as I save up some more, I'll call them back for outdoor electric and any other little problems I may have.

Rebuilt both toilets and did a great job. Reduced our water bill because of this.

The plumber arrived at my home within 4 hours of the time I first called Majestic, to provide a free estimate for the job. In the process of replacing an old washing machine, I discovered that both the hot and cold water faucets in the laundry room were leaking. He suggested replacing the old compression spigots with ball valves, and offered to replace the enclosure around the spigots as well to improve the appearance. I felt the price he quoted was reasonable so I agreed. Then he discovered that he didn't have an enclosure that would work in his truck, so he made a quick trip to a nearby home improvement store - he was only gone a few minutes, then got straight to work. I mentioned while he was working that I have noticed recently a surge in the hot water flow when a bathroom faucet is first turned on. He knew immediately what that meant - the expansion tank attached to the water heater was bad and should be replaced. He took me downstairs and showed me what he meant, explaining clearly the nature of the problem. He also suspected that the water pressure regulator might need replacing since it is 30 years old, but he checked the pressure and determined that it is working fine. The plumber was courteous, knowledgeable and efficient, and took extra care to explain everything he was doing. I am very pleased with the outcome and will go back to Majestic when I need plumbing work again.

I actually called Majestic Plumbing to get an estimate on replacing the Polybutylene pipes in my townhome. Prior to calling Majestic, I had a leak that caused damage to the drywall in the ceiling and ruined the paint on one wall, not to mention the drenched carpet. The leak was "somewhat" repaired by a handyman (was not repaired correctly); however there were still drops of water coming down through my ceiling. When Sandy from Majestic came to provide me with the estimate he took a look at the leak and knew exactly how to repair it! He was VERY professional and kind and answered all my questions. This company deserves the highest rating possible. I sent a message to Majestic with some additional questions I had on the estimate to repipe and received a phone call immediately from Joseph (Supervisor) who answered all my questions. So far, this company has displayed professionalism and integrity.

All my copper pipes under the house had been ripped out by thieves, plus I had a busted main line between the meter and the house. I got estimates from three well-known and respected vendors and Majestic's was, by far, the most reasonable. The Majestic office staff were prompt and professional in scheduling the work. The master plumber, Todd, showed up when he said he would and worked quickly to get water back on. All critical work was accomplished in one day - and it was a LOT of work! I liked Majestic's work, so I called them back for a couple of subsequent jobs and got the same great results each time. One part had to be special ordered, and Todd kept me informed about expected delivery and follow up. He was a creative problem solver and explained everything clearly and in lay terms. I felt like I was getting everything I needed (and no bogus add-ons that I didn't need). Todd was friendly, professional, prompt and thorough. There are not enough superlatives to adequately state how pleased I am with Majestic's service. On a personal note, Todd went way above and beyond for me. I had another vendor on site who turned out to be a little scary. Todd stayed until the other vendor was finished, even though his own work was done. As a single woman, I really appreciated his concern and thoughtfulness. Having experienced Majestic's service I cannot imagine using anyone else.

It went very well. According to my tenant, the service was professional, handled like an expert in the special area, very confident, and provided an invoice to show what needs repair and the cost.

It was easy to get a hold of the office for scheduling and they were punctual to the appointment. They provided me with a few different options of what I could have done and they explained all of them very well. They did have to come out again the next day because the job required special equipment. I had previously used another company and they only used a drain cleaner. This time they used some sort of pressurized water and they were very careful. They ensured that no damage or leaks occurred. They did a good job with the work and I happy with them.

At first I was impressed with their communication with me. They gave me a two hour window in which they would try to be at my house, and they told me they would call me when the plumber was 30 minutes away. He was tied up on another job, so they called to let me know then called me when he was on his way. He showed up and was very courteous. He asked what the problem was and I told him. He proceeded to turn on numerous faucets in my house to see if he heard any "gurgling" in the pipes after I told him that had not been a problem. He then told me he was going to go to his truck and write up the estimate to fix the drain. He came back with 2 estimates, basically a "Plan A" and a "Plan B." Plan A was to pour some type of drain opener into the drain, at a cost of $189.00. Plan B would be used if Plan A didn't work, and the cost of that was $500.00+. I opted for Plan A, so he told me he had to run to the shop because he didn't carry that on his truck. He was gone approximately 30 minutes. When he returned, he came into the house and poured the drain opener into the drain. When I asked to see what he poured into the drain, he gave me a plain black bottle. He told me he would be back the next day to check and see if it worked. I looked at the bottle and thought I was pretty sure I had seen the same bottle at Home Depot. I went to Home Depot the next morning and purchased a bottle at a cost of less than $8.00. When the plumber returned that afternoon, I told him the drain was working great: I had checked it out earlier. He wanted to check it out himself, and he did so. He then gave me my bill. When I asked him how much of the $189.00 covered the service call, he told me that they didn't charge for a service call. So, basically I was charged $189.00 for a bottle of drain opener that actually cost less than $8.00. Update: The day following the final call to my home I went to the main office and asked to speak to someone about the service I received. I spoke to the owner who referred me to Sandy's supervisor. I explained to him what I was told, and I showed him the bottle of "special drain opener" that was put in my drain. He was baffled and informed me that they don't carry anything like that at the shop. I also showed him the $8.00 bottle of the same drain opener I had bought at the Home Depot. After conferring with the owner, the full amount of the service was refunded to me. They were more than apologetic and said that the actions of the technician were unethical and violated the companies principles. They also offered me $75 off any future plumbing service if I would give them another chance to prove that they are a reputable company.
